Great customer service. They actually seem to have car knowledge if you ask questions.

The employees were nice. They could have been a bit more knowledgeable in the field of auto part sales. But Ive seen worse...a lot worse.(Edit: response) admittedly I was dealing with a classic. So the lack of knowledge was due to the youth of the employee. And a bit of fail in regards to the cross reference abilities of your software used for parts ordering. The 72 bronco has 351 windsor swapped in and the kid was having a problem because he couldnt look up the engine type directly. He had to have direct application. The engine had been stripped to its bones and rebuilt. The original application was as a van engine. The kids eyes kinda glazed over a bit when I explained that we had taken a forty some year old 4x4 and banged in about twelve thousand dollars in parts from toms bronco, wildhorse and nearly every parts place within a hundred miles of my uncles house. Hes had that thing for seventeen years and hes drove it less than fifty miles.It is very very clean. And it has a bit too much power.

Have always been able to help me with parts immediately, and very knowledgeable with what is available.

Great customer service. Ended up with the wrong parts for my repair, the employee Jeremey went way out of his way to process the exchange even though I didnt have the receipt. It took a lot on his part to track down the transaction and get all the paperwork straight on their end, but I walked out with the right part.

The store was clean & organized. They didnt have the items I needed & the items couldnt be ordered. They suggested I buy them online.

I really needed a new headlight for my car; this was the 2nd Napa location Ive tried today since the earlier one did not have it in stock. As of right now, because of incorrect (or newly posted/seasonal) store hours, I am stuck driving in the dark without a replacement bulb...I can only hope a different, more available business will have what Im looking for. Really bummed out, but these things happen **I just submitted an edit/correction for the hours onto Google

Wonder full good Service lot more parts.

Small shop. No reference books for bulbs or wipers so youre forced to ask for help or confirmation. Low count parking space. Aisles did not appear wide enough for wheel chair access.{Lack of reference books possibly due to covid-19 restrictions.}

Every part I get from these guys is superior quality for the same price as the junk other auto parts stores sell. The guys at the counter are very knowledgeable and helpful. They sell car batteries and they also turn rotors. Easy off street parking right in the front.

A real parts house with real parts guys. Edit 10/19/2018. Ever sens the sale of this place to reibies auto parts its started a down hill slide there still the best parts shop in town but the new employees are only steps ahead of autozone workers and I fear for the future of this location. Im all for change some times it brings great things Im not so sure thats the case hear
