I had a flat that was unrepairable. They saw me same day and replaced tires in a timely fashion. Price was comparable to other places. Owner drove me home and picked me up while they repaired, super nice guy. Two months later, get a flat in a different tire, not one they replaced. Dropped it off in the morning, owner drove me home, even though they were fully booked that day. 3 hours later, they drop my car off to me, tire repaired. Best part... Totally free just because I bought tires from them recently. Good guys here.

I used to take my car to BIG-O for any service I needed until my most recent experience with them. I took my car in to get my brake pads replaced last October (2020). They ended up replacing rotors and pads and we paid over $500. Within a week of the new brakes there was the loudest squeaking noise every time I came to a stop. I took it in, explained to them what was going on and they said they would take it for a test drive to see if they could hear it. Of course they couldnt hear ANYTHING, so they wore them in for me and explained sometimes new brakes can squeak because they are not yet worn in.Fast forward almost a year later October (2021), the squeaking never stopped but it wasnt everyday. When it did squeak it SQUEAKED, it was LOUD and embarrassing. My boyfriend took my car in today due to not just squeaking of the brakes but a definite grinding noise Ive been noticing for about the last week or two. Again, tech couldnt hear anything of course and offered to clean and polish the brakes. I am certain the issue will arise again. I am not happy with the service I have gotten from BIG-O at all. We paid for these brakes, there is no way grinding should be happening unless the brake pads and rotors they used are cheap. I travel long distances everyday for work and school and having an infant as a passenger in my car, I fear the worst with the brakes BIG-O put on my vehicle. I was never informed as to what brake kit they used and I feel they are beating around the bush with this issue and refusing to replace the cheap materials they use. Not to mention they have to keep my vehicle the entire day to polish and clean the pads and rotors. After this issue is hopefully resolved, I will NOT be returning.

Took my car here for a free alignment inspection in the morning. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They even printed and gave my alignment check results without charging me any fee and gave me advices about how to interpret my alignments result.

All tires were low when I took it to them very busy but got me checked and aired up right awaySo friendly and prompt

Not real happy with there prices because I feel like they have over charged me before.

Lied about required work.Quick quote after tire rotation and point inspection. Stated that I needed rear axle seals when I did not.I took the vehicle in to 2 other places for a second and 3rd opinion, both countered Big-Os claim. Unethical further not to be trusted; lied outright. I will not conduct business with a company that acts in this manner. Shame on you, improve your morals.

I have been a member for maybe 6 years. I have not found anything wrong. The only down side is that it is pricey, but car maintenance is pricey in itself so theres really nothing to complain about. Big o Tires has excellent customer service and they take care of your car to a high standard. Thanks! I recommend taking your car here.

Great place if you have a standard vehicle, however the staff is inexperienced and so if you have mud tires or anything custom, make sure you know what you need done; before you go because it may become a bigger problem

We went there for an oil change. We had just changed the air filter a few weeks before that.They said we needed a new one. They finally brought it out to show us and it was clean as new. Mechanic just trying to make easy money.Then we were very concerned that he may have done something wrong during the oil change.fast forward to a smog check and when they open the hood the connection to the air filter to the engine was totally disconnected. So they never reattached it after they took the filter out that it was sucking in dirty air directly into our engine.absolutely do not go there!!!!

I took my car here because I needed to get one of my back tires patched. When I returned home, I realized they had replaced BOTH of my back tires with older tires that were not mine, and were even a completely different brand than the ones that were on my car originally. I noticed right away as I fill my tires up at least once a week, so I am positive they changed them to older ones when they stated they only did a tire patch. I suppose scamming a customer once was worth losing customer loyal and future business. Their loss. Take your car elsewhere. They cannot be trusted.

Bought 4 new tires & when I drove them on highway they were not balanced. Took them back the next day & they balanced part of them again but is was not spot on. We told them we were going on a long trip & they didnt care & didnt apologize for the inconvenience. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The business, employees, and price was great but the manager was arrogant and condescending toward me for no reason at all. Made a rude comment and when I went to speak to him just ignored me. He later came out and cut me off while speaking to the person at the front desk. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I was very surprised to see a manager act this way and was honestly the worst I’ve ever been treated by someone in a professional position, but everything else was great so I’m still giving you 5 stars. Corporate may want to send in a secret employee to see how this man is treating certain customers however.

The quote I received in person was greater than the one I got online when I made my appointment, but the staff was able to straighten everything out and gave me a great deal on a set of new tires. I had a half hour to get from Davis to woodland in heavy traffic. I called and spoke with Josh in a panic because I too a wrong turn and knew I was not going to make it by 4. They told me not to worry and that they would stay open for me because if not my car was stuck in a parking lot 4 towns over from home. They took care of me and my tire quick and without any irritation even though I came in late and saved me and my wifes a#% so they went above and beyond and I honestly couldnt be happier giving them a 5 star review they honestly earned it and I will be returning only to this big o tires from now on.

My tire low pressure gauge was on so I stopped by to see if Big O had time to check my tires for me. Josh immediately took my keys and checked out my tires. He explained why my tires were low. He put on new wiper blades. And he asked me Would you like a battery for your key fob? For the past two years I thought the fob was broken because I washed in my jeans so I have been using the manual key in the door to open it. I now have electronic access to my vehicle! Taylor is by far the most honest tire guy I have ever worked with, and Josh works equally as well to make sure clients arent getting over charged for additional unnecessary additions. Josh and team found a defective brake in my car and showed me what was going on with the factory installed components. Fully aware of what was going on I quickly agreed to add the brake work the following day.

My boss loves that place. I wasnt so happy in the past, since my valve caps were missing and my shocks squeaked ever since I had my tires changed. But I would probably go there again.

Had made appt for a Wednesday at 9am for a alignment. They were a little busy when I arrived but acknowledged that I was there and said theyd be right with me. Checked me in and took my keys. Had another vehicle on the rack that was giving them troubles. They came to me apologized for the wait and explained why out was taking longer. Once they got my jeep on the rack the technicians went at it. Had it done in about 45 min after it got on the rack... Was told it was done, real quick check out. The reason for 4 and not 5 was I wished they would habe let me know how out of alignment it was in a print out. And then as I was leaving they gave me a manufactures print out of preventative maintenance.... unfortunately it was for the other jeep they had in the shop at the time. A quick double check would have avoided this mix up. But other then that in satisfied with the service.

These people sold us a.new tire on complete false pretenses. They told us tire was not repairable when in fact it was fine. When I confronted them on it they basically told me I didnt know what I was talking about. I did get a second opion on my tire that was in line with my opion. These people are just crooks!

Helped fix a flat from tires I had purchased from one of their East coast stores. They checked all other tires to make sure they were good to go. Had me in and out in an hour and explained everything they checked/repaired once finished.

I wouldnt usually think a tire place would even attempt something unrelated and significant as an intake manifold, but Josh and the gang pulled it off. The ol truck runs better than it ever has and I cant thank you guys enough for making things right under the hood. You guys rock.
