Never answer the phone. They should just remove it and say they dont take phone calls. The sad thing is the staff in the pharmacy is very sweet and awesome and unfortunately like everybody else they are extremely short staffed. The people that work at the front end should be trained to help support in the pharmacy. Or perhaps CVS should stop taking new customers in this location. When you finally do get to interact with somebody from the pharmacy they are amazing absolutely amazing. It really is sad that they had no staff.
Worst store on the planet! Everything is marked wrong, shelf tags say one thing and it rings up differently every time. Manager doesn’t care. 5 items and all items wrongly priced. 3 times in 3 mos ive shopped here and I will NEVER shop at CVS again. This CVS store should be closed. It’s a shame. Where is Corporate to revamp this store? Your loosing a lot of money CVS, obviously you don’t care, typical today’s world. No care no concern
FYI to everyone. If you need to speak with anyone from the pharmacy DO NOT call. They will not answer the phone.I spent a total of an hour of waiting on hold trying to do a simple task over the phone with a pharmacist, however after multiple attempts and sitting on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I finally became too flipping angry, I physically went to the store. While standing waiting in line, their phone was ringing consistently the whole time. Not one person made a single attempt to pick it up.This is highly unacceptable, especially during a pandemic when some people are still trying to social distance or limit their exposure to public facilities.
If I could give them a zero I would. I’m from az and wife’s on pain management due to several spinal surgeries that didn’t correct the issue. Excruciating pain daily. This pharmacy got her prescription electronically on 09/01/2021 to be filled on the 9th. So I called on the 9th and he informed me the meds was out of stock. Ok no biggie order it and get it in stock. It’s now 6 days post fill date and we still do not have the script. My wife is bed ridden with no pain meds. Disgusting unsympathetic people there. How can one pharmacy have so many bad reviews?
Terrible pharmacy service. I have been waiting in line with no one in front of me for 25 minutes
The pharmacist whose name starts with an F is so great. She and her team work so hard, I appreciate all they do.
It was their first COVID vaccination day and the staff at this CVS were wonderful. From the greeter, the pharmacy staff and the kind woman who waited with you after the shot... everyone was friendly, helpful and the process went very smoothly. I’d recommend this staff /store to others. Thanks, CVS!
Like many others stated, if I could give this place a zero, I would. I selected this place as my primary since it was closer to home. I dont know if its normal or not but Ive never received a call or text update to see if my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. Forget even trying to call the pharmacy to verify because there seems to be no one working even though theyre open. I uploaded a screenshot of my phone below just show that after an hour on hold, no one will be coming to assist you. For anyone thinking about putting this place down as their primary pharmacy, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!Honestly, I would suggest driving down to the CVS Pharmacy located a couple of blocks down in the Valley Creek Target. At least when you call, theyll have your number on file and the automated message will verify and let you know when your prescriptions can be picked up(you can also escalate it if needed). Most importantly, if you would like to talk to a person, they will also pick up as well. Once you pick up your prescriptions, the pharmacist will also give you a breakdown of the prescription as well. Seems to be a way better experience already right?
Probably the dirtiest public bathroom Ive ever been in. That is saying something because I was in the military and have seen some nasty bathrooms. If I could post photos on this review, I would. Its obvious the bathrooms havent been cleaned in at least a week. I felt like I need to get some vaccines and use a full body suit to go in there. Management needs to do something about this, seriously.
I am, not was. I am. Today, January 26, 2021waiting on my phone for 2 hs. Still no one has answered. The reason? I need a medication that I can check on line but CVS does not allow me to do it and it is not a controlled substance. The boring recording guy says that we can transfer, order or mail through the website. Big lie. The positive thing is that thanks to the invention of the cellular phone we can do other things. The CVS CUSTOMERS should charge by the minute like lawyers for the wait. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and lack if respect.
I would give ZERO stars if I could! Absolutely RIDICULOUS how long it takes this pharmacy to do anything from answer the phone to filling a prescription! There is a REASON why you guys have such a horrible rating! GET IT TOGETHER already! 🙄
This location doesnt understand the concept of filling prescriptions in a timely manner. After waiting a WEEK after a prescription was called in, it was STILL NOT READY when I went to pick it up. Be prepared to wait!!
Ignore the drop off drive thru sign. So picking up a prescription at CVS, there are *two* lanes, one labeled Dropoff Only, so I used the other lane, as I waspicking up. So when the guy came to the window, he asks me why Im there, and I say Im picking up a prescription so he says I need to pull my car into the other Dropoff Only lane.... Things went downhill from there.
The pharmacy service here is a complete joke. They really suck at having any kind of urgency.
My mom waited 2 hours to get my prescription pills and was frustrated by their service, and let me tell you, it is hard to make my mom mad.
Give it negative if I could worst service out of any cvs I’ve ever been too.
I don’t blame the poor pharmacist but each time I go here there are 8 people in line, 5 calls on hold, 6 people in the drive through and one poor woman running around frantically.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was the only one in the drive thru and they made me pull back around because I was in their covid testing lane. So I pull around and still the only one there. They made me wait five minutes before answering the call button and in the mean time are in plain sight chatting and laughing doing nothing. I wouldnt recommend going here as their attitude is terrible.
The pharmacy team was good to be served by. The front desk team member was on her phone most of the time I saw her. It’s almost January and there are still leaves in the entry way with some garbage. Not the first impression the store manager would want. If you can’t tale care of garbage when you walk in you, most likely won’t go out do your way to help customers.
This CVS is trash and should be shut down. Do not have prescriptions refilled here. The collective IQ of all their employees totals room temperature.
I will never go back to this pharmacy. My husband went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist was wearing her mask below her nose and coughing while speaking with him. They attached the wrong drug info with my prescription. When I tried calling to get the correct info I was put on hold for 30 min before being able to speak with the pharmacist. Every time I’ve called I’ve been put on hold for 30 min or more, which is ridiculous. Once I finally got through to the pharmacist, she couldn’t even properly answer my medication questions. Absolutely horrible experience. Management needs to seriously look into these issues.
This place never answers the phone. They seem to always have some reason for not filling prescriptions. Drug interaction is the latest excuse. Ive been taking the same medication for years. Im done with this store!
Had to use the drive thru, the pharmacy technicians were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience
Seriously created my account to explain how horrible the service is at this location and hope it’s not like this at other locations. Constantly have to wait more than 30 minutes or more when I try to reach pharmacy. When I have gone in they have ignored me, also told me they weren’t notified about my refill when I’m fact the women was not reading correctly and they had my refill in store.. if I could do less than one star I would. Horrible customer service.
I hate this CVS! Last year they accused me of stealing after I got out of the hospital after a major surgery! I coule barely drive or walk...had no purse or jacket with me and spent nearly $100, yet they accused me of stealing TAMPONS of all things. The lady actually followed me to my car--made me take everything out of my car and allow her to check the receipts against them as people stared at me in the parking lot. She checked the receipts and after realizing she was the most wrong shed ever been in her life, she said oh, youre good honey. She had the nerve to call me honey and never even offered to help me put my stuff back in the car, despite the fact I was struggling and shouldnt have been lifting anything at all after my surgery. I told her, no, its not okay. You accused me of stealing for no reason. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to even walk me to the manager--I had to find him myself in the store. Management did NOTHING but apologize to me via phone after 3 calls to their corporate office. I had been very active in their coupon program for the last 10 years. Now I dont even shop there anymore, period. I hate this location and I hate CVS for this embarrassing and unnecessary treatment.
Was on hold for 50 minutes no answer. Called back later, on hold for 10 minutes, they take the phone off the receiver but don’t say hello. Took 2 days to get a prescription filled that was called in by the doctor.
Nobody ever answers the phone here. I’ve sat on hold for a half an hour over and over and nobody ever answers. I know for a fact when I’ve gone in there they are never busy. So what the heck?
I would have to say the guy in the pharmacy is one of a kind guy. His name is Wes. He actually treats you like a person with the utmost respect and kindness. Good pharmacy.
The pharmacist here always try and get a coupon for you. Really helpful.
I called to transfer a prescription from out of state so I could get my meds while visiting family for the holidays. Five hours later they called me and said the number I provided wasnt working. I call back, hold 9 minutes, to confirm that yes, its correct number, yes, it matches pill bottle and website. I wait, call back, hold again, only to be told the number wasnt working. They suggested I try calling it and THEN REPORT BACK TO THEM. Okay. Ill do the call. Everything works. I hold for eleven minutes to tell them this. They say theyll try again. I call back to see if it works. Im put on hold, for fifteen minutes and counting. THIS IS ABSOLUTE INSANITY. If your business cant handle an out of state phone call, you have no business dealing with something as important as someones medication. Now its 20 minutes... Still on hold. Still listening to a tinny version of Unchained Melody.UPDATE: After 26 minutes on hold with the second employee, a third employee answered with Hi, this CVS How can I help you? After repeating all info/ ENTIRE situation for the fourth time that day, I was told that the number finally magically worked.I asked to speak to a manager. I have never done this in my life. BUT COME ON.
Sat in drive through for 45 minutes without anyone coming to the window. Horrible service.
If I could give this Minute Clinic no stars I would. The physician there, Joyce, was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever witnessed. She lacked bed side manner and made my daughter who was just in for a physical feel so insecure. Buyer beware, go somewhere else if you want to be treated with dignity.
They are never on time, they make promises to have medication ready and dont follow through. They make you wait 30 minutes when other pharmacies have filled mine in under 10 minutes when making me wait. Lack of professionalism at this location.P.s. never had luck with calling, they will hang up on me or let it ring for 20 min+
Don’t go to CVS in general. Walgreens is way better. This store has long wait times, and then they are unhelpful once they do talk with you.
Very rude, horrible customer service.
Been trying to get an update on a prescription.online it says processing and they have not answered, over 6 attempts and on hold each time. They also keep the drive through window closed when they are open.
Horrible service. Each time I go into this store they never have my order ready and claim to not have anything in their system. The excuse is that it isn’t in the system and the doctor never sent the fax over. After having this issue with three different doctors, I don’t think it is a doctor issue but a pharmacy issue. They also don’t fill prescriptions on weekends; they say that they have no vendors available so they can’t fill, so if you have a prescription faxed over on a Friday morning, it likely will not be ready until Monday, if you are lucky and they didn’t lose your prescription.
2 hours and no answer. I have to drive there to refill a prescription....
Utterly inconsistent and will often give wrong answers to queries, apparently to just put off having to do a little extra work to avoid more work for them and much inconvenience for customers. 2 other CVSs in Woodbury, so even if you are stuck with CVS you are not stuck with this one.
My fiance and I left the emergency room and went straight to this place. We got there and the two young people working acted as if I had a major disease instead of a back injury. We were expecting 2 medications and was given one and told they needed a prior authorization for the other one. Ok sounds like I will only have to wait one to two days. A week and a half later and finally be able to talk to the pharmacist I was told I can come get them and pay cash instead of waiting for the prior authorization to go through. This long and still waiting or were you all hoping I would just disappear? Will NEVER go back nor would I ever recommend this place.
I have been on hold for over an hour in an attempt to speak with a pharmacist. It is impossible to connect with this business by phone. Extremely poor customer service!
I have never reviewed online, but there needs to be an improvement made with this pharmacy, excessively slow, inaccurate, and I had to go in to get my prescriptions for my daughter to “ jump the line” which were already late by 10 days.
When I first started shopping here I like it until I went almost once or twice every few weeks, don’t really have issue with the male cashiers or manager. But whenever I have to deal with the female manager I feel like she doesn’t wanna deal with the issue and have an excuse, for example today, I went in because few days before I got charge retail price for an item that’s suppose to be on sale, but she just kept on saying that it’s retail price, retail price and wouldn’t honor the sale price even though it was still the sale week and made an excuse saying that the price could’ve change since it’s the end of the week, blah, blah, blah.. like wth? Ive been shopping at cvs for 4 years & never heard of an sale item could change price unless it’s a new week of a sale! smh, on top of that Rudely slowly walking away while still talking to me with an attitude. The only cvs that has never ever give me issue is the one in little Canada, sadly I moved and haven’t gone there for over a year!!
Horrible customer service. Ordered 1 hour photos and when I went in 3 hours later the lady working the front was playing games on an iPad. She told me they haven’t been printed yet but we’re in the system. 5 hours later still not done.
Honestly if you are a woman dont go here if you dont want a strange man leaning uncomfortably over you.Worst customer experience ever! First he ran my card and said loudly it only tender 20$. Tried to tell me thats all there was on the card when I had just checked my debit balance before going to the store and there was 500. Then he voided the transaction and started again and this time he said (very loudly) that the card was declined. Super upsetting that he announced it to the people behind me in line.So I said I need a copy of the void receipt because either you just deducted 20 dollars or the system is broken and I cant be sure its not going to charge me anyway. He called a manager and together they refused to give me a copy of the void receipt in case I got charged. While I talked to that manager he took the people behind me. So I was like fine, let me take a picture so if something shows up on my bill I can prove it was supposed to be voided. The manager said that was cool and left. And then, that terribly rude Kirk, refused to even hand it to me. I had to demand he set it flat on the counter because he wouldnt let me touch it and wanted me to take the picture of it while he was holding it up and then, for his own amusement, he held it all the way at the back of the counter. Im only 55 and a woman so I was laying on my stomach on the counter to get close enough for the pic to be in focus and he was right over me and I could feel his creepy serial killer like breath on the back of my neck. Of course the other manager had already left so I was alone with this weirdo. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. Then he said super sarcasticly have a nice day. Ive never heard anyone sound so sarcastic. To top it all off, I got home and checked and sure enough, the transaction had gone through and the debit card now has about 480 on it so Ill be calling the corporate line to get the charge reversed I guess. Im appalled and disgusted and will never go back there. I expected better from cvs.
Worst front desk help ever. Man. And woman both should not work with the public. Rude. Disrespectful. Man threatened me. Please check this out. March. 30. 2017. 4. 30 pm
They kicked me out for dropping candy on the ground even know i picked it up. i came back 4 days later and the same employee said to my friend what are you deaf and then ripped my 50 dollar sun glasses out of my hand and threatened to call the cops if we didnt leave
WORST CVS EVER!Cashiers are rude.Shelves are never stocked.I will never shop here again!
Every time I call in an order, they screw it up. Worst pharmacy ever used. Now going to Walgreens.
Got my meds. Im a happy camper.
Have messed up my prescriptions two months in a row. Would give 0 stars if I could. Very angry with them. I called them multiple times, very bad service. Changing pharmacies after this.
They do not answer their phones at noon. It just hangs up on you.Worst cvs ever
Worst experience EVER!
Josh in the Pharmacy was awesome! My husband is having heart surgery Friday and he had to get a Covid test before the surgery (3 days away) hospital offered no help, and josh went above and beyond to get him an appointment so we didn’t have to cancel the surgery!
