Some of the clerks need to be more familiar with products they sell. The guy who works there in the Woodland store seems more informed and helpful than some of the gals working there.

Had the best experience at the Benefit Brow Bar, Christopher was FANTASTIC! He did such a great job and I had a fun time, he’s so cool and funny. As usual I was in such a good mood I ended up overspending, but I’d do it again hahaha

Nice, organized, and clean place. It was bigger than I expected it to be which is great! I love all the brands they carry and everyone is very welcoming. Parking isnt hard and the area has lots of great stores around.

Cool place, expect that there were like 10 employees and only me wondering around the store with no one asking me for help. I ended up getting 100 dollars of items that I think I needed cuz I couldnt find the best one for me. Good job ladies, nice strategy, keep it up.

I ordered 2 packages from ulta.com and they never arrived, and neither did the replacement package. I received an eGiftcard due to my packages being lost, and they gave me an extra $25 on the card. When I went in this store to get my things, everyone was so helpful like they always are. Best Ulta store Ive been to!

Disappointed with the service. When I arrived to my haircut appointment I was asked to sit down. I waited 1 hour before someone told that they were not going to see me. They had overbooked and to try at a later time. I understand that mistakes can happen but why make me wait an hour. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Awful customer service. So many girls there but no one offering help nor greeting. I asked a girl for help and she just stared me down. So rude.

Great service, and friendly staff. They have room for improvement in expanding the selection. The layout is awkward and it can be a challenge to find a specific item.

Went in to make appt. to have my brows done. Staff didnt know the schedule/ days / hours of the person that comes in and does them . Didnt have a clue.

GINA...GINA...GINA!!!!😁She is my knight and shining PRINCESS when it comes to my hair! I previously had a hair dresser that was very careless and cheap! But then my Sister recommended Gina and saved the day and my HAIR! I wont write a story, but in short, I would drive all the way from Sacramento just for her to do my hair. THANK YOU GINA...you will be missed!

I love this location. Its in an out of the way town of woodland and has a great selection including mac (which few ulta locations have). The staff here is friendly and helpful. Tip: if you need to check for anything online (such as product availability, credit card or points balance or coupons), do it before you get there as there is little to no cell reception in the store. Screenshot your coupon so you can pull it up. Worst case scenario, you can connect to the free WiFi at the shoe store a few doors down so you can screen shot before heading back to ulta. Thats the only downside as I like to browse instagram for products to keep an eye out for. Clean, bright, well stocked location. Good location to check for limited supply releases as its a small town.

Its nice competition for other make up stores. Their prices are fair and affordable.

Lots of variety in beauty supplies. Deedee is the best hair stylist there.

Service was decent staff was mostly friendly hair cut prices are a little crazy to me but they give you free water😂
