Boost mobile is everything.. Felix from Woodbury NJ store is amazing.. Hes friendly, personable, and is great at his job.. Seriously he needs to own stores for boost.. Hes the best customer service I have ever had. Keep him I keep boost all day

I went to few stores to fix my phone and no body helped but Nas in Woodbury helped me a lot and fixed my phone. Great customer service.

Been with Boost Mobile for 15 years and Felix is a cool guy great customer service and all my phones worked great because he worked on a few of my phones I had and told me stuff I didnt understand about the phone I dont take my phones nowhere else I always go to Felix.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Felix at that store is great but here’s some background on why to ALWAYS go there NEVER GO TO DEPTFORD!! Soooo i only gave it one star cus no stars wasn’t an option!! I went to this store to get my sons phone switched cus he had lost his phone n got a new one and we need to switch over his number seems simple rite?? Well not at this store after being there for an HOUR n this lady being on the phone with boost support the lady proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have the SIM card needed for that particular phone (iphone se) so I asked ok well what can I do she says idk maybe try diff stores or call n ask the if they have one they can mail u then hands me a piece of papper with a 9 digitt number n tells me I need to tell them wen I calm that’s the kind SIM card I need! Something about the whole thing didn’t seem rite n made no sense so I called Woodbury boost mobile told the man who’s name was Felix what happened he said come rite over I’ll take care of it and I said so u have the SIM card he said none of that is correct and to jus head over and he will have the phone on n working. I head over to the store in Woodbury in broad street walk in n let me jus say he had the phone on n working within 5 mins!!! He told me the info I was given in deptford was wrong n made no sense which btw didn’t to me either!! That store is deptford is horrible n has no idea what they r doin!! This is the second BAD LONG experience I had with them since switching over to them 5 months ago n was about to switch back to my old provider had it not been for Felix at the Woodbury store!!! IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AT ALL NEVER GO TO DEPTFORD GO RITE OVER TO WOODBURY AND ASK FOR FELIX!!!!

Store was not the best looking but it wasnt bad either. Great customer service and they make sure you know all the options available to you. Overall decent establishment.

Worst help Ive ever had. Counter person was more than happy to take my money when i needed my phone screen replaced. But was not quite as helpful when i came back no more than a month later when their knockoff screen malfunctioned and only half of it worked.

Went to 2 stores for help with my apps not updating couldnt even download stopped dude fixed it even denied my tip amazing service

Felix ( if that is his name), the man at the counter, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced! He did not solve the problem at hand & in fact he just gave a run around when it came to every question I asked. He even at one point got very defensive during one of my questions. He just seemed to have poor people skills. I would never recommend anyone to go to this store, unless they get knew Staff.

Felix was very professional and beyond helpful! His patients w me as i had a million questions was amazeing! Even know he was busy helping others he never made me feel like i was a burden nor did he try to hurry me along! Thank u boost for haveing such a great rep for yourbcompany! Best boost store Ive ever been to Felix is great helps me even if i have no money

Got me to leave metro with there 5 phones for a $100 but I was told they had better service not the case at all the saying goes is you get what you pay for but from the time I got my phone to now that has been 2 months I have had every phone call dropped took my phone back he play with some settings and said it should be fine now but still the same dont waist your time or money with boost metro is much better

The staff is great. They knew everything I neede when my phone died and were able to get me up and running in a short time. The casier opens up a bit early to help me. He had me up and running in under an hour. He is very very well versed in the products in the store and what problems the devices might have. I have used boost forever and never had an issue they couldnt fix. With service like that I will continue to be a customer.

This boost mobile store is the best. He helps his customers to be sure thats whatever they want to do and suits them as the customer. Also, makes sure they are happy with what the customer chosed to do....

Have an Lg g2 I’ve been trying to get to work with my metro pcs SIM card for the last year and a half now was told by my local dealer “phone was incompatible “ tried countless other stores got the same exact results . Wife was across the street grabbing something for our kids saw the boost mobile wondered in here this guy working on 4 phones by himself !!Needless to say the kid had THE SAME lg phone working with my METRO chip in less than 5 minutes (while STILL working with the other customers )hats off to you sir, that alone made me switch today and My family will be switching to boost once our payment is due 💪🏻.for once someone that knows what there doing !!!!!

Im not sure what im rating. if its customer service&my expierence at that store then yes 5 stars is correct....but my cell phone service itself sucks, im paying to have lte and half the time i have to restart my phone to get lte? boost is not better than metro in my opinion only bc i never ever had a issue with my data with metro...i mkst likely will be switching back to metro
