I went to the Vision Center located inside the Walmart Super Center in Woodhaven MI, and was welcomed by a lady named Tracy! She was very personable and helpful, when I asked if Walmart had the replacement nose pads for my glasses 👓 she asked to take my glasses and she replied I will be right back with you! A few minutes later Tracy returned with my glasses and both nose pads replaced! When I asked her how much did I owe for the repairs, her reply was “there is No Charge”! I prompted her again, and again Tracy said No Charge! I couldn’t believe it! I was greeted by a person who cared about helping me, Tracy preformed a service that I needed and wanted, and after performing this service to perfection, informed me that there wouldn’t be a charge for those services! I was really thrown back in a very pleasant way, by this extremely nice jester and experience! Tracy Thank You again for your incredible kindness and professional service experience!

I called to see is they had an certain item in stock, I had the item no ready the person just said in an absolute voice without asking me for the item no so he could check which would have been the normal Customer Service Process! “ I’m absolutely sure that We DON’T have THAT PRODUCT! This Store’s Customer Service Representative was just DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!! Happy F’n Halloween 2021!

We like this Walmart over the one in Southgate so much more. But today when we went grocery shopping we were disappointed in the fruit quality. We wanted to pick up some cutties you know the little oranges and came across several bags that looks really bad. There were fruit flies everywhere around them. We looked around and have seen few department managers and there was another employee not far from us. We picked up a bag walked it over to her and told her that it was molded and she should notify someone that there were more, that were molding and that there were Flys everywhere. The employee was not happy that we told her that and grudgingly walked over as we watched, talked to the department managers and hand them the fruit. They took that bag and took it in the back. After they came out they walked right by the rest of them and walked away. We both worked at Walmart in another state and we know the rules, this was not right.We just wanted to make sure that someone is aware of this situation and hopefully it wont happen again.We will continue on shopping there because other than that its great. This is the cleanest Wal-Mart around. The bottle return room does NOT smell and the floor is NOT sticky. Ive used the curb-side pickup at this location several times. There are hardly any outages and the substitutes make sense, like whomever is doing it cares. The pick up area is well set up and very quick! I went in today and I was so impressed. It runs like a brand new store, but its not. Congrats to the management and crew. You are doing a fabulous job!

Modern. Clean. I waited a long time in the automotive area and there is not enough workers, or they are not properly trained, I lost my patience and put the tires back that I was going to buy. Glass/can/bottle return area was temporarily closed. Money services area was staffed. Produce area not stocked very well. Other parts of the store looked organized and stocked.

Future superior then the Monroe store! This was a super Walmart shop smart!!This places variety of things were waayyyy more crucial then others but they have to accommodate a shyt ton more ppl then ours too soo...!

My first time here! The store is nice & clean & huge! They have anything you need. The staff is extremely helpful! I bought some nice summer shirts that were on sale. I asked at the door to the greeter where the womens clothes were. She told me how to get there. Very pleasant & helpful.

I am a regular Walmart shopper and every experience is pretty much the same until today. A lady named Lily was working the self checkouts and came to help me reach the items in my riding cart and even helped me bag them. I am losing my eyesight and have a bad leg and I think she must have sensed my frustration and came forward of her own volition. It was a wonderful change and I hope that she is always there as she is the nicest person in the entire store. Go Lily!!!

Ok Im changing my review. Im never going back to this store. Food on shelves are not organized, prices are not labeled its a guessing game. Asking for help is like asking a 2 year old to Recite Dr Kings, I Have A Dream. Employees are lazy lazy and LAZY!! there shelves are caved in alot of out of stock items when the website says they are in stock floor managers Act like there busy and ignore you. And most of the employees like to huddle in corners and complain about how there stuck doing this job. And Im sick and tired of hearing they are under staffed well you need to make a midnight shift for stocking organization and ordering. And last. Turn on you cameras and find the employees that arent doing there JOBS!

Like any other big box store you got to look around find your deals but a big kudos out to those in the pharmacy Diane and the rest of the gals there and the pharmacist great people

This is one of the best walmarts in Michigan.. even short handed they are still maintaining the store. Who ever the store manager is . I would love to meet him and show him my appreciation

Such an eye opening experience. I bring plastic bags in to have them recycled. I ask the woman at customer service if they had a bin, like other stores do, and was told yes, right there...the trash. When I told her I was wanting to recycle them, she said they dont do that. I then asked if there were more cashiers? This was because there were about 20 people in line for one cashier. She responded No! But youre welcome to apply and then walked away. Is cheap merchandise worth being treated like this?

They always have what i need. The store is clean and i got thru the line quickly.

Everything was fine with the shopping trip but the service at self checkout was slow. Three lanes were waiting on an employee until someone eventually went to the service desk to get someone. I think they are short staffed like every other place is due to people not wanting to go to work.

Not every price at the store seems to be what it says they had shirts advertised for $6 but when I get up to the register they were $6.48 then they had a $5 clearance rack which the three shirts that I took off there or the regular price they werent even marked for $5 but yet they were on the $5 clearance rack..

I needed to find prices on some things because no prices or signs on A LOT of their merchandise from grocery area to general merchandise. I will say though that when I did ask for help in housewares a really super nice young lady stopped what she was doing took the time out to help me find a price on a type of crock pot as well as wish me a good day. Very refreshing and made my day. Cashier on the other hand wasnt going out of her way to be polite or make any conversation and showed little enthusiasm. Took nearest lane which I believe to be where cigarettes are sold. Upon walking out in self checkout lanes I did notice an african american woman who is usually positioned there helping customers and IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY! I made it a point to tell her I think she is wonderful and always helpful everytime I have been there.

Absolutely the filthiest Walmart I have ever seen. From the parking lot to the inside of the store nothing but trash laying everywhere. Of all the walmarts I have been to I have never seen any store quite this dirty.

The store had what I needed but it was somewhat disarray. I believe it was for two reasons, the short staffing and capable people not picking up items they dropped. I am not saying everyone.

Definitely the nicest Walmart in the western Detroit area by FAR. Well stocked and organized.

Unfortunately I have to give a 3 star. They are never stocked with what Im looking for. I know there are a shortage of employees, but its the closest to me. I have to travel further to another store.

Good store. Fairly clean and staff was present to help. Was easy to find what I needed and had a bunch of registers open. It was my first time here and will not be my last.

What can I say, its Walmart... the store is a mess and the checkout lines are long. A vast majority of items have NO PRICE tags and of course there are NO PRICE SCANNERS around the store. Unacceptable! 🤬

Hands down THE BEST Walmart I have ever EVER been to. It is also bigger than any other walmart I have seen. It is so clean and the shelves are stocked very well and neat. I literally drove 20 min away from my local stores because they never are stocked and so so dirty and messy. The staff are also excellent not one person gave me attitude and were very kind and talkative.

It was very nice to see that the shelves were stocked again, in almost every department (except amo, still cant get any at least the day I was there), cashiers were very friendly, the only other small complaint is not enough registers open. With most folks using self checkout more, they seem to be using them for larger orders, because theyre are only 1 or 2 check outs with cashiers, so the go to self ck out and then the lines get long there..other than that, like I said shelves were stocked..neatly, it was clean organized, very nice to see, sooo lets get back to being open 24 hrs!😆

Wal-Mart is my favorite store but at this location the isles are narrow, some of the items I wanted they didnt have, I didnt care for any of the produce, however, customer service was great.

I went at 9pm, it was busy but there were plenty of employees on the floor that acknowledged me while shopping. I would have given 5 stars but there was only the self check out lanes and 1 lane with a cashier. The wait in line wasnt that long due to 5 or 6 self check out lanes but that 1 cashier seemed to be really struggling. Ive worked retail for many years, no matter where I worked, supervisors and managers had no issue with jumping on a register to get the line down. Instead a supervisor or manager, not sure which bc she had no name tag, was standing around by the cashier at self check out talking. Theres 2 more ppltbat could jump on a register... Still better than the Southgate location though.

Walmart was fine it was just they need a happier cashier because there was things with no tags and she was sarcastic so we go to another Walmart Walmart in woodhaven and Allen road is sarcastic

Not good service at all, bought a baby shark bed and got a completely different bed in the box. Very ghetto, store was also disorganized and gross.

Walmart Tire and Service Center provides professional and timely service to their customers.

Its alot less crowded than other stores surprisingly, you have an option to wear a mask or not but I will just be patient because businesses are still running things like its 2020.

I went to buy fruits and found a bunch that if never seen in America before. Pretty cool to be able to try something new.

Woeful Auto repair customer service and new car battery was 6 months old and made with 1 year warranty. They had 2 like it and do not rotate stock. Wound up finding new battery only weeks old in shelves. Beware of what they pick out when you order an internet pick up. It can be outdated. So can home shipment.

Sometimes has a good selection of Bluey merchandise. Only 4 stars for sometimes haha

The Super Center on ford rd Canton/ Westland. Was the worst Store i walk through. I would never ever ever go back to that store. Everyone that supposed to work there include the Managers need to be fired. That Store was mass up boxes everywhere the employee at the front door was rude disrespectful and act like she didn’t want to be there. I walk roght out.

This used to be a great place to shop but the last few times I left so angry and disappointed. This was my last time. I was only able to get half the stuff on my list. Most shelves were empty. I thought the reason these stores werent open 24 hrs. was to stock the shelves. And they didnt have any shopping carts and there seems to be a shortage of sales staff.

They are horrible all the workers are rude. They hung up on us when you’re trying to ask a question and they kept on saying no we don’t even though we never asked anything yet. I’m very disappointed that is stored like this would do that they are very rude and don’t know their manners

This is the GOOD Walmart. Other downriver Walmart’s pale in comparison. The toy section was well stocked and there were lots of checkout lanes open. Store is clean and employees are engaged and friendly. I drive out of my way by many miles to go to this Walmart.

This place is gigantic go to a lot of different Walmarts but this place has physically everything you need and stopped I think Ive only been there once were they didnt have shelves completely loaded workers are friendly and will help you with needed I would totally suggest this place

Tried calling. Was disconnected twice and left on hold for literally 45 minutes. They never came back to the line. I had to hang up. Had to go to the store to find out what I needed to know. When I actually got what I needed at the store, it was ok but it would have saved so much time if they had even the slightest quality of customer service. I think Walmart is just so big of a corporation that it doesnt need to have quality customer service. People will just go anyway, unfortunately this time it includes me so I guess I am part of the problem as well.

Why is the lawn and garden doors open if theres no one to check anyone out there? You literally have to walk any product big or small to the nearest register half way through the store and its a self check out. This isnt a one time occurence. Its been the last 3x Ive been. Will I take a chance on a fourth?

Very clean, well stocked location. Lots of people say bad things about Walmart as a brand, and this store works very hard to make itself stand apart from that reputation. I now drive 15 minutes out of my way and avoid two closer locations to shop at this location.

Worst ever. Cashier put two large large jars of sauce in bag and when lifted, it broke. One jar shattered, one landed on the top and just opened. Had to wait 10 minutes to have another cashier come ring up alcohol, because our cashier was not old enough. Im not a Walmart shopper and now I know why.

Literally one cashier working. Time to start spreading the wealth to the bottom. You have to pay people if you want them to work.

I had a great experience the driver was great the only problem I had was when placing my order I must have hit the wrong button cuz we got everything that I ordered last time plus the stuff I ordered this time I wish they would have texted me asking me if thats what i wanted to do cuz now I have triple everything and dont need it but I cant take it back.

I tried to be nice to people and alot were cranky. Not many registers were open. Im glad I didnt buy icecream. The store was in shambles.

Bad communication about picking up online order. Not groceries but other products. No word left when order ready..Had to call Wal-Mart headquarters to check. Waited over 1 week till I traced my order down..This is not the 1st time it happened. Sorry Wal-Mart u lost a good customer.😞😢

Very pleasant workers. I had an appointment but still waited in line for about 30 minutes. Everybody was social distancing and sanitizer was used even for the vision testing machine.

They have a better selection and more product then they do in the monroe Walmart.

This store is not clean, the shelves are not fully shocked, things are out of place very badly. I can’t hardly find what I’m looking for because the store doesn’t seem to get zoned. The staff is the nicest, you can hear them complaining about their job while the customer just cut looks at each other, that’s unprofessional. And now if you make a purchase over ten dollars with your debit card and need to return it, it’s returned as a credit. Put a sign up at all registers. I will do my shopping at other stores because Walmart is ridiculous. This store is ridiculous with cleaning and being stocked.

Got everything I needed plus more. I love their masks for everyday wear. They have a great selection. The single ones are the best because they have some very pretty ones with embroidered flowers, with silver shiny medal dots on them & some with shiny printed words like love & blessed! Theyre thicker & worth every penny. Im very happy with mine.

The service here is very poor. Went here to shop between 4:00 and 5:00 on February 23. When it was time to check out, it was our turn, but the black cashier said that the line was closed. But when we turned and left, and went to line up next door, she immediately served the guests again. This black cashier is very racially discriminatory. I hope your company will expel her quickly.

Someone they let sell phones, OSL operating in Walmart store # 2912 7555 Telegraph Rd Taylor, Mi. USA, 48180. Jacob sold me a phone, that froze up, the very next morning. Leaving me without a working phone, at 1am when I leave work. So I went back not even 24 hours later. He said he refuned the phone, and canceled the service he set up with AT&T. Now Im getting bills from AT&T the say he never canceled the service.

The guy in the auto service department was great. When he found out that they didnt have my oil filter, he went out of his way to make sure he got a hold of me so I did t keep waiting around for an oil change.
