Very helpful and very nice. Great place for whatever your animal needs are. Wasnt able to shop around the rest of the store but they seemed to have tons of other apparel and out door supplies.

I just got big disappointed in this store, they have 25/ 40 to 70% in clearance but its misleading promotion. Be alert and double check before you pay, so you dont have to embarrassed yourself like I did in front of others.

Needed help looking up a saw that they had to order from another store, and they were great and friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff but overpriced merchandise. Went in for a canner - $40. Walked across the parking lot to Bi-Mart and exact same item was $30.

Walked in, 3 women talking b waited for them to notice, took several minutes. Asked about rings for canning jars, was told they didnt have any withiut anyone going to search. One person was not wearing her mask correctly, her nose was not covered. They made me feel like I was interrupting just for going into the store. Will not return ever.

These people are amazing! Their customer service is extraordinary! Even without power they let folks in and used flashlights to help them get what they needed. I was desperate for a generator. I called 30 minutes before the store opened and they Answered! They had exactly what I needed and had it ready for me when I arrived! Amazing people and owner!!!

Rude associates who give nasty, dirty looks... Why? Because I needed rabbit food. Apparently, those of us with small animals are not important enough to actually get good service.

It was a nice experience, no pushy sales people. They let me do my own thing. I bought propane when I was done and the propane guy was very friendly, giving me tips on where to buy ties, which I need badly.

There was a chicken coop that I was looking at. This particular item was on sale and people wanted them. This store had 1 left so I purchased it online. I received a phone call from the store stating the only one they have is the display and it was slightly damaged. The employee said she will give me additional discount on top of the sale price if I wanted it. Since I already paid online she will hold it for me. I drove to this store Saturday to look at it and I was informed that the coop was sold.Todd (manager) quickly made arrangements with another store to get me another coop for the agreed price. This was excellent customer service. I will be doing more shopping at this company.

I love the country atmosphere going on here. You can purchase all sorts of supplies for your ranch, pets, or simple garden. Theres a large selection of boots and clothing. The staff are all friendly and super knowledgeable.

The children had a great time on the train ride then they had fun on the haystack I wish there were more things for them to do they did have fun feeding the couple of animals that were there do I think it was worth the price no I think they charge too much just to ride the train up to the pumpkin patch we could have walked up there and picked out the pumpkin and walked back if they had more activities it would have been worth it but overall I guess it was okay for what it was worth

We werent allowed to buy paint if we were under eighteen. They didnt have a sign or anything, we had to find out from the cashier when the transaction wouldnt go through. Thankfully we only were able to find one can of the spray paint we wanted or I would have been a lot angrier than I already was.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. What more can I say. Thats all you really need

I needed a pair of work boots for my grandson, found a pair at a great price, and he loves them. I always grab a bag of kettle corn on my way out, and it was fun to see the cute baby chicks that were in the store at the time too.

I had to return romeos for my grandson. The staff was very helpful, we were in and out in just a few minutes

Still not opening their dressing rooms. Only place I can find jeans long enough. Yet not allowed to try on. I live over 35 miles one way. Im to purchase then travel home and if they do not fit correctly must travel back to return. Months it has been with no dressing rooms allowed. Inconvenient!Other retailers have their dressing rooms open, they just do not have length needed as Coastal has.

Coastal farm and ranch is a great place to look for anything from western clothing 2 most everything needed on the farm Plus BBQs, seed 4 birds and work clothing. I love this store. The people are very helpful and appear to be in good humor all the time. It appears they like their work.

Actually this is a great place. Im here 4 times a month. Every one that works there seems to profile me. Example. Waiting to pay for my items. Customer in front of me is greeted with a smile by the cashier. They make small talk and are on their merry way. Next I come up, cashiers face transforms to a brick wall and no eye contact. No Thank you or Have a nice day. Every single time Im there. If this place didnt have the items I frequently purchase I would never step foot in there. Great place just feel that customer service is severely lacking.

Passing by on my way to Roseburg. Decided to swing into the Coastal Farm, Woodburn. As I was unloading my trailer I noticed the alfalfa was like straw. When I cut it open the whole bale was brown. So I decided to open more bales they were all the same way. It was to late for me to exchange or get new ones since I was already to far away. Six bales of bad alfalfa my horses couldn’t even eat.

They had exactly what I needed. Service was friendly and they let me park the squeaky cart while I ran to the back of the store to check something out.

They have a good selection and prices are a bit cheaper than Wilco, but its hard to find some things and the staff can range from a little unhelpful to outright rude.
