Extremely rude staff. One of only two places that has 93 octane close to work. Looks like the only other option gets my business from here on out. I know Im just a drop in the bucket but commute 600 miles each week plus personal. That means 2 fill ups of 17-19 gallons. They lose $100-110 in fuel, plus the usual $10-15 in in store purchases. So thats $6500 ish a year Ill be giving to someone else just because the 55 ish year old, thin, short haired woman is rude.

Manager says its impossible to print me a new car wash number. I forgot to grab my printout and drove away. I guess Im out 9 bucks. I know this was my fault, but impossible? She could have at least told me she could offer a discount or something to keep me as a customer.

I used to work as a team member here at BP gas station,I moved from California east side Sacramento in 1999,my experience here was really awesome,I never graduated,but in the grace of hope that I have,I tried applying for any open position,I was on desperate need of cash to pay rent bills,I have no other experience except for cashier at McDonalds, and inventory at Washington inventory service.Big thanks to my manager,Grant is his name,last name I remember I think,it has been so long since I went back to Minnesota,the gas station was a big relief,took all my headaches away,my bills are paid,my brothers and sister has food, and clothings.i had responsibility when I was only 19 yrs old,I had three younger sister and three younger brothers to take care of,but due to my probation back in California,the petty ticket I got one morning for speeding on a road with the spped limit of 35,I was doing 45,I deserve the ticket but I had to rush to get to my job after taking my young one to school every morning and picking them up from school.with that being said the county locked me up for an unpaid ticket,which I made on court to let them know that they had to wait for my pay check,but still I got locked up and extradite me back to California to exterminate my probation.when that happen I called Grant on the phone and told him about my situation.He told me directly,no problem you just make sure you get out and come back to work.In my mind Im like whoo he is going to fire for not being responsible and reminding myself but I was wrong.i have always wanted to work there again tomorrow even for the rest of my life,but when my probation got terminate,my parents also had problems with the agency accusing my family that someone else is paying for their rent,we had to do some research,and that is one of the reason why I never went back but I do miss my manager Grant,I hope your still alive and doing well.you are like a father to me,taught me how to be patient with others,and also how to greet the neighbors...thank you for this experience,I was hoping one day I will stay by your side and take one last photo with you grant.

My experience with this gas station has been forever changed. The worker named Bryant was extremely personal and happy. It made my day. This man deserves a raise by ATLEAST $1 per hour. Give credit to whom deserves it.

Great service here! Local guy, so you get to know the regular staff and always friendly and lighten up your day. Best 93 octane gas I can find around and the car wash is not half bad. Free dash wipes and pressure wash your car before it goes through.

DO NOT play MN Lottery here. Had a $100 winner, the cashier scanned it and then told me after she couldn’t pay it out. She had already scanned it so I couldn’t take the ticket elsewhere. She told me that $50 was the most she could pay and she scoffed and sighed when I asked her for that. She said my only option for the remainder was to reinvest and of course that $50 turned to $0. The worst part about it was the lack of empathy on the employees part, no sign or hint of apology or understanding. Terrible customer service.What a joke of a lottery retailer.At least there’s a SuperAmerica right next door!

Stop for gas but want to use my 7 cent per gallon coupon, so thought it would be easier to go inside and prepay. The cashier was and very rude crusty old lady, I don’t know if it was racial or not but she instantly told me that I had to pay at the pump to use the coupon, this seem odd to me. So I had a. Few things from the cooler so I ask how do pay for these things. She once again just scolded at me you have pay at the pump first. So I as went pay for the gas at the she yell at me you have to pay for the donuts first, because I still had them in my hands, I guess she thought I was going go out pay for gas at the pump then run off with the donuts. So I left the donuts went outside Piaf at the cane back inside waited in line again, now the donuts were sitting there in a clearly see through for the whole while. So when I finally made back to the counter, she very rudely once again ask “how many donuts”, I said twos yhat point I was sick of the attitude so I ask to speak to the manager on duty, she said he’s right there, I told him I come here a lot but never have I been treated this rudely, this is terrible for customers. He just look at me said what did she do, I could tell I couldn’t care less, so I ask for the store manager who is this Jennifer something. Didn’t call her yet, but I will never go there again, in fact I want ever go to any BP again, do they realize how much competition they have. I’m telling all my family and I have a lot, all my friends, Facebook and work(hospital) to never go there for nothing. The only reason I gave one star is because I don’t think u can give zero. Good luck if u go there, I think maybe my money isn’t green if you get my drift!

Went here for a car wash. What a joke. When I exited, I had to pull up to their gas-pump and use the squeegee to clean my windows -- their car-wash didnt remove grease/grime on my side windows, and most of the bug splats were still remaining on my windshield.Their customer service was good; the attendant came outside to mist my car before the wash (whatever good that did), and she gave me some wipes for my dashboard.All in all, if youre going here for gas, its gas. But if you want a car-wash, decent customer service, but sub-par washing results.

My daughter and I were TRAPPED in the car wash station for 15min. Typically the station was attended but it was different today and no one was there. I horned dozen of times and no one seems hear. My car has been inside the station, I could not back or move forward. It was not a good experience! Finally, one young guy came and apologized and said he did not know we were there.Should the gas station have a better alarming system?

Older woman is super unpleasant, her cusomer service alone makes it hard to patronize Woodbury BP. Only good thing is their carwash...#onestarbecausecantdozero

I had horrible service here. I come here a lot for car washes and gas, but when I went there today to buy a car wash I wanted to pay with 2 separate AMEX gift cards and they would not let me. They said, including the manager, that that is not possible. With todays technology and also being able to do this at other gas stations previously, I believe that they just did not want to help me. To make matters worse, I went through the car wash without pre-paying and I was able to use both cards myself. They could have just told me to go through the car wash to begin with. Horrible customer service. I will not be going there again.

I like their car wash service. They run out of receipt often though which is a pet peeve of mine.
