Had a great experience finding a replacement tire for our John Deer lawn mower utility trailer. We couldnt find the right size online so I contacted Jeremy Bivert Who on his day off took the time to find me what I needed and ordered it for delivery. Thanks for going above and beyond.

It’s always a pleasure working with Parts Manager Jeremy Bivert. He’s very helpful, has a great attitude, and is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. When things get really busy during the season he’s even delivered parts out to our farm which is highly appreciated.

Jeremy at woodland Valley Truck & tractor went way above and beyond in helping me out on a day that the business was closed. I had a hydraulic leak on my excavator and couldn’t find anyone open to purchase some oil from. Jeremy met me at the store on his day off and got me what I needed to get me back to work. It was his day off but he went out of his way to help a customer out. Best customer service that I have ever experienced. Thank you Jeremy. I will be a customer for life because of you.

After dealing with my local dealer for 5 weeks and getting nowhere to buy a lawn tractor . I made a call to Valley Truck and Tractor. At the most 15 minutes later we had a done deal. They were awesome, had good accurate information with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend them as a great business with stellar customer service.

We were completely impressed by VT&T. There was a mix up with a mower that was sent to us from Lowes and we received a new mower courtesy of VT&T. They drove from Woodland to our home in the SF bay area. They picked up the non compliant mower and waited patiently for us to receive the refund from Lowes so we could pay them for the new mower. Excellent customer service and a very professional staff.

Always friendly and helpful. I bought a small tractor from them and continue to go back for scheduled maintenance parts and implements.

Fantastic experience in July of 2019 and the purchase of our first John Deere riding lawn mower! Our salesperson Robert made the process easy and answered every question I had. Happy customer and would recommend to anyone in the market for equipment.

Great place to do business with. If you need a part for your john deer they got it or can get it.

We have a lawn mower under warranty that needs to be fixed. Over and over again the woodland location doesn’t fix the problem entirely and on the last two occasions we brought it home to find a new problem. We are currently waiting for someone to come to our home however we’ve called 5 times in the last 3 days and every day they say someone will be out here and No one EVER shows up. We are extremely disappointed and will be sending in complaints, changing stores and making damn sure that the owner of that facility knows what horrible work his employees do! Super disappointing considering we were planning on buying not only 1 but 2 tractors from this store for our fields. Horrible horrible experience. We will definitely be going to Elk Grove or Chico for our next purchase.

My son loves tractors and I come from a farming family. I went in to look for some parts and buy my son his first John Deere toy tractor. Owners and staff are incredibly welcoming, I will be buying my sons first tractor here!!!

If your going for stihl parts or sales you want Sharie. I’m sure I spelled her name wrong....that being said she is the only one In there that knows anything about saws.she uses them and knows what she’s talking about.

On a closed day- Jerome made a hydraulic hose for me and got me up and running ! Cant beat that !
