This place is not your ordinary storage place. I e never met an attendant so nice. Very attentive and kind. The units are super clean. We’ve been here over 6 months so far and have not seen a single rodent droppings. Since when have you heard of that happening?

Warning! Danielle, the employee who works there, is a disaster. She might also flip out on you! I dreaded having to sign 10 papers in their office after learning that I couldnt rent a unit online like I used to. It usually takes 45 minutes, but it can be done in five minutes online. However, after running out of space in my garage, I finally did. On Sunday morning, I spent five hours packing a Big U-Haul truck. I left my children in the truck and went into the building to complete the task as quickly as possible. She spent 20 minutes entering information that could have been entered into the system in five minutes. She then stated that I require insurance. I explained that I didnt have my homeowners insurance papers with me, and that we could do this later, or that she could look up details from my other unit, which I already had there. After searching her computer for 10 minutes, she informed me that she had changed the name on my account from my middle name to my first name. Wow, are you serious? Thanks. My kids are cooking in the truck, and Ive been standing here for over 30 minutes just to change such a minor detail. There was nothing else done. When I asked if we could move on to more important details, she flipped out and said she would refuse to rent to me. Unbelievable. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I had a very good experience with my unit that I rented for 3 months. I never saw any sign of rodents or bugs. The outside was always spotlessly clean. Patricia and Jason were pleasant and reliable hosts. One day I didnt lock up right and they emailed to let me know right away. They check all the locks every morning and circulate another time during the day for an overall check. I do recommend this place, but I caution you to follow the rules to store no food in your unit since the location has open fields all around. Also, its good to check your unit often if possible.

Ashley gave us great service as I was finding a place to store my stuff! She’s so friendly and walked us through the whole process.I also got a great deal for my storage unit which is a another great bonus.

Without this manager Karen we could not have made this move in the 2 days we had to do it. She was knowledgeable, helpful and so full of positive energy. We thank this facility for making our move less stressful and the super support system we received.

Great area, clean storage units they answer all your questions and best of all my first month was free when I paid online and everything was sent to my email to from getting my storage number and pin code very easy and satisfied!

We rented a storage locker for 2 months to store our belongings while we were in Canada. We returned to find the unit and all our belongings infested with mice. When we got our stuff home, we found and killed 3 live mice living in our couch. We then had to dispose of our couch because we could hear more mice living inside. We submitted an insurance claim, but it does not make up for the hours of cleaning and disgust.When I spoke to the employee about this issue I was told every single unit in the facility has mice, and that it is not the responsibility of LifeStorage to manage vermin. I paid money for LifeStorage to keep my belongings secure and safe while I was out of the country. They didnt do this, and took no responsibility for the problem. This is not a safe place to store your things, and I caution anybody considering this facility. Your stuff will get infested with mice!!

I came in close to closing time and Ashley greeted me and helped me rent a unit. She took the time to explain everything to me and did it with a smile. Great customer service!!!
