Had my Carlyle smart watch go south on me after a year. Thought that it was a battery issue and would just need a new battery. The manager was kind enough to replace my old watch with a brand new one. Kudos for excellent customer service!

Attitude, god… a little respect to your customers who pay your salary and the expensive cars of your owner.

Walked around got shoes and pants. Lots of good stores and places to eat.

Staff give robotic welcome and just seemed very disinterested that we were even looking around did not smile did not offer assistance not sure that would be a place Id shop again even though I like fossil merchandise its just that an employee can make all the difference if a customer will stay and make purchases or continue to shop management should pay more attention to their employees who dont seem to care.

Found the perfect small crossbody I had been looking for and a pair of earrings both a great deal!

Rude attendant. My wife was just taking pictures of the goods, because our friend in our home country far far away asked us if she can get us to buy her some fossil products, and this attendant told my wife aloud, when other customers were also present, You can take some pictures, but youre not allowed to take pictures of the entire store! Thats the stores policy!. And that was in a high tone. We always shop at fossil on other locations but this is the first time we were treated this way. That ruined our mood to shop, and we ended up stepping out of the store immediately. My suggestion is that the attendants should treat their customers gently, without letting them feel humiliated. She couldve told my wife with a more gentle tone without drawing the attention of other customers. Please see this comment as a constructive criticism so you guys can do better moving forward.

Didnt find any digital watches, they were all analog !

Went to get a watch a certain watch and they were all sold out because she said that a dealer came in and bought them all.

Great selection of watches as expected with a pretty good selection of handbags and wallets as well. We were able to find and buy a new watch within 20 minutes in addition to having it sized and set. Just a great experience!

Super rude salesperson named Ashley ..Was really one of my worst experience, used to shop at Fossil before but I am really so disappointed this time from this girl ..Won’t ever come back .

This place is really good for watches and wallets. I have had my watch for 2 years now and its still as good as the say I got it. The wallet shows craftsmanship and quality as well.

My kids bought me a fossil watch several years ago. Walked in today and they replaced my battery and reset the date for me in 15 minutes. At cost of only $10. 00. Great service!

I stopped by to get a look at the Sport smartwatch which is the latest of the Wear OS variety. The store was clean and looked nice. The 2 store attendants were very nice and helpful as I was looking to compare the Sport with the Explorest Q HR I purchased a few months ago. They have 1 Sport in stock for demo purposes only and it must be purchased online. FYI: The Sport has the newest and faster hardware and the Q is larger.

I was homeless and needed repairs on my watch after asking to have it delivered to store and no doubt my appearance when I picked it up two weeks later no charge at all and were very nice to me. I highly recommend them.
