This was a free service they performed in an emergency. I was taking my sister to a doctors appt and I could hear a scraping noise from my front left fender. The plastic cover in the wheel well had come loose and was hitting the tire. Quite by accident we were right by their shop, so I ran in and explained the situation. In 10 minutes they removed the cover, we jumped onto the highway and got to the doctor on time. There was no charge for the work. These good samaritans deserve my thanks, and my future business!

Car had catalitic converter stolen and was keyed in paint. Woodland Body did both on schedule and as quoted. Body and paint look like new. Exhaust sounds as good as it ever did.

The end of August my vehicle was rear ended by a distracted driver. I picked Woodland Body Works to complete the repair. The first person I spoke to was Amber. She was super sweet, helpful and answered all my many questions. They were available to give me a quote the very next day and get my vehicle in and serviced within the week. All 3 ladies I’ve encountered in the office have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable & above and beyond helpful (they even helped with setting up a rental car!) fantastic automotive and customer service.

Someone crashed into me and the whole front of the car needed to be replaced. They did a great job in replacing everything, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Though, when we brought it home we noticed that there was a large scratch on the left side that we knew wasn’t there before. I’ve been trying to call but they always say “I’ll have them call you back. I’m going to put your number on their desk” or they say “I will get back to you tomorrow on it”. I have called several times and they NEVER call me back. They did a great job which is why I am so frustrated that they can’t seem to follow through. If you don’t mind the hassle of getting them to take care of things after they get their money then this is the place for you.

I would recommend this place for your vehicles body work. You do have to be proactive on reaching out to them and requesting updates, but all of the people working there are very nice and welcoming. I never felt like I was getting upcharged or swayed in one direction. I will go back to this place if needed in the future.

They painted and replaced a door handle on my Kia Sedona. Super friendly and helpful for sure. They also lubricated the other sliding door since it was not sliding smoothly.

The job took a lot longer than expected because of how new my car was and it was difficult to get replacement parts. But when I finally got my car back it was brand new like I never had an accident. Very good quality work. Jimmie is a hoot to chat with and these guys bleed Woodland. Very good people and I trust their work.

They did a horrible job fixing my wifes Nissan altima. Brought it in to get the fender and bumper fixed after a motorcycle side swiped the car. They put in the quote that they charged to remove the fender and bumper to repaint but they didnt, Ron even admitted he left the fender on the car and ended up scratching off more paint on the bumper with the sander but wouldnt fix it. They had to take the car back in to fix other errors that were made, now I have a quickie patch job and new scratches in my paint that he used touch up paint on, looks bad for a brand new car.
