The lobby seemed to leave a lot to want for. If any staff sees this. I would like to suggest a few more chairs. Also maybe put up some pictures of the more popular drinks yeah?

I have to admit, out of all the coffee establishments, Starbucks cant be beat. I am a coffee hound always in search of good coffee. Yummy! If youre going to pay top dollar for coffee products, Starbucks is the place to go. Keep up the excellent work.

The product was satisfactory. However, the staff seems to be focused on drive thru. If youre going to order at the counter, be prepared to wait for what seems like a long time. Possibly, theyre understaffed.

Smart people there, always ready for the occasional question I might ask! Quick service and great iced lattes. The area is new to me and on my way to exploring the area! A perfect rest stop!

The barista who gave me my mobile order seemed annoyed that I was there to pick it up and failed to ask if I wanted a straw. When I asked for one, she seemed even more annoyed that I could need one for my drink. Im willing to bet that she made her day even worse with that attitude or she just really didnt care for mobile orders. Either way I will never see her again or that store and wish them the best of luck! 👋 be nice to your customers?

They just cant seem to make a good vanilla latte or listen when I tell them the order is to go.

Dutch Bros and Human Bean are better coffee. But the staff are always nice

Very nice, and new Starbucks. The acoustics are fairly good for phone conversations, of your conducting business here. The staff is very friendly, and appears to love this location. Ill share some video.

Just another Starbucks in town. Nothing special, but average at best. The staff seems friendly, and the inside is clean. No outstanding customer service, but fair for Starbucks standards. Their drinks are good. The food is of course a little below average, but good for Starbucks standards.

This location has great staff... when they show up! Their openers are ALWAYS late! Today for example ots 5:25 and they are supposed to be open at 5 😒😠

All Starbucks are pretty much the same and what can I say but I do love their drinks. They were one of the first places to carry coconut milk and I think that is why I go back. I want to try to support some local businesses during this time. So I wont buy all my drinks here. It is a good Starbucks though

Have had continuous problems with the store 😒 in Woodburn by the Salem Medical Center. There web site has caused me to be late 1st by saying they were sold out of the drink I wanted to order to find out when I got there that wasnt the case...it was a hold over from the weekend, I was there on Tuesday..had to wait for my order which they then took down wrong..TODAY, Thursday afternoon couldnt order because website said the store was closed...the person I ordered from said she didnt know why the website said that, but she would let the manager know...I was sitting in front of store is how I knew that they were open...VERY INCONVENIENT....

Longest drive through line wait ever!!! 5 cars ahead of my had to wait for 25mins

The service was fast & the young lady was very friendly. The chai tea Frappuccino was probably one of the best Ive had from Starbucks anywhere! Definitely going back!

We waited 30 minutes to receive two frappuccinos without any apology or acknowledgments. I have back issues and sat down but was told to get up because theyre not allowing sitting right now. I wasnt sitting to drink I was sitting from being in pain from standing so long. HORRIBLE service

Very busy, difficult to get a seat inside. Slows down around mid day - early afternoon.Has plenty outside seating. Lighting and decor is on the dimmer side.Has a drive thru option. The typical Starbucks menu. Staff was friendly.Bathroom was a bit dirty.

Due to covid-19, they are serving your drinks in a ceramic mug, meaning they put the travel cup into the mug and hand it to you out the window that way. I was confused at first, but then I realized what was going on.The girl that was at the order board in the drive thru was nice and the barista was nice as well.All around good experience.

Wilsonville store near Costco...excellent emplyees, love Ian, Lily, and Andrew especially. Very busy most of the days of the week. Only one time out of my favorite brkfst. sandwich(?no delivery due to ice storm). Only once their app would not work. Coffee always hot...very important!

This morning 9/15/20 I placed a Mobile order, it was accepted and the app said it would be ready in 4 minutes, this was 6:07am. I showed up to the coffee shop, there was a billboards blocking the drive thru, the lobby doors were locked. I was able to wave a barista down, she come over and said they were not open yet. I stated that I placed a mobile order and it was accepted and I was charged. She replied I have no control over that, my manager would have to. She did not get her manager and I had no choice but to get back on the road to make it to work on time.So I understand that this shop was closed but they should update their system to not let Mobile order through.

Probably one of the worst starbucks around. Want a mobile order ready for pick up? You’ll be waiting in line for that. Custom order? They’ll mess it up. Also, half the time you come to this Starbucks there’s a sandwich board in their drive thru saying that they’re closed for whatever reason. Kind of frustrating. Whenever they are open though, service is good, so that’s a plus i guess.

I like getting a hot brewed tea from Starbucks but their tea bags wick terribly bad and end up dripping tea all over my cup holders and vehicle This happens more than half the time, if they are not served correctly. Its very messy and frustrating.

As long as you hit the drive-thru with no line youll be fine but the last handful of times I went there, if you ordered something hot or heat it up it was a horrendous wait and thats why I havent been there in several months.

Dirtiest Starbucks. Bathroom had urine on the floor and behind the counter was littered with crumbs of food and trash. Counters not picked up and dirty.

Went by at 550 am nearly 2 hours after it shows they are open. Not a single light on or an employee onsite. This isnt the first time.

If you have a mobile order just know that there is a sign outside the door on the sidewalk that says to wait here. It was confusing. There were 2 customers waiting out side like the sign said and when I walked up they were waiting for someone to tell them to come in. The windows are tinted heavily so its difficult to see if anyone is motioning you in or not. The one gentleman had put his face up to the window and said I can see people in there working and so he continued to wait. He was first in line. I mentioned that they did have a counter right inside the door last time I was there and possibly its still there and he could go inside if he sees theres no one else at the counter waiting. So he did and disappeared. Then when he came out he thanked me for mentioning that to him. The next customer went in then exited a side door so then I went in. The no longer have the counter inside the door and they are not coming out to allow you to come in. So just know you need to open the door and walk in. They have arrows on the floor directing you. I wonder with all the workers inside working why no one had seen people waiting outside and didnt come get them? Maybe they were motioning but no one can see that. Just fyi.

I go to this Starbucks often and the drinks are always made much better than at other locations nearby. The line moves quickly and they are always happy and quick to make things right if a drink is made incorrectly. The employees here are always so layed-back and friendly.

I visit here every time i come for shopping at the mall or i am on a road trip, good coffee and good friendly staff

As someone who travels often, Im glad theyre everywhere. Its so nice to get a guaranteed good cup of coffee on the road.

The attitude of the employees at this store leaves you to wonder if its worth it. Ive never experienced a Starbucks employee tell me my order isnt what I want, but here they do. I gave up on that drink (at least at this store) and tried something different. They still managed to get it wrong when most others can get it correct. Ive tried different times over the year, but it seems this is just how the store is training theyre team.

A nice Starbucks, the inside is clean and they have all of the products you would expect. There is a nice big map on one wall that is fun to look at. Everything is a bit overpriced, as is typical of Starbucks. The staff were friendly and let my friend and I sit inside and talk for hours, even when I didnt buy something for the first couple of hours.

This store appears to be very new, it is clean, lots of room, plenty of plugs, and ample parking.And this store even has the salad, which I have been saving my reward for. I did enjoy the meal.Too, there is a world map showing the coffee growing regions and it even has the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn located correctly.And can you believe it, the have a good cup of coffee.

Today was a 3 star they forgot to give us our regular coffee and waited 2 minutes after getting our pastry order to get our coffee which we usually get at the register after paying so that we can flavor it the way we want while we wait for the sweets otherwise staff were friendly

This location is extremely loud due to the acoustics. We sat across a regular table and had to keep saying what to each other. The staff appears to be not well organized. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I got both sandwiches & my drink right away so my husband went to the counter expecting his to be next. After a long wait, he asked about his drink. It was finally tracked down to the drive thru area! No re-heating or re-making was offered and by then it was luke warm... Until the staff has their act together, I cannot recommend this location.

It is very irritating to see 6+ people standing around and having to wait for a cup of coffee for five minutes when there’s no one in the drive-through. I don’t really like To listen to coworkers just chatted up at the drive-through about stupid car washes. Aren’t they supposed to be chatting with the customer so they are not mad when they’re waiting for so long. I would rather get what I ordered in a timely manner. They also should change their menu when they are currently not serving products. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They made me so mad that I will not be coming to any Starbucks for a very long time

Starbucks is the only place that Ive found that uses a goog-tasting chai base. This store is a fast-paced store with a huge turnover (near an outlet mall!) & is noisier than most Ive been to.
