Friendly staff, great deals and they work with you. If you wanna get married or engaged and dont want to spend a lot you should go here because they have things that is affordable. Ordering online is cheaper.

I was there like a month ago or so, I was only looking trying to get some ideas . I was helped by christal, she was helpful with everything I was asking her. She later on called me to let me know that one of the rings I liked was on sale and I went back in to make the purchase. It was great that she called me for the sale. I appreciate it so much, I would definitely go back to see her again.

Went in there not knowing what the hell I wanted, and there was this young lady by the name of Crystal. She was very nice, great attitude, greeted me instantly and she took care of me from there. She explained to me all the variety of rings and watches she had. I told her I wanted something nice and good quality for myself, but that I had a budget. She worked with me till we got it right. I came out with the ring I wanted and was happy with my purchase thanks to her. I definitely recommend anybody who’s looking for jewelry, whether it’s for your wife, fiancée, or even yourself, to come to this Kay’s and ask for Crystal, shell help you out and has great attention to detail. My mother went in a few weeks ago looking for a gift for me at this store and she came home very happy with how they treated her. She doesn’t know to much English and really appreciate when two ladies helped her and let her know that they spoke Spanish and where there if she needed anything. Marissa and cristal really made my mom happy. Thank you.

My fiancé & I stopped in here a couple days back and I’m SO overwhelmed with the customer service we got here from the younger ladies working, but more specifically Sabrina! We visited several jewelry stores before we bought & nothing compared to the experience we had here! The family vibe we felt between the associates right when we entered the store was amazing! We weren’t even planning on buying when we walked into this location. We walked out with the most beautiful engagement ring and she gave us the best price & most importantly the best service out of anywhere. We had so much fun while shopping! This is what is should be all about. My sister is soon to be engaged and I will be sending them to buy here, NO QUESTION! If you want great service come to the Kay Jewelers in Woodburn.

My fiancé and I got my ring here. Before the purchase the employee that helped us sized my ring incorrectly, so during the proposal it was too big. Had to get it resized and it took 2 weeks to get back so it sort of ruined the whole newly engaged experience for me. Went back to this location to get cleaned. The lady rolled her eyes after I asked if it could be cleaned. Immediately when she sat down to clean the ring she told me I had two loose diamonds and that she couldn’t clean it. She then told me I had to send the ring out to get the diamonds fixed. I went to a different location to get a second opinion and the lady checked it twice and couldn’t find any loose diamonds. I would give this place 1 star but I got my perfect ring here so for that y’all get 1 more star.

The staff at the Woodburn outlet store were very disorganized. After several months of my wife and I dealing with them for our wedding rings, my ring arrived and was two sizes too big. No size was even written on the order form. My wifes ring took much longer than we were told, and when we came to the store to pick up our rings, the staff had no idea where the rings were. When we left the store with our rings, we were told that we were paid in full. Two days later, they called us and said we owed them another $1055. I will never buy jewelry from Kay Jewelers again.

If I could give this place a 1 star I would! They have been rude to me too many times! Im not sure if Marcia is still the manager but she was horrible with me a few years back and would not help me with my ring when the diamond fell out! I had to go to the Kays in Salem and the Manager was amazing and got my diamond replaced for me, the way it should have been from the get go. Yesterday I went in there once again, I didnt see that horrible lady in there so I thought it was safe, I needed to get my 6 mos ring cleaning/inspection, I was greeted but when I asked to get my ring cleaned and inspected the girl looked at me like i was an idiot. I told her that I just needed my inspection and that my ring was not in the system due to my ring being purchased prior to a new server they had installed a few years back but Ive never had an issue at the Keizer or Salem locations with this. She spoke to me so rudely that I just told her that if she didnt want to do it she didnt have to and walked straight out of there. The WORST customer service ever in this store!
