I had never been to this store and I stopped in out of curiosity (because Lord knows I dont **need** anymore makeup). I was so impressed with not only the cleanliness of the store but by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Kelly and Eevie (sp?) were so nice and me feel very comfortable looking around and exploring their items (which isnt the case at other cosmetic stores). Needless to say, I walked out with a lot of new makeup for a great price. Thanks Kelly and Eevie! Yall are the best!

Some staff is normal(like robot)but some staff is very friendly as we met before.Anyway, I like here!

Love this place!! The employees (Evie, Kimmie, Miguel, Alexis, Kelley and Siri) are fantastic, some of the best customer service Ive ever received and the reason why Id choose this store over any other big name brand company.

During Black Friday it has really good deals. They have one I think its really special is you can choose 6 samples with one cosmetic bag and it only costs $15. The 6 samples you can choose by yourself. Plus the samples are famous brand.

This is a dangerous place for makeup lovers! But the deals man, amazing! Not a huge variety of brands, but there are some good options. They carry a pretty decent stock of MAC, Clinique, Smashbox, Bobby Brown and Origins. A lot of things are on clearance and they usually have specials on top of the clearance deals. The day I went, it was spend $100, get 40% off. Spend $200, get 50% off thats what made it so dangerous. I know if I had a bigger budget, I wouldve bought half the store.

Showed up during business hours to find a sign saying out to lunch be back at 4:00pm so I shopped around nearby and came back after 4:00pm only to find a different sign put up saying closed be back soon. Total waste of my time and others. Poor customer service.

There are always great deals here (the other cosmetics store at the outlets often sells things at full retail price). The employees here are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of fragrances in addition to the cosmetics.

Rude employees. Walked in and asked about a product, the girl looked at me and said “we have that but it’s super expensive” and then I had to ask her to show it to me anyways since she was just sitting there. What kind of a comment is that....Just show me the product and I can decide for myself what I can or can’t afford.

Customer service was inconsistent: on one trip the sales people were nice but failed to tell me all the info I needed. Such as, I couldnt return or exchange any of the items I purchased. The receipt stated that you could, except for the final sales, I shouldve been told that the sales were final.The next visit, the cashier overcharged me for the same things I bought a few days before and the same deals are going on. It seems they were trying to make a few dollars through dishonesty.Sales people were unfriendly to me and to other customers whose first language was not English.

Great prices for high quality makeup. I bought some eeste lauder foundation. The woman that was working, helped me find the perfect shade also talked about what other brands would be good for skin. So very helpful. Great customer service. Definitely will be going back.

Staff is fun and try to be knowledgeable on all the products. Stock is varied and may not always find exactly what you find in big box stores but lots of new items to try.

They are selling expired make up, be aware that some products may be produced 10years ago. Plus, sales are not friendly for they don’t take you as customers they take themselves as god
