SPENT PRETTY GOOD MONEY WITH THESE GUYS. Had an issue that was going to be expensive and had had a long hot day. Dropped off my truck and asked if maybe someone could give me a 1.5 mile ride in 98 degree weather and told I was on my own. That isnt good service for a regular paying customer.

They take care of all 3 of my cars. 2020 CRV, 1967 Ranchero, 1955 Crown Victoria. They take the greatest of care and are all great folks! Update! Back again! To many smoky burnouts!

Honest and quick. They couldnt fix my flat tire and I would have to replace 4 tires. I believe it was Paul who went out of his way to find the location of the tires I needed and I ended up having to go to another location. He did not charge me for time and even wrapped up my flat tire to keep the interior clean. I would return if other tire needs are required!

Fast service. Got me the tires I wanted quickly. Fitted a full set in an hour. Had the needed equipment to lift a Tesla correctly. Free rotations for the life of the tires. Here and Tesla are the only places id trust.

Fabulous, My right (passenger) rear tire kept slowly losing air. Hubby found a nail, but had to go to work, so said go by Les get it fixed or replaced.They were really busy, but masks are required inside (County & State regs), we could stay outside, or well spaced inside. They are courteous, as fast as possible, I only got thru part of a movie. LoLBest of all, they fixed my tire, and the only payment will be to consider them when we need our next tires. Thats a given for this family.

Bad work and too much expensive no good

Les Schwab as a company, Scott and his team are highly motivated, dedicated to customer service and more importantly treat you as family. I have never considered going anywhere else for tires for my company fleet because of this years long relationship. The initial service with the sale of tires is followed up by maintenance throughout the life of the tire, and if the tire meets an untimely demise they are there to pro-rate the remaining life/ value and apply it the the purchase of a replacement. Keep up the good work!

Had a flat because of a staple in one of my rear tires. Because I was at Costco I asked if they could fix it. Not only could they not fix it, but its an all wheel drive truck so they wanted me to replace all four tires ($1000 bucks). A friend told me to go to a good place in Davis, but I’m in Woodland, and wanted to go to the best place down the street. Les Schwab had the best ratings and I was willing to give it a shot. They exceeded all expectations. The service was very kind and helpful. Waiting room is awesome, with free popcorn and drinks. I was only in there for a little under 30 min. They fixed my flat and put it back on my truck FREE OF CHARGE! I’m so glad I took a chance on this place. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Was going to buy my tires from them but went with Big zero instead. What a disappointment! Big zero didnt balance my tires correctly when they installed them. Had to take my suv back the next day, tires still off & they didnt apologize for the inconvenience of me having to drive back into town. Plus I told them I was going on a long trip. Customer service 0, I will NEVER buy tires from Big zero again! I will stick with the best Les Schwabs :)

These folks rock. I cant recommend them highly enough. My wife and I were on a multi-state road trip when two of our tires developed slow leaks. We stopped at Les Schwab Tire Center in Woodland, CA and were treated as if we were long time regular customers. Both leaks were patched free of charge and we were sent back on our way. My family and I had a great experience. We had 4 tires that were needing to be changed. It was Saturday at 4:45 when we got to the shop. They told us that for sure we needed 4 tires and should get it done now. 15 minutes before they were closing they took the car in, switched out all the tires and sent us on our way in 30 minutes. We left the tire store at 5:15. Great service and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the store in Woodland. Thanks guys!

Great service and friendly staff. We were stranded on I-80 with a bearing failure on our 38 RV. Clint Liddicote, the manager, fit us into the schedule although they were fully booked, showing the hospitality of the Woodland community. After diagnosis, the axle needed to be replaced, took a few days to get the parts from the manufacturer (was still under warranty), Clint set us up in the RV behind the garage with electrical hook-up. He turned a bad situation into an interesting experience. Thanks Clint and Team!

Should be rated best tire shop in Yolo County.The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their tires are of good quality. Since they opened in Woodland I have bought four sets of tires from them. Back in 2005 I bought new Ford car. Two years later I noticed I needed new brakes. Took the car to them for a brake job. They had the car up on the lift when they came to me and said, yep you need new brakes and according to our computer there is a recall on these brakes. They called the Ford garage to make sure. I took the car to the Ford dealer and they replaced the brakes for free. I didnt get charged one red cent. Buying tires can be a costly experience. However, they will help you maintain those tires with free rotation and tire repairs, so you can get the most out of those tires. They also service anything that has to do with the undercarriage of your vehicle. Give them a chance and you might also be a loyal customer.

I love this tire shop. They are always kind, quick, and reasonable. I have recommended them to multiple friends. If youre in a rut and need some tires feel free to check them out.

Les Schwab was willing to stay late after closing to take a look. They were very kind to do so, as it was over 100 degrees, and Im sure everyone would have rather quit for the day. I am so grateful for their excellent service and advice!

Over the years, I have purchased my tires at Led Schwab (Stockton & Roseville locations)And at both of these locations, Ive always experienced outstanding customer service.However, on Jan 13 I was on my way to work from Vacaville to Woodland and noticed my tire sensor came on. I immediately took my vehicle to the Woodland CA Led Schwab to have the evaluate my tires. That morning I was greeted by the manager, he looked at my tires and said that my 2 front tires were low and needed air. He put air in the tires and sent me on merry way... When I asked him if he thought I had a nail in my tire he said he didnt know but didnt think so... He recommended that I drive my car awhile and the sensor will go off on its own... And for me to keep an eye on my 2 front tires... 3 days later the tire sensor light never went off and I could tell by the steering there was something wrong with my tires, so back to the Woodland Led Schwab I went... Again, I was greeted by the manager and again he was giving me a course on my tire sensor. I was adament that something was wrong and that my car has been on the freeway commuting from Vacaville to Woodland over the last 3 days and the light is still on...he actually wanted to show me how to reset the light...He finally agreed to allow me to leave my car there for them to look at my tires... 2 hours later, I get a phone call, for me to pick up my car... When I went into the store, I was given my receipt and I asked the person who helped me, if they found anything and his response was, you had a SCREW in your tire, we did a tire repair.. If the manager would had looked at my car 3 days earlier the screw would had been detected earlier instead of me driving on punctured tire because the manager was either to lazy, didnt want to honor a warrantyor I was a woman... Apparently, Led SchwabDoes not care about the safety of their customers and because of this experience at the Woodland CA location, I will never purchase my tires from Led Schwab!Poor customer service, Sexist and flat outUnethical business practice for not caring about the safety of their customers driving on a punctured tire!

My wife and I are Les Schwab fans. She has been helped out of a jam at least a half dozen times and they often do not charge for the services. We love buying tires from them because we know they will take care of us whenever we need them. Free rotations any time, usually within an hour even if I drop in on a lunch hour. I always feel like Im getting a good deal.

We had a flat tire on an inside tire on our rv and were close to this Les Schwab tire Center. They were able to change the tire before they closed, put on our spare and sell us a used spare. They were very nice and gave us an honest price. I highly recommend them.

This location has some awesome mechanics. They are super friendly and knowlegdable. They have a waiting that is kid friendy with a popcorn machine. They helped fix my Mothers, and because was a simple fix they didnt charge a penny. We will definitely return here for future service.

Ive dealt with them on many occasions and and there has always been the same professional, courteous, great attitude. The prices are great they dont overcharge and they stand behind everything they do I would totally recommend to any family member to go there

I have gotten one or two free flat repairs from them but their freebies are more than made up for with rather deceptive sales polices. They have never offered to produce a printed copy of any said policies and yet pressure customers time and time again about what they will or wont do. The end result you always pay more for poor quality service.First bad experience was with my Honda where I needed a brake job and they wouldnt even look at it unless I agreed to buy four tires first. My $300 day quickly turned to $1000. Next my Audi, they would not install a part I purchased new unless they were unable to get the part from their supplier. They were unable to get it of course so they tried to install my part, which soon mysteriously arrived back to me broken. Last straw was my new Subaru which got a flat in the first 200 miles of owning it. Bad luck but they insisted that I had to replace all four tires per Subaru because of the all wheel drive. Called Subaru and they said not required and gave the millimeter tolerances. No budging on their part. Buy four or go away. I limped over to Big O Tires and had much better service, easily replacing the one tire with an exact match and told me again what the allowable limits were. Please just skip Les Schwab and go to Americas Tire in West Sacramento or Big O Tires in Woodland.

I had a nail in my tire and had to have it replaced. Stopped here to get the work done. Service took about an hour and the lobby was very clean and well kept. Now my tire has a road hazard warranty so if it happens again, they will repair it for free or replace it.

Liked this place for service and purchasing of tires, but after the scam they tried to pull on my fathers truck, this place is a joke. Told him their might be an issue with his bearings, or something other, and wanted to charge over $200 to just look and figure out the issue. He called to tell me and I said no that Ill take a look. Turns out from previous work they didnt push the drums all the way on and 2 washers that hold the bearing in with interlocking bumps werent put on the correct way causing a vibration type rumble in the steering wheel. I fixed the issues and its perfectly fine. So much for being a front end specialist.

What great service from this team. My travel trailer tire/hub came apart while travelling thru woodland on I5. The trailer was towed in and they very quickly replaced the tire, rim and repacked the bearings for a very reasonable price. Had the family and dog back on the road in about 1hr. They really did save the weekend.THANK YOU!

I blew a tire while turning into a local restaurant. I called Las Schwab and realized they were about to close. Petie offered to stay and changed out my tire. He even offered to put all the stuff back in my jeep that I had unloaded to access the spare. Ive always had beyond excellent service with Las Schwab.

Because I drove for a little bit on the flat it couldn’t be fixed and not under warranty anymore.They put on a slightly used tire exactly like mine and didn’t charge me.Thank you soooo much!

Great experience, employees were nice and honest. As an inexperienced person with cars, they helped me with what I needed and did not try and trick me into buying additional things I did not need. Early that same day I was almost fooled into paying over eight hundred dollars for new rotors and break pads which didnt seem right as I had gotten new break pads recently. Les schwab told me my rotors were rusty which was why my car was making a loud squeaky noise. After they told me I was safe to drive I went on my way after that. Great service couldnt be anymore thankful and dont fall for those who will try and take hundreds from you. Go to Les Schwab, they do not scam teenagers like me!
