My second times reviewing. Rotate my tires here few months ago. Time to rotate tire again few days ago. One of screw nut got the problem. They cut it and replaced new screw nut and rotate my tire for free since they told me I rotated my tire last time. It might be the mistake they made last time, or it might not be their fault. But it doesnt matter. They eventually sole my problem and I totally satisfied their response and the way how they take care of me.

Been going to this place for over a decade now. the costs have always been so incredibly reasonable that i wonder how they can manage to keep it so low all the time. i recommended it to my in-laws and they switched over from their regular place as well. the people and the service there are the best and theyre as honest as they come - which is important for someone like me who knows very little about cars.

Customer Care!Note, I didnt end up getting a repair.My experience was only over the phone. They asked broad questions to truly understand the situation, not just the technical issue. From that, they helped to resolve the issue and do whats best for me. So, I didnt end up needing a repair here because they put the customer first.

I wish I could give ATB more than 5 stars, because they truly deserve about double this rating. Made an appt a day before to check my brakes. I was the first appt at 8 A.M. Lady at the front said they will call me when when its done. No time frame on anything and she was so vague. Waited for 4 hours and no phone call. Went back to the shop after 4 hours and my vehicle wasnt even looked at LOL! It wasnt even hoisted up! The dude there maybe the owner couldnt even find my paper works! Eventually he had someone looked at it because I was there waiting LOL and came back to me with mechanic gibberish. How this auto shop is still open and retains any customer is beyond me. What a waste of time going to this place.

Ive been taking my cars (1999 Wrangler, 2006 Wrangler, 2003 Buick, 2003 Focus, 2010 Buick, 2010 Mustang, 2012 Prius, 2010 Outback) to ATB for years. Its always difficult to find a trustworthy shop, but ATB fills the bill with quality work, excellent communication and a fair price.
