Excellent Service!!! Staff goes beyond the normal service! they even set up my phone with Google Play and even downloaded my face and whatssup apps. Worst experience ever and worst costumer service. I broke my phone and just because I decided to buy a phone next door with Boost mobile they refuse to give me my account information. Thanks fully the they were able to help me at boost mobile next door. Do not come to this pace, worst service and the old guy is just plain rude.

The staff here are rude and not at all helpful. They brush you off and they dont help you. They charge you for things they shouldnt.

Im always on the run, i had an awesome expirience at this store they helped me through getting my phone unlocked and even making me a google account. The staff here are really welcoming and respectful. In this phone store they not only offered me some comfort with my mobile service but also the atmosphere was very pleasant, The employees were friendly and respectful with the customers, I was told the way they serve the multitude of people who come there. I really recommend this subway store because it is the best, they have bilingual employees and they are very good at what they do !!!
