I have visited easily 10 different tile and flooring stores in the past week and this is by far the W O R S T customer service hands down! I dont know if the employees thought I had no money or if they thought I was there to browse because thats what I do in my spare time but none the less these womans noses where so far in the air they couldnt see a HIGH PAYING CUSTOMER walking right in front of them... Needless to say I will take me money else where.Beautiful showroom and great selection though...

I spoke with Carrie over the phone about some stone and tile questions and she was beyond helpful. She was very friendly and professional, patient with me, and able to answer all of my maintenance and grout questions! I feel much more confident after speaking with her. Thank you!

We walked in and no one would help us! I wouldnt purchase from them, we were there today at 3:30 (February 15th).

Sales associates saw me and never asked if I needed help. They didn’t even acknowledge my presence. The bad reviews are true. Go here if you’d like to be ignored. P.S. I was ready to buy!

It took me and my husband months to start our Kitchen remodel. Mackenzie has worked with me the entire time. Shes always greeted me with a big smile on her face, shes held the door while me and my husband walked in, greeted us by our names and never lost her patience even with all of our questions. I would refer Mackenzie and Minnesota Tile and Stone to anyone.

Mark was very helpful over the phone. He called his rep with questions and got back to me within minutes. I was at the store within the hour and got what I needed.I was a very productive process.All other places I called did not put the effort in like Mark did.I will definitely be back!

Prices are high but until recently service was good. Not any longer. Spent $$$ on tile for 3 complete bathrooms. Asked for help to get a tile quickly since a tile was delivered broken. They refused and provide a 2 week lead time. Also bought tile at The Tile Store for the same project. Prices were much better and the service was great. Last time I will do business with Minnesota Tile. They will not take back the tile I cannot not use due to the fact I cannot get there help with this issue.

Terrible from the start. Walked away from us in the store, refused to help. We walked around and picked out things on our own and felt like we had to force them to take the order. No one came out to measure, wrong products ordered, and when they came to install they gouged our cabinets and walls and when the backsplash was too long CUT A HOLE in the wall and tried to hide the extra. Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I visited your Woodbury location and I was absolutely shocked at the level of service and knowledge that Mackenzie Lindback was able to provide. She helped me design and get me everything I needed for my remodel. I was more than impressed with her, and Ill make sure to return to MN T&S for my next big project. MN Tile and Stone in Woodbury is a fantastic choice if you are looking for tile or stone for a home improvement project. They carry a wide variety of products (some in-stock, some special order with 2 week lead time) on a price scale that can fit any budget.We have been using them for over two years now and have found that the quality is beyond compare.This store specifically has recently gone through almost an entire change out of original staff, as well as an entire showroom remodel- we have noticed that this has affected the previously stellar service, but the whole team that is there now (Mackenzie, Jose, Mark) are all extremely friendly and helpful. Despite inevitable hiccups due to circumstances out of any of their control, everyone there manages to remain positive and work through any situation that may arise.Give them another chance if youve visited in the midst of the staffing changes and store remodel-youll leave with a smile on your face and a quality tile that will last you decades!
