Good location spot in Woodland, the store is immaculate, had everything in stock, bathroom was more clean than any Starbucks I have entered.Staff was very nice. My only complaint is that my latte was a little underpowered. Otherwise a great Starbucks location.

Got my free coffee today. Tried the cold brew with pumpkin spice foam. Made it less guilty with sugar free vanilla syrup, light foam and light spice mix.

Went there for my birthday and staff was so helpful. My friend ordered a special drink and it came out amazing!

This one on main and ashley is ALWAYS the slowest. Always long line of cars... I decided to go inside this time... Still took them 30+ mins for 3 drinks (no special order). I recommend the starbucks on pioneer they are always fast and ordering through app is always ready when i show up even 10 mins after placing order!

This is the closest one to work and it can get really busy. The customer service is usually great here. The only complaint is that they frequent run out of items.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I was just told that my car cut in line in the drive through when there was no one else behind me around. When I pulled up in line the girl at the window said that she would give me my drink this time but next time I needed to wait like others? I had been in the line for 15 mins. already waiting like everybody else. I usually never go to this Starbucks, I always go to the one on Pioneer. After being humiliated and talked to like a child, (I am well beyond my 40s) I will not be visiting here again.

Starbucks is my all-time favorite place for drinks. It has tons of variety, secret menus, and dairy free options that make ordering within the friendly and chic atmosphere not only easy but fun! ;)

Ordered 2 frappes & both had whip cream pull up to pay got our drinks & barista said “we are out of straws sorry have a good day” why even sell drinks if your not going to provide what is needed to drink them with ... was not even informed they were out of straws when ordering nor before paying .

They were more concerned with monitoring if your mask was on your nose or not worn to their expectations. THEN I got my order and it was All wrong. Had to wait for them to redo it!

Bathroom closed -- I had to go next door to Burger King (I will rate them highly). Covid is zero excuse, the manager here is too cheap to have employees clean the bathroom. Btw, I spent over $70 on coffee beans on this trip.

Ordered online and still had to wait 25 minutes thru drive thru and decided to leave line. Couldnt get refund. Worse starbucks, horrible customer service

Asked for no cheese in my bacon sandwich and no less than 2 mins they gave me a microwaved cheese burnt sandwich. Had to throw it away as I’m lactose intolerant. Hopefully they didn’t add dairy to my drink that I ordered along...

Do not go to this Starbucks, go to any other one! They over charged me, took 20 minutes on 1 coffee and then messed up my drink.... Dont waste your time or money here.

Normally they are fast courteous and efficient. Today was a bad day. They took their sweet time, employees chit chatting away and forgot part of my order. Very disappointing. I expect better. Hope my beverages are still hot when I get to work.

They kept getting my order wrong. I let it slide the first few times but now I just got really upset. Also their drive-thru service takes extremely long. Serving 5 customers in 15 minutes is unacceptable. If youre taking 3 whole minutes per customer at least get it right!

Have some patients. Drive through can be a little long.

When it says add something do you just completely ignore it?? This Starbucks always messes something up. I get its a busy morning, but at least pay attention to what youre making. 🙄

Breakfast sandwiches were cold and drinks were made too sweet even though I asked for less sweetener. Cashier was pretty rude also. On the bright side there was a very beautiful Christmas tree!

I just stopped in because I ordered a drink at a different Starbucks and it tasted like plain milk. I hoped they would just add some extra flavoring to my drink but the sweetest girl named Hannah remade my whole drink! I couldnt believe it. What awesome customer service! You rock Hannah!

Ive never been in a Starbucks before and I walked in there and I ordered a hot chocolate with the girl and she said oh you have to order at the counter so about the time I turned around and ordered the counter and paid before I could even end up paying the girl had my hot chocolate ready I never seen such past service in my life five stars because of good service from the pretty girl with the white hair I said fast service not passed

This place is like Cheers....if you want to go, where everybody knows your name. And theyre always glad you came, you should go to this place. Unfortunately they try to put politics into business, which is a big deterrent to many people. If I had a choice, if rather go to a Black Rifle Coffee, but they arent out in CA, because they are too smart and dont want to get CA taxed. If you need to go somewhere, its a good place, but the coffees just OK.

Excellent customer service. This is by far my favorite Starbucks in Woodland. It does get pretty bust here at times, so I would recommend ordering in advance.

I would advise everyone to skip this location. Nothing made properly, oatmeal is very dry, not enough water in the cup. Didnt even bother to shake the tea. There are a few other Starbucks in town use them instead.Came back for a second day, service is even worse if thats possible.

I meet every Thursday morning for a church group. And they are always nice, friendly, and people are nice as well. Parking can be hard but if u park at rite aid its not bad.

Starbucks on the west side of woodland is in a perfect location and the baristas are very polite and friendly, my coffee is always perfect. And the crew, they are the best and i love them.

Extremely disappointed! I only order a chi latte grande hot and when I get it from this particular Starbucks it tastes like flavored water.. come on people !! How do u mess this up.. its a scoop of the powder and hot water..EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED ..AGAIN!!!

I really like this Starbucks. It is very comfortable inside and has a tech bar area which is a long table you can use electronic devices at with a convenient power strip running under the table.

I dont know about all these fake positive reviews but do yourself a favor and drive to the starbucks on pioneer, this one has lazy employees that dont get your order right and have poor customer service. I just got a sandwich and a drink, the drink had maybe a dash of syrup and the sandwich was stale. I will be avoiding this one going forward.

Im a regular here. they have ALWAYS tooken care of me if tge drinks were wrong they fixed it if tgevorder was wrong they would ask me and double check. Theyve always said hi as soon as i walked in and have a good day when im leaving. The employees here are really upbeat and cool i highly recommend becoming regular here or any starbucks.

The coffee here is never up to the standard set by most other Starbucks locations, but Ive come to accept that. The location is poorly designed and has a terrible parking plan, as well as a dangerous flow of cross traffic within the parking lot. . The many homeless people that congregate here and in the adjacent parking lots with their animals really give this place a dirty, inner city sort of feel. But the baristas here are the most damaging element. They are, for the most part rude and inconsistent at best. There are a few who are almost always courteous and helpful, but more often than not you will be treated as though you have interrupted somethibg more important than them doing their job.

2018-04-11: Ever been caught off guard by the generosity of a business? Well, that happened today; On my way out the door and due to the fact that Im clumsy, my breakfast sandwich slid out the bag and landed on the floor - Grrrrrrrr!!!!! Begrudgingly, I go to buy a new one. I tell my story of woe and one of the very nice ladies behind the counter gave me a free replacement breakfast sandwich!!! WOAH!! :) I was pleasantly surprised! So the $5 bill I was going to use to pay for the sandwich, it deservingly found its way in their tip jar. THANK YOU STARBUCKS - WOODLAND! You rock!! :)Their ice coffee drink is the one I get all the time first thing in the morning. Its got great taste and has just enough caffeine to help me concentrate but more importantly, if I stop drinking it, I get no caffeine withdrawal headache. Tasty!

This was probably the worst coffee Ive ever had. I ordered a frappuccino and it ended up being mostly ice. There was barely a hint of coffee and curiously no flavor. The second star is because the coffee of the day wasnt bad.

I walked in thinking it would be faster. I ordered a small coffee and a bagel as well as two $25 gift cards. No one was in line infront of me but 5 people came and went I asked about my bagel twice. I watched several bagels made fot the drive through my bagel wasnt started until i asked the second time. I wasted 15 minutes

I dont know if its the holidays but the drive thru seems rather slow for a Starbucks.

This Starbucks is not very good at listening.First off I had a cashier that found it difficult to understand my order because her English was not that great.Then she gave me my coffee and forgot tp give me my danish.I went to the pick up counter and told the barista that the cashier forgot my danish and she asked me if I wanted it heated up and I said noShe shouted to the guy maning the oven for one danish not heated.As I watched him pull the danish put of the wrapper and put it in the oven, I said jokingly to the barista that hes going to heat my danish anyway.She told me maybe that particular danish isnt for me. A moment or two later the guy walks up to me and hands me a WARM danish.I told him I asked for it unheated and I can tell he was a little perturbed but it wasnt what I ordered even though I tried to head off the mistake before it happend.Oh well, Ill stick to my favorite Woodland Starbucks on Pioneer and Main.Those guys are really great.

Best place to get Chia Tea.

This has happened more than twice, where only up to probably 5 cars in line in drive thru and its about a 20min wait. I understand Starbucks is very busy but I never have these experiences with the other Starbucks in town. customer service is poorly. and my drinks tend to get made incorrectly, for example, today I ordered a venti Stawberry Acai. and it has a very funny taste to it. tastes nothing like the strawberry Acai I normally order. Definitely will not be going there AGAiN! rather drive across town for a good drink.
