I wish I could have given them Zero stars. Took my sons car for a 4 wheel alignment and found that they hadn’t tightened the bolts holding the ball joints in place after adjusting the camber. One of the bolts feel out and is lost. When I called back to let them know I was told that the camber wasn’t adjust. Even though they showed me that it was changed per their printout.I took the car back today and had them fix their mess up and then got told they wouldn’t do anything to the rear wheels even though I paid for a 4 wheel alignment nor would they replace the bolt that fell out.I will never return to this company and would recommend you read the negative reviews and heed them. These people are scammers and do terrible work. Their customer service is horrible and they try and blame the customer for whatever it is that they have done wrong or broken.

On my only week day off I find I need to buy a front tire asap. My husband drive from Dunnigan to Woodland every day for work and thats about 20 + miles each way so you could imagine the wearing on my tires. And how important tires are to us so I put aside my other business to find a tire. I get paid on Tuesday so a new tire wouldnt work.we had to find a good used tire fast after checking around with many shops and dismantle ers we thought we would try tires 4 less. They quoted me 40 on the phone includs everything id hope. So we pulled in during lunch hour Im sure. But they helped us immediately with the price of 40 dollars no hasstle and fast and friendly after wards I asked how much for a set of 4 new tires. 350 dollarswow I was impressed.i recommend this shop to any one who need tires

If I could rate this a negative 5 I would. Truck was supposed to get a lift kit was in the shop for close to a month and when it was handed over to me it was not aligned took it back in for alignment was in the shop until I called in close to 3 weeks and the steering wheel shakes now they blame it on a part that it needs and they don’t own up to fixing it. If they install lift kits they should return the car in drive able conditions and within the initial quote all parts and labor necessary should be included. Now I have to take the truck else where and spend more on what needed to be done by them. The owner said to sue him if we’d like in a mocking manner. I am very disappointed in this place.

Waa waa waah...a little disappointed with the service I got at this place....I went in for 2 tires and alignment and I got, a crooked steering wheel that now pulls to right, missing a wheel lugnut, and no cap on the air fill valve. I mean, come on.... Guys, I know you can do so much better. Thanks. Im going to have to take it back in and see what theyre gonna say. Stay tuned, an edit, to the good, should be in order. Awful service. Rude employees. It took 15 minutes for someone to ask us what we needed done and 2 hours to finish the job. All we needed them to do was change one tire. There were about 6 workers. The only guy I saw working was working on the same lugnut the entire time we were there. The other 5 were just standing around away from cars talking to each other. There were about 15 customers waiting around for their cars and no one seemed to be getting helped. It felt like we were all in limbo. The shop finally finished my tire 15 minutes after closing time but we had to wait even longer because their machine was down. No cash on me. Just card. I will NEVER come here again. I would have left but we were stuck. I hope this shop fixes their act. Its always a shame to see businesses fall but keeping this laziness up will definitely bring them down.

I needed new tires for my SUV, front end alignment and shocks but the tires and alignment i had to have ASAP so I called 3 places for a quote, I was not looking to spend a $1000 and I wanted a decent tire that was going to last at least until I get another SUV and i was able to do what I needed with the amount of money I had to spend at Tires 4 less under $700.00 the other places wanted from $800 to $1000 not a big saving but enough and I got my SUV done that day. I have used these guys several times before and never had an issue other then they said my car would-be done at 6:00 but it wasnt ready tell 7ish.

Do not go to this place, they dont do a good job. I recently when for a quick fix that this guys did a job before. they just want your money and really they dont care either if your car or truck will be safe afterwards. I cant even give this guys a one star because they dont deserved. there are resources where you can go and file a complain about the issue youre heaving.... go to Cars Better Business Bureau. they will follow up in any issue youre heaving with this tire shop. they will helped to resolved....

Had some work done at this tire shop, a little worried about how it would look in the end going to a new shop and getting work done to your truck that you treat like a princess. In the end I was very happy with the work that was completed, I had a leveling kit done and amp research steps installed. Everything look great. They run a very messy shop and the customer service was good. But besides the mess they did great.

The family at Tires 5 Less Woodland have been taking care of all my families tire and suspension needs since they opened. We won’t go anywhere else!!!

Had a 6 inch lift with 22x12 Tires and wheels done to my truck. Was completed in one day. Excellent stance and new look. Price was a bit more than advertised on FB as there are other fees. However, worth every penny. Get tons of compliments. They do other customization as well so I will be adding more to my ride! Thanks!

Found this place on Craigslist they had a ad for a Rough Country lift kit, thought it was a good deal to do a lift for 6 inch, I was quoted over the phone $1300 with a deposit first, and service should take one day and to drop off the truck 8am and pickup later at 5pm should be done by then. I even dropped off my truck a night before, my truck ended up at the shop for 3 days. I had to call to see if my truck was done never gotten a call. Drove 1 hour there and the lift was uneven front end was higher than back. I was willing to pay them to even out the lift but the owner don’t want customer just money. Not a honest shop told me my brakes were bad that I needed front and rear brakes, not true just looking for ways to make extra. I was still checking and inspecting my truck when the owner Ahmed came out and rushed me to take care of the bill first, I went in and pay him, he quickly took my cash and was in a hurry to help and collect from the next customer, wanted to get me out fast so he said he will call me to take care of the uneven lift- NEVER HAPPENED! This place is quick to take your money and has hidden fees. If you want quality work look else where and pay the extra! I ended up finishing the work myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone! NEGATIVE 10 star! First and Last time doing business!!

No stars. I was recommended by a long time customer the experience started out great but by the end and 3 cars later it went wrong. Not only did they use 1 other cars for their company errands but the back wiper was broken off. Still to this day havent received my invoice s and paperwork for warranties for the 3 cars I had serviced there.I had made numerous attempts to get this settled with the owner to bad unhelpful and playing games even tho I have called him repeatedly. Worst place ever DO NOT GO HERE.

Got quotes from 4 other shops. None of them were able to match this shops price. Huge inventory of tires...like wholesaler. Super fast service! Got new tires and was In and out within 30 minutes without appointment. This is my new go-to shop for tires! The manager there Ahmed is the best.

If could gave them a negative star I would. Very unprofessional. When I got there the manager told me there was only one car in front of me and it would not be long. It took them over 3 hours just to change the 2 front tires on my truck. The guy working on them was on the phone for an hour of the time and doing everything one handed. I will not be going back.

Got my alignment here right after installing new tires at costco...came here for the price($60 for 4-wheel alignment)...I thought it was a too-good-to-be true price for this service...and it was. I had some vibration issues and uneven tire wear after the alignment. After several visits to different auto shops to diagnose, came to another more expensive tire shop to get a diagnosis on alignment. Found out that the in spec alignment readout sheet that this place gave me after the alignment was bogus. Alignment specs were way off and out of wack(worse than before I brought it to the shop).Save yourself the headache..remember to skip the budget, too good to he true deals...because you really get what you pay for.

They sold me a lift kit and showed me what was going to get installed and agreed leaving a deposit .Nothing he showed me in the picture with the kit and accessories were installed. They also said it was going to take a one business day . My truck was there for 5 days in the shop.

The cheapest in town, great personal staff, very friendly, had no problem getting ahold of prices when I called b4 I came, got my car right into working on it as soon as I pulled in the parking lot, great service, and no problem paying for the bill as the worked on it so I can get back to business when there are done! Highly recommended for any tire service!

Worst experience ever. I bought a lift rims and tires took 2 weeks to get the service done, they told me 2 days. My truck was violently shaking after I got it back the boss said come back in 2 weeks ever time i come back every one tells me the same line. They broke all my tie rods and upper control arms. That I had to replace and the tires have bubbles in them and they dont want to replace because its been to long now when I let them know the issue the same day. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Took our highlander for a tire patch, within 2 days the patch was leaking. Took it back and they argued that it couldnt be the patch had to be another hole, sure... They looked and yes it was their patch. Afterwards my husband noticed our rim was completely scratched! Again they argued that it wasnt their fault. After my husband argued with the owner for a but about how he was going to make it right, he said he would send it out for new powder coating. They said it would take 2 days, it took almost a week with no communication. Went back this morning to get it put back on and Im pretty sure they did nothing to the rim, it is still very scratched. So if you care about you rim and like good service DO NOT GO HERE! They are liars and very rude!

I went in for a lowering kit in my truck. When i was paying for the lowering kit I asked the owner when the truck was going to be ready. He said 3-4 days and my truck ended up staying in the shop for almost 2 months. I tried taking the truck back home after the first month cause it was way too long and the owner kept saying to come back next week. Next week came and I went and they still had not done anything to the truck or even moved my truck from where it was last time. We had made a deal that if the truck wasn’t ready by next week I wouldn’t pay anything and would take the truck how it is. Next week came by and they had installed the lowering kit but I tried starting my truck and it wouldn’t start at all. They said to leave the truck there for 3 more days so they can bring a mechanic to the shop to fix it. After 3 days I went back in and the truck was ready working good and everything all they had to do to the truck is an alignment. After they were done with the alignment my front tires were still crooked facing different direction and they told me that was their highest setting that they couldn’t do anything about it. After that I was driving back home and my whole Drive Line broke and came off making me almost crash. I towed my truck back home and checked the work they had done and all the bolts were loose making the drive line break. I thought that was everything but I kept checking and the parts that they used for the lowering kit wasn’t even for the model of my truck, they were for another model truck which also caused my drive line to break and come off since everything was loose. Worst shop I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t recommend it

I recently purchased some wheels and tires from this business. everything was great! the price was low and i got a great deal. I couldnt have been more happy about the service as well. I have had my new tires and rims for a couple weeks now and i noticed a small scuff on one of the tires. i contacted the manager and he said to bring in my car so he could have a look. after taking my car in he told me the tire was not covered by warranty due to the problem being on the sidewall but regardless he replaced the tire at no cost. This to me is a great example of outstanding customer service. Not having any responsibility to replace my tire the manager went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with his business, after this i am happy to say i will always return to Tires 4 less when i feel as though i need a reliable and trustworthy sale. I can honestly say from my experiences with other businesses that my experience here has been one of my greatest and memorable. Thanks so much guys! I really appreciate it!

Be really careful with this shop they do not know got to instant lift kits they cut my frame/Chassis chassisincorrectly! Bolts were also loose I repeat do not let this shop do your lift kits they ruined my 2015 Sierra 3500!

Took them 2 weeks to do a 1 day job .they put the wrong shocks on the back .i had to go to a different shop to get it fixed right .i wouldnt send my worst enemy there.

Dropped my truck off on a Wednesday morning too have lift and new tires put on these people didnt touch my truck and lied to me said it was all torn down and lift was to be installed. I went to shop on Friday night to find my truck hadnt been touched so I canceled everything at that point they tried to get me to pay for restocking fees for canceling on them these people are liars took my money and did nothing for me but let my truck sit in a parking lot with keys in ignition and windows down were anyone could have stolen my truck I am now in the process of suing this company. these people are the same people that own woodland tire and wheel do not d business with these criminals Ive never felt so disrespected in my life they had my money and I could wait for them to get to my truck when they felt like it and there was nothing I can do.

When I got my car towed in he looked at my other tires and said they arent in very good condition either. He gave me a great price on 4 brand new tires... BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!! Extremely poor customer service. After Ahmed got my vehicle into the shop, any potentialities for good customer service vanished. He took my phone number and would text updates but wouldnt respond to my questions and wouldnt answer my calls. When I finally got ahold of him he stated that my vehicle would be ready on that day and it wasnt. Someone finally answered that day and said he was gone but it would be ready at the end of the day. He called back at closing time and said he didnt want to stay late and it would be done the following day, it wasnt. He told me to pick it up and that it would be ready but when I got there he wanted me to leave it longer. I needed it for work and told him to get it done. He said it would be ready in 10 minutes, it took 45 minutes. Theres other minor frustrating details that would take too long to explain but this should be adequate. I had a very poor experience and would never recommend their service to anyone.

Ive been taking my tire, trailer and undercarriage needs to Tires for less for around 15 years. From the start Ahmad and the crew has treated me like gold and took care of what i needed.

When you call in advance and they say they have all terrian tires and the sizes needed get there and all they have is highway tires... Maybe better customer service and someone knowledgeable enough to know what stock they actually have.

Goodyears Consumer Relations and I were on the phone, she put me on hold to call Ahmed at Tires 4 Less and he basically told them that this was between him and I and was she his boss? She asked how he was going to pay me back? Also he said that Goodyear shouldnt make bad tires and that he would deal directly with me! Except he isnt he is just trying to make the whole thing go away but yet wasting everyones time here. Mostly mine!If I could post a minus star I would! Ahmed was over nearby the parking area...i was returning tires that were deemed as untrue by Dodge and i am needing my money back and he wont give it to me? There was a lack of knowledge and communication. The services they offer are very very limited to what they can do even when it comes to doing an alignment. After all i ended up losing out $50 because of all of this. I wont be going back.

I just called to ask about pricing to get 4 brand new tires on my 2017 Nissan Sentra and the guy kept asking what truck I have... so clearly at that point I should of hung up... but kept going... then it finally clicked that it was a car not a truck. I asked if he could get me the price for the tires and he siged and said “can’t you just come in” so I said never mind and hung up. Suuuuuper rude service I do not recommend this place with this rude employee

Excellent service! Sunday afternoon and I have a flat tire. Was able to limp in to Tires 4 Less. Ahmed, Khan, and a very nice high-school age man changed my tire and found that the sidewall had cracked, making it un-repairable. I have a church friend in the tire business, so decide not to purchase from Tires 4 Less. There was no pressure to buy, just very courteous help. I shall return to this shop! Thanks, guys, for getting me out of a jam.
