Staff service is goodIt’s a Huge store

People of Walmart is a legitimate thing. I should have taken a pic of the lady wearing a dress made entirely out of tied masks. The store smelled less like urine this time.

Almost all of the people I have dealt with at the Woodburn Walmart over the years have always been nice and very helpful. Especially a man who has been at the door and customer service. Dont remember his name : (It is clean and I really appreciate Walmarts policies regarding Covid. Walmart requires masks, used to sanitize baskets during the initial breakout of Covid, etc. I cant say enough about the people at this Walmart. They work hard too.

Almost my favorite Walmart to shop at but I feel like them (corporate) taking more and more away from the employees is not right as they are the ones having keys taken so they cant even help customers in some areas if they wanted too unless a manager is available and they are also the ones that get the blunt end of the stick when customers are upset about not being able to be helped

Walgreens Rite Aide CVS all said they had the Covid booster shot but after going through the tedious registration process and giving them my personal information for them to spam me with only to get to the endpoint of choosing an appointment time was I told. “We Don’t have enough Vaccine. Walmart did!?And today, six months and one day after the second dose of Moderna, I got Boosted. Thank you Walmart!!!

After finding everything I needed the self check out doesnt take cash. No signs saying no cash!!? The cashiers arent doing anything in the store and they have 30 check stands and only 5 cashiers are doing anything. Are you kidding me about the cash though. You have to except American money if your a fixking store in the USA! Walmart sucks and I will never buy anything from there.

We LOVE our little Walmart, such a cute little place; gives Woodburn that authentic hometown vibe. Thank God for Walmart.

Usually I don’t write reviews for large stores like this but today is an exception. Colton was the cashier and even tho it was extremely busy and they were almost out of bags, he stayed calm & level headed throughout the whole transaction. He was extremely friendly to the woman in front of me as well as myself and this is literally the best I’ve ever been treated by staff at Walmart. He displayed professionalism and poise while working through fast paced conditions. Please hire more associates with this wonderful attitude!

Richard should be employee of the year. He is amazing at customer service and making sure his customers are happy! Someone needs to give him a raise he is the best definitely would come back just for richard! And richard only.

If u like being followed and treated as a thief than I suggest getting the walmart plus account with shop n pay or shop n go whatever it is they think ur stealing and follow u all around then confront u at door even if your ringing it all up with your phone with the app

Dirty, under stocked, under staffed, most employees are not very friendly.

I really enjoy this walmart. So this 1 star is for la senora employee at the self check out. Mon Sep 13th 10am.I know walmarts usually has issues with the bag of onions that wont scan. So I called for help and the short little old spanish speaking lady came over and stood there like a greek statue and stared at the screen and then at me and goes go type in the numberMe? Lol how am i supposed to know the numbers? Isnt her job to help the customer?Anyway, she was of no help so i told her i didnt want them anymore and handed them over and she walked off. Literally didnt even try make it right and do her job.

I bought a playpen for a friend and I got it home to set it up and it was so dirty and had pet hair all over it . I asked the three different people that helped me find a price for the item if it was a return because the box was clearly open and not in greatest shape and they said no it is brand new. I have called and called for days now and no one answers the phone I will never go back to this Walmart again

Woodburn store always my last choice. I always have to check expiration dates! clerks do NOT know what rotation means

Good prices but this place is always very busy with long checkout lines. They carry a lot of stuff made in china, which I try to avoid. They are sold out of window AC units as is everyone else.

Was happy to see a mask requirement for this store. Thanks for providing a safer place to shop.

When ordering on line I enjoy the ease of the program. What I dont like is how after order is placed and ready for pickup they tell me they are out of stock of an item and I receive the back order by truck on a date I was told I could expect it but I still dont have what I ordered

Customer service is apauling in this location. I waited 45 minutes to return a item. There was only one person working the customer service desk when all the other employees were standing around doing nothing. I dont expect much from a Walmart experience but this was next level terrible.

Parked my car across from the door to go straight back to the product I needed. I am disabled at this time. Got what I needed, paid for it. Started for the door across from my car to find the door locked. To leave the store had to walk all the way to the only other unlocked door then all the way back the width of the parking lot. By the time I got back to my car I fell in to recuperate to drive away. I wonder about egress. What if there was an emergency. The entire store would have to exit through one door.

Masks are required again making the store a safer place to visit. Great produce selection and customer service.

Employees are very nice and helpful! I even had one go outside on a very hot, (110°) day to get me a cart because there werent any left inside. Im not usually a big fan of Walmart but they impressed me today! Thank you to the gentleman that did that! He was the guy that checked your receipt on the way out on 6-26-21 around 4:30-5pm. He went out of his way for me! ❤️

My favorite Walmart. Its always clean and pretty well stocked.

Shopping was great- but their bathrooms were horrific & need some serious t.l.c! It looked like a $#!+ storm tornado hit in there, several toilets were plugged & the dispenser rolls were out of t.p., water & soap all over the counter!

Picked up windshield wipers. They had a great selection to pick from.

Always has just what Im looking for. Well stocked, friendly staff, and truck parking which is a huge plus on my list.

Convenient,has everything in one store. Alittle messy but could be due to lack of staff as most stores are short staffed. Line was long but not unusual for a Walmart.

The location is good. Since this Walmart doesn’t share the parking lot with anyone, is not as bad as most Walmart parking lots. You can always find parking fairly near the entrance. But for being a Super-Walmart it seems they don’t have many options at this location and the shelves are often bare compared to other locations. But it’s nice they don’t have the homeless population camping out all over the place like most Walmart’s so I will gladly take the lesser variety.

Love their prices! Very convenient to have all the essentials in one place!

I hear a lot of jokes and stuff about Walmart. But I think its great. It has good prices. I didnt used to buy my groceries from Walmart, but when I found out how much lower their prices on food was I was sold.

It wasnt crowded and the check out line was fast. Dont go for the strawberries - boxes and boxes of rotting fruit.Stock was sort of low.

Good place to get disney items for a little cheaper than what you would pay for at an actual disney store

Speaking from a disabled customers point of view.I go to big stores that have driving carts. My son will go find me one and bring it to the car for me to use as I use a walker, and how do you balance a walker on a driving cart? Awkward.So I was stuck in my car while my son did the shopping as the store only has 2 or 3 driving carts in total, and they are popular, he couldnt find one for me.What made it worse was we saw one being driven to the drivers car. Another family member hopped out to go claim it for me. The guy said no, he had to put stuff in the car. Fair enough. He went back to the store.My son came out of the store and got into the car; as he couldnt find a driving cart for me, he said we would go to another Walmart. But he had seen the guy with the driving cart 5 to 10 minutes after we had, and that guy was driving up and down outside the store, smoking. Shouldnt there be a rule, in fact there is, that the carts are for use indoors, except to and from the car? (We always make sure the cart is returned to the store unless someone parked near us needs it) Either more driving carts are needed, or the indoor use should be enforced,I dont like missing out on shopping, and all the time it takes to find a Walmart with a driving cart available. The people in the store are very helpful, it is just to big for me to be able to walk around it.

Walmart can be a spot for weirdos. I hate going to Walmart but my wife loves it lol. Cheap prices and great return policy but it seems its always something that needs returning. Most recently I bought my daughter a mountain bike that had issues.

Quick tellers. lots of self checkout. polite employees 😊

Low price shopping and convenience for the locals and travelers.... Easy on off access to I-5.....

So I tried a different approach at Walmart today. Usually I wait & wait in the electronic department & end up walking away after 20-30 minutes of no help.Today I called ahead first & let them know when I will be there & they HELPED ME OUT ALL THE WAY!.So next time you know youll be needing help call ahead (make sure you actually speak to someone & set up a time with them) & it is SO MUCH EASIER than hanging around 20+minutes & leaving in frustration.Thank you KEVIN at Woodburn Walmart.

Great service always at this store. Whomever the manager is needs a raise along with all the hard working always professional crew that person is guiding to be the best employees. Thanks for an always pleasant shopping experience.

The lines were all what checkout. All and all it was satisfactory.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well kept grounds. Beautiful bathrooms. Great layout.

Floors were clean, but the bathrooms were filthy. My hubby said he didnt feel comfortable using them.

Customer service sucks, a very rude person at the self checkout. I get it some people steal things, I dont. And I take offense when ask if Ive checked everything when your standing there watching me. I was buying 11 cans of the same dog food. She could even hear me counting as I scanned one can 11 times!

This location seems set up a bit strangely. Woodburn area is nice and open. Store seemed stocked but they did not have enough checkers for the time of day it was 130pm. Even self checkout was busy. Employees were helpful and courteous. Big store!

What is the point of having check stands in this store or employees for that matter. Everyone in that store needs to be fired. Do yourself a favor Walmart and add ALL SELF CHECKOUT.

Thanksgiving was ON! The store is so clean and organized. That cart barely cost $120. And our Thanksgiving dinner was 🔥

I would give 5 stars as they have just about everything there except staff. They are not very helpful when you can find them and slower than molasses. If you need something I suggest looking it up yourself. Bonus: they will match the price on their website which is generally cheaper on some big items.

We do quite a bit of our shopping at this Walmart since it’s the closest..not my first choice though. Their inventory is generally okay, but their customer service is terrible. We’ve never been asked if we needed help. Have been followed around though. Their produce and meat is usually always bad. Meat is starting to rot and produce never gets culled or stocked. The checkout lines are never open, maybe 2, which are always packed. And if you’re lucky there’s 4 open, but it’s still a pretty long wait.

Best and most filled Walmart Ive been in over the past few years.

Walmart now requires masks. Both entrances are open, which is nice.

I always have a very good experience here I always find what I need and what I want for the most part. Sometimes I dont and then I have to go to other stores

Great store. Not a lot of lines open. But the lines that were the cashiers were very nice. Everyone had masks on. Cleaning shopping carts too. Even the electric carts.

Location is nice. Close to a lot of other places. Store is your standard Walmart.

Not a big fan of corporate Walmart anymore. Prices are still decent but I just hate how they have monopolized the market.

Went in for a lemon, two specific TV dinners, and frozen clam strips. They didnt have none of what I stopped there for.

Its not really close to home but the Woodburn WalMart Supercenter is terrific and the staff was real helpful finding things and we were lucky enough to be ushered to a register that just opened by a manager and he was very nice and happy to help us.

This is the cleanest and not so busy Walmart Ive been to!

I like this Walmart over the ones in salem anyday if the week, they have really good customer service and they are usually always stalked up in everything

Great store only thing thats annoying is that sometimes theres a lot of people waiting in line.

They never have any carts you have to get your own and they never have enough cashiers.

Was desperate for an AC unit, everywhere in, and surrounding, Portland was sold out. Called and a customer service person paged an associate to find out if they had any left, so I wouldnt have to drive an hour if they didnt, which was nice of her

I have come to hate Walmart. Their mask polocy is restrictive. Tueir employees are annoying and somewhat abusive. They treat every customer as though they are a vector of death, coming in to steal everything in sight. They have forgotten the vast majority of us are law-abiding citizens who are capable of following guidelines.

Plenty of inventory to meet most needs at fair prices. Vegetables are less than satisfactory!

I’ve only had one bad experience in this store and thankfully the last employee that I asked for help was wonderful and turned the whole experience around for me. I wish I knew his name so I can give him a shout out here. I know that the holiday season was very busy, so I understand partially why I was refused help by multiple other employees. However this one went above and beyond to try to help me find my hungry hungry hippo‘s unicorn edition! Unfortunately we could not find it or the SKU for it, but he definitely put an effort in and was very nice about it the whole time. Thank you to that super awesome employee for helping me out when no one else would!

I’ve never written a review before but I need to give a warning. If I could give 0 I would. I’m writing this now while I’ve been waiting on the phone for over an hour. I have tried calling multiple departments, redialing, and everything else imaginable. I got through to someone for a moment but all they said was “hold on” and the ringing continued for another 10min before I hung up.Edit: a very nice lady picked up in customer service so whoever you are thank you.I still DO NOT recommend calling them for anything urgent.

20 registers, one open and self checkout onlylong lines, store was clean enough and had the items I needed but the checkout has alot of room for improvement

Good location and always stocked shelves but employees can be hard to find at times.

Worst WalMart I have ever been to, and that is really saying something. I would give 0 stars if I could. Employees are rude and rarely helpful, the store is always a mess, and I have frequently found expired food in the coolers. 👎

This walmart was very clean and the staff was very helpful..

Everything was going fine, until the power went out. A person would think with the number of stores and how big they are. They could afford a generator. Probably had one one the shelf. I know a mom and pop store would check us out. Walmart is the one that drove them out of business. Pretty sad.

Walmart is a great place to shop for groceries. The only big problem I have noticed is that shelves need to be restocked or items need reordered as many items appear gone when I shop there.
