Slow. Waited 40 minutes during which time the line did not move at all and there were several people waiting in front of me. I left without getting service. I was actually told by a service rep that the best thing to do was book an appointment and then show up late so the time will be counted and I wouldn’t have to wait as long.

To make a long story short...I needed to have someone figure out why my phone kept saying I needed a Sim card when my phone has a Sim card already installed. Thanks to Sprint customer service they are no help at all! Thanks to Krista over at TMOBILE and her great customer service by informing me what the problem really was and going over and beyond to make sure I was getting the most from my service made my day! Thanks Krista for your excellent customer service.

I had to visit T Mobile to get a cracked phone screen replaced as well as have a new SIM inserted to upgrade from Sprint to T Mobile. Krista greeted me warmly and jumped right in to help. She was extremely knowledgeable about her products.She found that only my screen protector was scratched so I did not need a new screen thankfully. She kept me informed of everything she was doing each step of the way. Krista was pleasant and extremely easy to talk to. I have been to this site many times as I have been a Sprint customer since 1994. I always hated going because of the long wait times and mostly inexperienced workers who had no type of business sense or interest in helping solve a problem. This was by far the best interaction I’ve had at this site. I am so happy with my new screen saver and phone case. Krista also was able to get my phone back to my original settings that I had been having problems with. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I drove 15 minutes and waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me you can not cancel your service in there store you have to do it by calling there call line.Then when I get home they said if I didnt have all relevant information I had to turn in the phones at a store. And I called the store back and they said they could not except it.They had changed my password and were sending to my phone that was already switched servers.Security features, dont help if your no longer a customer. And still need to look at your account or pay your final bill. Thank goodness my husband figured it out Im not great with phones or tech, but he is. lol.

The customer service here is alright, not the the best but its just okay, they gave me problems about switching phones and using it, I bought the phone thru them and they kept saying it wasnt an unlocked phone they couldnt do it. Its bs that I had to spend money on a new phone here and they wont even activate it

My wife and I had gone in to upgrade her phone and selected the T Mobile Rebel. After an hour or so my wife realized all sorts of problems with their software and called to see about switching the the android we were looking at, we were told we can switch with no issue and to come in tomorrow to do the swap.My wife arrived to swap phones and they were out of stock.. no big deal we thought. They told us to call the next day to see if they were in, but again, they werent there. This location never recieved the phone they had said would be there and went further to say it was on back order and they are not sure when it will come in.We called the Southgate location and they ordered it for us immediately, it arrived on schedule two days later.I contacted the woodhaven store to ask why they could not do the same as the southgate store and their manager told me that We all worked for Sprint and dont trust T Mobiles delivery schedule. Do yourself a favor and head over to Southgate and see Dan, avoid this location - the manager himself told me they dont know what theyre doing.Way to make my wifes birthday present go so well. Time and effort wasted. This is the second time the woodhaven location dropped the ball.

Terrible experience! Talked to customer service the day before to get all the info on a phone upgrade. At the store they add fees not mentioned the day before. While talking to T Mobile on the phone to try to fix the problem a store employee asked us to leave because we were talking(all in a normal tone) on the phone to THEIR customer service. Ill never go in that store again. Youre warned -they quote you one price on the phone and its more at the store and then tell you to leave when youre trying to clear it up!

I reached out to the store manager who did not return my call after a man got on the phone and said “he was too busy” . Last week my dad went to purchase a phone and they told him he wasn’t an authorized user .... take note he is the account owner ! How is that even possible . Then the next day without knowing what happened the day before, I went to purchase a phone for a gift and my mom and I were going to split payment and pick the phone for my brother together . The rude associate Miles said we both couldn’t come into the store after we had an appointment at 230 pm . Not only was he rude he just didn’t understand . We have been sprint customers since 2004 and been at the woodhaven store since they opened . After that experience I REFUSE to go back into that store . I called sprint corporate to file a complaint and got a complaint number but that store needs to be reprimanded because the majority of the people think they are rude and need better management! I ended up going to the flat rock location and received amazing help and ended up purchasing 2 phones !!!! T-Mobile needs to investigate the woodhaven store and find new managers who believe in customer service .It’s also been 4 days with no follow up from the store manager who I was told would call me back and never did . I’m willing to take my review down or change it if the problem is rectified and I’m contacted by the store manager but until then I ask everyone to not patronize this store at all .

Went to this location while visiting my parents over the holidays to change over the phones we got them for Christmas. Ive never seen a store so busy. Was greeted at the door and got checked in had to wait in our vehicle (this was much appreciated since we were visiting from Oklahoma and couldn’t risk getting sick since we would be traveling home)While in the store, my family had to wait in the car while Don transferred over the information. Don was personable and I appreciated how much attention to detail the employees paid when it came to covid-19. The store wasn’t very big, but they were socially distancing, wiping stuff down constantly and limiting the number of people in the store.I had to go back 1 time because one of the phones wasn’t receiving calls but they fixed it without making me wait in line again.I wish I had a store like this in Oklahoma to visit and appreciate T-Mobile for how well we were treated!

This place makes it very difficult to get ahold of. I canceled my sprint account in November of 2020 and they are still trying to bill me for payments that don’t exist. They actually owe me money for billing me on a tracker I was never given. I can’t access their customer service because I no longer have a sprint phone number and their store does not pick up the phone. Overall bad service along with an 18 month plan with bad cell service. I do not recommend Sprint/T-mobil.

T Mobile data service is terrible in this area. They dont have the infrastructure in place to handle the shopping and Flying J. Good luck trying to watch a YouTube video or play a game on your lunch break. You dont need 5g, you just need them to put up 4g towers capable of handling the volume.

Not exactly what I wanted, phone was reset and battery was completely optimized by technician. However, havent been doing anything ei: work, watchibg TV, video, or anything and the battery is draining fast. So after spending all day today trying to get this phone replaced Now I still have to Return to the Woodhaven store again tomorrow and request again they replace or rather Exchange this Brand New defective phone under the 30 100% guarantee satisfaction plan that I went there for Today. Do not purchase from sprint. They tell you one thing to get you to purchase their products but don’t tell you how much it will cost you in the long run. The phone service is horrible as well as customer service. As of now I am trying to terminate my service but can’t do it without spending over $500. I thought I got a deal on their sprint drive here for 2 of them for $5 each and only have to pay $15 a month for the service which was not the case. I’m paying $5 for service and $5 for each device till I pay off $240. So now that’s added on to my cancellation fee. When first signing up with sprint I was given the option to buy or lease my phones. I would never lease anything, I prefer to buy and told the sales associate I’d like to buy, now I find out as I’m trying to cancel service that my phones are on a lease and I can pay $200 per phone at the end of the lease to own them. Not what I was told in store and not what I agreed to. I also paid cash in store and the employees tried keeping the change. At all costs do not give them your business. I miss calls and texts everyday that never go through and also have a pregnant wife at home. Sprint is by far the worse phone company with the worse phone service and customer service I have ever had

Excellent repair tech!!!Insurance on my older phone paid off, the tech, he went above & beyond fixing my cracked screen.Yes there was a waiting list & then the repair time, but people dont realize if you want the job done right you have to have patience.I have been to this store b4 for new phones, questions & they have surpassed any other Sprint store north of Woodhaven.

I made an appointment they would not honor it, whats the point of making it in the first place. Every customer there were very disappointed . Looks like we all are changing servers soon.

Literally the least helpful store I have had to deal with. Have tried twice now to get a Sim card for my new phone and each time all they say is that they dont have the one I need and I should just order it online, even though my sister got hers at the store for the same phone only a few hours before I went in. All the employees seem to just want to get you out of the store as fast as possible whether you have been helped or not. Definitely never going back again.

Terrible service!!! So bad I was heading to Verizon to change carriers. Ive been a Sprint customer for over 17 years - never paid a bill late & have never had a bad experience with them. This store broke my luck with Sprint! Short story, my phone was over-heating and shutting down. I was informed by tech it was problem with moisture corroding charging port. I told him phone was never damaged - he told me it could be caused by humidity in the air??? And unfortunately, insurance would charge me $200 deductible (phone isnt worth $200). So, insurance Ive been paying for all these months is totally useless!!! Out of curiosity, decided to stop at another Sprint store just to see if I would get the same story. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! The second store offered upraded phones, insurance & unlimited everything for $40 less a month than Ive been paying! Couldnt believe it! I was ready to leave Sprint - Im glad I went to another store - they are not all created equal!!! I am contacting Sprint corporate & let them know West/Allen Rd. store could use some customer service training!

Jorge was literally the worst. Will be sending in a letter. Ive never had someone try to neg and shame me into upgrading. We walked in, intent on upgrading, and walked out because he was the most abrasive, uprofessional little pisspot Ive had the displease to try to negotiate the simple act of upgrading a phone with. Im moderately curious if his inability to read body language or comprehend verbal language was a cultivated choice or if he is just incapable of doing the simplest things a customer asks for. I guess we will never know.

The worst customer service ever. The location on West Rd in Woodhaven the staff needs educating about the products, coaching and training. Weve been customer for over 30 years, however it may be time to vacate. I am truly big on customer service. We were told 3 different answers by 3 different representatives and they were all incorrect. No passion for the job just a paycheck.

Came here twice with my girlfriend for her to have her phone checked out. She pays for insurance on her phone and has been a customer for a fair amount of time. We came here and explained the problem to them. Handing them the phone and letting them see, along with showing examples of photos taken where the lense has light flares everywhere. Making photos horrible. She bought the phone for its picture taking quality. The first time coming here they said they had no parts in stock to fix it. That they would put a sticky note on the computer to order the parts and call us back within two weeks when the new part was there. That if we didnt hear from them in two weeks to get in touch.Two weeks after not hearing from them we called and were told we would have to come back in to again show the problem. As no one recalled seeing the sticky note and nothing was on our record for requesting the parts. We came into the store about a week later and explained everything again. We showed the evidence and the phone to the worker. He told us he didnt see a big problem with it. We explained and showed the lense flare ups with the light. We explained we pay for the insurance so we wanted this fixed. He then went on trying to say we should instead buy a new phone instead of using our insurance to get the phone fixed. He recommended the brand he was trying to sell and in no way offered us to use our insurance to fix the phone.Needless to say I would not recommend sprint here. And if our phone is not fixed we will not be using this company again.

Loved their customer service. My mother unfortunately locked her phone and was not able to access it with her password. We took her phone in and the manager was quick to unlock it and fix the issue. I will admit that there was a wait and Just when I was starting to feel impatient, the manager Risto apologized and explained that they were short staffed and have been working on hiring more employees. Overall it was a good experience, and I recommend this store.

They have lawsuits from their own employees and from class action lawsuits against people they illegally charged there Bills on debit card without their permission. My boyfriend ordered an iPhone 7plus over the phone in rose gold for his upgrade not knowing it was pink, was told by reply over phone to take to a corporate store and exchange for the color he wanted, he gets there they basically take the rose gold phone bring out the red one and then say you have to give us 100$ when he didnt have to pay but 10$ over the phone, the girls working in the store thought it was funny to blast the Harmon kardon speakers in my ear when I was sitting at the counter via remote thinking it was funny..this is the worst store in the area, I suggest going to the sprint store on eureka, they have excellent customer service skills.

I went in there today with a cracked screen on my Galaxy S5. Walked right in and first thing Jimmy explained the process and what he would need to do. Unfortunately, there was more damage to it than thought but, he took care of it completely. Even asking if I cared about color change. I felt blessed to have a working phone back! Also, the kids table with a tablet and crayons was a life saver keeping my 6 year old busy!! I told him I couldnt thank him enough!

I waited almost 20 minutes after signing in and being first in line. After I finally approached the service and repair desk, one of the two guys goofing off for those 20 minutes said, Are you here for a repair? and attempted to help. When asked why he did not help sooner, he replied, They (up front) are supposed to tell us there is someone here for repair. This was a total customer service fail and they were not able to honor the repair documentation mailed to me by Sprint. Lousy, frustrating experience!

Absolute worst cell store Ive ever had to deal with. The fact that you are made to because they are the only one for miles that service phones makes it that much more painful. Service is a foreign concept here and unless you follow up on every step of the repair process, you wont get anything done at this place. Four separate trips in a month for a lemon Galaxy 6 and after receiving the dubious once over from the staff, they reluctantly take it back to the repair room in an attempt to disprove your claim. Dont make plans because itll take 2 hours for them to tell you that the phone is indeed broken. Dismissal is quick and prompt with a careless itll be a week for the new phone to get here tossed over their shoulder before theyre off to find new and creative ways to ignore and or annoy customers. From the mother with children in tow to the young teeny bopper with the rad new shoes, misery is total and completely felt by all. The only smiles coming from employees who have grouped together to watch the latest viral video or discuss upcoming weekend plans. The only bright spot in this sea of incompetence is Karen who actually returned my call (never received one of course and was following up on a the phone Id turned in 8 days previous) and took the time to make sure the phone had indeed arrived.If there was ever a store that needed culling it is this one. Since Sprint is pretty terrible at almost every level of their organization I doubt that will be happening any time soon.

Just checking in and waiting for a thousand years is the only downside. Out of all the sprint stores in the area, this one is my favorite. After waiting (quite a while sometimes) to see an associate, they spent a lot of time with us solving our problems and making sure all of our questions were answered. We dont like the associate was rushed or annoyed by our questions, concerns, etc.
