Ive shopped here many times since moving to the area a couple years ago and have enjoyed my experiences thus far. I just recently learned Long Bros is an official UPS drop-off site. What wasnt obvious to me when I arrived with my package was that I would need to stand in line at the checkout counter. After waiting for a few moments and getting the attention of an employee, I asked about dropping off my package. I assumed I would be directed to a receptacle. My request was met with death stares from customers as it appeared I was trying to jump the line. Note to self - get in line next time. The package needs to be handed to an employee. Thought Id save others from the awkwardness.

Found the General Finishes wood stain we needed in the right color and in pint size. So we are thrilled. This place is a treasure.

I was a long time, satisfied customer until this morning when I went in for a couple things. Half the staff was unmasked and when I went to discuss this with the owner I got a belligerent response. I told him that I have cancer and that there is still a mask mandate, which is there to help protect people. He clearly could care less and suggested I take my chances elsewhere. I filed a complaint with OSHA and will never be shopping there again.

Great service. The workers are hard working individuals who remind you of your good friends back home. Prices are reasonable, material has proven to made with good quality. Theyre great at following CDC guidelines whenever I go in. I felt safer and received better service here than I did at Lowes or Home Depot

Great local place for lumber and hardware supplies. A little more expensive than a big box store, but the customer service more than makes up for it.

I use these guys for business and personal. Knowledgeable and friendly. If they dont have what you need already they can help point you in the direction of who does. Always someone ready to answer questions and give insight to your specific problem. I generally dont get so long winded here but, in this case I feel justified. Avoid the big box and spend more dollars at home.

Long Bros has always been right down the street from my house and work. I would stop in every once in a while for a thing here and a widget there. But I always seemed to think of the big box stores as my first option for selection. Well once I gave Long Bros a true chance, Ive never looked back. They have some of the best selection and price anywhere in Oregon. Im always amazing at how big their place is. It just keeps on going and going. To top it off, the awesome Long family owns and runs the place. If you have a choice for your hardware and building supply needs, make sure you choose Long Bros.

Im temporary in the area and was thinking about a side project. Ive been to the big Home Improvement stores but just couldnt get the help I needed. I accidentally came across Long Bros and while just browsing through the store I was offered help and after telling the employee about my side project and limitations, the employee helped me get it all sorted out and the parts I needed quickly.Much appreciated thank you.

These guys are friendly and know there stuff. Way better than the folks down the street. When it is busy it takes a few minutes more but they are quick to accommodate large crowds.

Didnt find the size of hole saw or drill bit. The biggest they have is 1-1/2Though they did their best looking for others. And the help was great. Reccomend a few places and directions. Will go back for the service

Ordered some special staples from here, they said that order will arrive in two days. Went there after 3 days, because no one called, they said it didnt arrive and they will call. 1month later its finelly here. But everyone is very friendly.

Do not use LB for a pole building. We made our down payment in May and the building is not done yet the following March. Poor communication and every excuse in the books as to why no progress.
