Great experience for Impressive Auto Body. Talked to them a month before taking the car in for the repair. The owner gave me an accurate quote and was professional at all times. I dropped off the car and 4 days later I couldnt even recognize it. Thats how great of a job they did! Highly recommend.

I would gladly recommend Rolando and his team. They were efficient, accurate, and very helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and came out beautifully. I am so very pleased!

Mr. Rolando was very courteous, friendly, and helpful as well. He knew what to do the minute he saw what was wrong with my car. He even told me that he would help me if anything else arose from what he repaired. Would highly recommend, especially if one needs one’s car fixed on the weekends.

I got hit on the passenger side and spent a whole day driving around trying to get quotes. I called this place on a whim and he was super nice with letting me come in the same day for a quote. He explained the process of getting the quote and even went step by step explaining each cost to ensure that I knew what I was paying for. I got a “cheaper” quote and went in to ask what the difference was and he told me that the other shop was basically gonna skimp me on the paint job and it would eventually need a new coat. I ended up picking this shop & my car looks like it was never hit! would totally recommend them not only for the quality of the work but also for the customer service.

No one wants to be involved in a car accident. It is a very unfortunate citation. Impressive Auto, helps me alleviate all my concerns. Their professionalism and quick answers to all my questions help me with all this process. Rolando and his staff worked property in getting my car back to me. I had some troubles with my insurance and Rolando specially stepped in and emailed the insurance himself. Repairs where done in a timely manner and I am pleased with the results of all of the repairs done to my vehicle.

They are honest and courteous and deliver on time as promised. Most importantly, they will work with you to find solutions that that better fit your needs and budget. Finally, they are very skilled. They can make repairs that look like new without replacing the part.
