I had an amazing experience at this location. Aaron went above and beyond to help me out and I can’t explain how much I appreciated that help, especially since I have little to no knowledge of cars. I will definitely be coming back in every time I need something car related!
Workers are extremely rude and almost refuse to help solve any issues that occur. Made a curbside order even called before hand to make sure part was in stock, kid assured me they had it, about 4 hours later my order is still not completed I called and immediately get put on hold with no greeting, kid picks up the phone and says yeah I almost laughed at how rude he was being, I proceed to ask him for my order he then tells me they dont have the part and that I have to buy the whole assembly which is $300 to get $12 gasket, I asked for a refund since they already charged me, he said he couldnt and didnt know how I can get my money back, i had to make a dispute with PayPal. Workers are totally incompetent and have absolutely no knowledge of anything car related, just completely unhelpful. I dont think I have ever walked out of any autozone satisfied.
No transaction no. provided in online purchases for a convenient return. Their sly method is not to provide that no. to make the return process difficult at the store. Their products are overpriced, too.
Horrible the workers in the evening are completely useless and worthless. No help whatsoever!
They got what you need, and to me, it makes a difference. Like when youre broke down and really, really need a part, they-ve always come through. It is pretty pricey for that convenience, almost double in some cases, but after the initial shock and pain, at least you know you got the right part and be back on the road soon. Yknow what I mean? And the staff is quite knowledgeable, even if you have to nudge then in the right direction. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the Higher prices. On Everything. Always.
Its like a gas station without gas and a few extra parts--a few. Anything of quality can be ordered for the highest market value and they are open until 10. Nobody there knows what a lithium ion battery is. All they say is We got some AGMs...I mean I can order one but you have to pay the core fee now 🤦♂️
This is a typical Auto Zone store.Needed steering fluid and they had it!
I absolutely hate going to this place. The staff is rude, and unhelpful. Never have I once had a good experience coming here. Id rather gouge my eyeball out than ever deal with this place again. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Always helpful. Easy returns even if you lost your receipt.
Auto Zone is always the place to go for your Auto Parts or Automotive Supplies. Like for Detailing your Car, Truck and Boat. Also for those Emergency when your on the Road and out of Town. They also can recommend a Mechanic Shop to do so Repairs.
I’m incredibly displeased! I stood in line with my merchandise while one cashier helped a young man with his windshield wipers and the second cashier seemed overly preoccupied with his cash register. I called myself being courteous while he sorted out his register. There were two of us in line. A third customer stood in front of the preoccupied cashier and the cashier stopped what he was doing to begin ringing him up. I said, “Isn’t this the line here?” This cashier looked at me as if I had a tail and said, “I’m too busy to look to see if someone needs help!” and continued to ring up his customer. Unacceptable! Without a doubt he looked as if he found great displeasure with the fact that I’m a black man questioning his action. I left and made my purchase elsewhere. He is an older gentleman and if he is overworked, that’s a conversation outside of his interactions with customers. He represented your store very poorly today.
On Saturday, February 20, 2021, in the early evening-time at approximately the 5:00 p.m. hour, I entered the Autozone Woodland #5721 store, in Woodland, CA. I was in need of a new headlight bulb, however, the selected product was sold in a two-pack; one of the clerks suggested that I replace both old bulbs. However, upon going back outside and examining the headlight assemblies on my car, I realized that I had no clue as to how to access the bulbs -- I had thought that the headlights somehow pulled-out from the front; so, feeling clueless and embarrassed I went back inside the store and got back in line to ask for installation help. There, I was courteously greeted by a sharp-looking young man, who motioned for me to walk with him back out to the parking lot to my car. We introduced ourselves, and he told me his name is Joseph.Although, upon initially examining my older model Rav4, he was at first clueless, too, as to how to access the headlight 💡 bulbs; however, he smoothly pulled out his smartphone and quickly found and viewed a how-to video on YouTube, as I stood beside him while also viewing the instructional video; then the clerk turned his attention to the cars engine compartment where the headlight bulbs are located and he diligently worked on my car, while getting his hands very greasy in the process. It was quite labor-intensive, as there is a retainer-type clip, that looks somewhat like a paperclip, that holds each bulb in place; and it takes nimble dexterity to detach and then reattach the thin wire clips; and, at one point during the difficult installation process I had attempted to assist with the installing of the other bulb; however, upon my installation attempt -- my large hands/fingers could not fit past the metal assembly framing nor could I even touch the clip on the bulb. So, Im quite appreciative of and grateful to the exemplary employee, Joseph (Zimmerman), who so graciously and patiently worked to help me. And, afterwards, I offered Joseph, hand-sanitizer gel squeezed into his hands and paper towels to wash his hands.
Only the line is somewhat slow, just to pick up a mobile order, it was possibly not my day. The employee very helpful.
Quick and easy. Less than 5 minutes in and out.
Fast friendly service very knowledgeable
Good place.
Visited recently, for a headlight.. Wasnt sure which, headlight brand would be the best. The Employee was knowledgeable, help me feel at ease, GREAT experience.
Friendly staff, average prices, but semi-often dont have the parts I need for what I thought was a fairly common vehicle on the road.
Always get what we need and costumer service is excellent
I love auto zone the employees leave me alone so that I can find what I need
Terrible customer service, even the manager is wasting time in front of the more than twelve customers who were waiting to pay or be served
Called ahead. Was very specific about what I needed. Yep have it right here. When I drove to town no one could find it and insisted they never had it. Super frustrating!
My experience was unpleasant to say the least. First I was told my part for my vehicle was in to come and pick it up . When I arrived then told it was not in to come back the following day. I call to check if it had arrived and was placed on hold for over 11 mins. I called back to see if anyone could answer my question then was told I had to be placed on hold again. The second time I was placed on hold the young man was rude he proceeded to tell me he was the only one in the store when clearly he was not . I was placed on hold by three different persons! Customer service is clearly NOT their objective!
Fast, easy and feel safe visiting this store! In and out of the store quickly with my A/C ProNow I’m set for the Summer Heat!!!!
Great selection, good prices, friendly helpful staff who are willing to help. They installed my wifes wipers no questions asked. My go to auto parts store.
Called because I wasnt sure what number my ex-husband used to purchase my alternator. She researched and researched until she found it. I believe this is what you call Customer service! Thank you to the lady who helped me! You are an asset to Auto-zone and I hope they see that! Called at noon on 2/11/19...
Gave me the wrong parts after making me wait almost 30 minutes for an order made online that was supposed to have already been ready to go.
Great customer service
This store location carried lug nuts for my car. So I was t disappointed at all
Excellent customer service! Changed my battery, and worked hard to change my headlights! Thanks Guys, your the best!!
My preferred auto parts store in Woodland. Not only is customer service the best here, parts are usually cheaper and easier to get. My most recent visit, 5/10/17, was fairly easy and quick, except the service member that helped me got me the wrong spark plugs and I didnt notice until today, thank god I didnt try putting them in last night, the thread size is 26, and the ones I need have a thread size of 19. That would have caused a lot of damage. I had even showed him the correct part number I had written down, but in the part number he had put M down instead of K. Will return and exchange for correct sparks.Update 11/24/17 bad bad bad. Purchased online yesterday, picked up today and only 1 of my 4 items was picked. Had to wait 15 minutes while the clerk searched the shop for an item that ended up being out of stock because it wasnt pulled for my order. Had it refunded. Will probably do ship-to-home from now on. I feel the employees here are getting worse and worse.Update 5/21/21 Zero help in locating part, employees would rather chit chat while stocking than show where stuff is. 7 employees and only 1 register, who was busy but not with an in-store customer. Carts and stock everywhere on floor blocking access.
I like how they treat people in helpful way
Dependable and open late seven days a week. Not the only auto parts store in town, but probably the best. Prices are typically cheaper here than OReily and usually by a fair amount. Employees are very helpful and if what you need isnt in stock, they can usually have it for you the next day.
Too slow..
The consumer service there, is fantastic! Their help was easy and quick. And my car parts arrived two days later.
Ok staff but knowledge is not there the only one that was any good was Nestor . One thing that helps but i know is not LEGAL is Autozone staff doing shade tree mechanic (Nestor) your not a insured auto technition leave it to the pros you should not be installing brakes, bearings etc. even if customers pays labor and i did over hear negotiations Which i have witness and will call bureau of automotive repair if i see it again Auto parts guys stick to parts not complete vehicle repairs. You guys can be sued or even shut down by BAR hello dont risk it.
Didnt have the part I needed however the man at the counter was extremely helpful and polite.
Good experience great staff got the parts I needed and repaired.
I like to get my parts there and people working there are great very helpful.
Another auto parts store in Lake County!!! Because thats what this county needs. With that said...The store is very nice and the staff are helpful.
Didnt go in took a friend there
I really like the free use of the code scanner. They tell you exactly why your check engine /service engine light is on as well as what parts you need to replace. Most repair shops charge $75 or more for this service...
Needed a battery. They had a couple of the correct ones in stock. Prompt courteous service. No complaints
Bunch of non help your of employees
Very friendly and are eager to help you carry things to your car. Nice place and employees
Best parts store out there by far. Better prices than OReillys or Napa. Great customer service and kind staff
Helpful, but the items are not of quality for the pricing.
Great customer service. In and out of the store very efficiently.
On June 7th 2019 I discovered that the brake master cylinder of my 35 ft Diesel pusher RV was defective. I flew in from Hawaii as I store my RV in California and my son and 2 grandsons flew in from Washington, DC to go fishing at Eagle Lake. None of this could have happened if it was not for Nestor a sales clerk at Autozone Woodland who located a replacement cylinder at the store of a competitor. As a former car dealer I say bravo to such customer service !Pepi PesentheinerHonolulu, Hawaii
They have the parts that my vehicles need. They also offer great advice in connection with the repairs.
Was helped right away .person behind counter was very helpful and courteous.
Very helpful
Not the cheapest, but their buy-and-return program is great for certain tools. Also, warranties are well honored with the history by phone number in their computer.
Friendly staff and good selection of parts in stock. Prefer this store to other auto parts stores due to location and ease of access.
Employees are knowledgable about the products they carry as well as pinpointing parts that I dont know the name of..
They are good for parts and some knowledge of automotive care. Would go back.
Very nice and knowledgeable personal.
I always get good information, they are always very helpful and for many years now theyve helped me through many minor as well as serious car issues! Solid crew!!
Fast and courteous mostly knowledgeable a little hit-and-miss
I always get what I ask for. They always get me the right parts. Keep it up you guys...
Sell stuff online that they dont have, phone customers get top priority even if youre being helped. These people have no sense of urgency to help, rather go to west sacramento az
Thank you for helping us out while we were stranded
Very friendly and professional associates. Always helpful too!
I treat you like never treat you if youre a regular than they treat you great if youre not a regular then you might as well be a slug on the street for them to step on
Thanks for keeping me in the road folks..I can depend on you
There open late witch is good for when thos projects that have to get done run late. But I sure hope you dont need anything past general matnince parts such as breaks wiper blades or break pads. I may be a little biased as a mechanic by trade but the people they employ almost never know anything about cars beyond the bare minimum basics making geting engine or more advanced things dificult and time consuming. For example if I have a 2006 dodge ram 2500 with a 6.7 cumins diesel why does it matter if its a single cab or a crew cab when I want a fuel filter. Answer it doesnt at all but there going to ask you any way along with probly 5 more questions that dont matter at all
Always has the basic needs, helpful and friendly employees.
I went to autozone on main street in woodland, i was in a great mood, until i went to counter to ask where a thief prevention bar for the steering wheel, the young man acted as if he did not want to help me, he was nasty, i asked him if he could show me how to put on my car, he said no you did nt pay for it, i told him i wanted it, then i said, i want to pay now, he said no i cant help you. And walked off. I felt humiliated in front of other customers, the kicker is i was not rude, yelling, or negative. NVR GOING THERE AGAIN.
Best manager ever. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
We can always find what we need at this location.
Good service
Duralast parts are horrible, they barely carry Motorcraft parts and some of the newer employees dont have a clue what theyre talking about. I also know a few people who quit because they even know its a bunch of bs.
Nice, they have good batteries and return policy.
Good service & staff knows what they are doing.
Great customer service and people that know what they are doing!
Got what I needed, helpful staff.
Okay, Ill give this 3 stars, mainly because of the fair prices and that they usually have anything I need, and actually seem to go out of their way to give vets like my grandfather and I discounts, which I deeply respect and appreciate. I usually go here for quick nickel and dime parts or fluids....but the last three times I was at this AutoZone, the staff seemed reluctant to help me. Last time I was trying to buy an upgrade air filter/cleaner with a 5 1/8 diameter hole to mount on my carburetor, but I was just standing in line like an idiot until one of the older guys calls me over to the counter, and goes to find my part, and Im waiting at the counter for like 15 minutes after talking to the younger guy, he pretty much thought I was holding a pressure cooker, and had no idea how I got my measurements so I measured it myself again and said screw it, and got the K&N one they had on shelf, because I personally stand by K&N for restoration and performance. Anywho, I never saw my original guy, again, so I checked out with another person who was more interested in BSing with a co-worker and went on my merry way. As a technician, I dont deem it professional behavior, but these guys are youngsters straight out of high school most of the time, so their stereotypical lack of knowledge or conduct is something that needs to be watched more...Not to sound rude, but when I ask a guy for HEI plugs and he comes back with some stereo wire, I think its best to Ieave important, more expensive old engine parts to the old timers...
My sister had just traveled back from Thailand. But still had to drive from Sacramento to medford,Oregon. But broke down on Zamora rd outside of Woodland. Called autozone twice and made arrangements for me to Puck up a alternator, but when I arrived all I can say is thank God for the Mgr because the red head employee never took the rt info. This was April 23rd
Very nice and polite.
Its your basic auto part store. Always helpful when you need it
They always have what I need. Very clean and friendly.
Just an auto zone. What did you expect? They sell car parts.
Super friendly and helpful service
Fast and friendly
The staff is always really friendly. I always get what I need.
Good please to buy Auto parts
Autozone Customer Service is awesome

They were very helpful.
Amazing Woman manager! She helped so much!
Great customer service!
Knowledgable staff.
Good service and great personal
Great Service and friendly
Help full people there
Staff is very helpful
Kind of irritating to go into an auto place and have to wait at least 30 minutes before you even get up to the cash register and then for them to check into your problem on your car and recommend something to fix your vehicle and you have an account there and they can see what theyve already sold you and they keep on trying to tell you to buy the
If it wears out and get a new one for free
Sold wrong part even after it was looked up on computer
