Cannot say enough about this place. Was referred by a family friend and initially went there after my Audi dealer said I had a coolant leak and the pump would need to be replaced. At the cost of $2,300. Wanted to some due diligence and brought it in. Not only did the tech show me where there would have been a leak then explained and carefully showed me how there was absolutely no leaks. He could’ve cut the cost in half and lied but didn’t.. Now about 6 months later I had to get my 55k scheduled service at a cost of $1300 (again from the dealer). I wasn’t sure if they performed this so brought to the dealer and called at the last minute. Not only due they do the service they could not have been friendlier and kinder when scheduling. Not to mention at least half the cost. I can’t say this will always happen with costs but if you’re looking for a reputable, HONEST mechanic I would bring my auto here. They have my future business if not a 2nd opinion for sure. Extremely honest, reasonable and efficient

Went in today with my Audi, not knowing it was a Mercedes specialized auto shop. I needed a second opinion on my brakes after being told by grease monkey that they had about 500miles left. I was 100% certain my pads needed replacement and I was hoping they would give me some good news and tell me my rotors were in ok shape. The gentlemen that helped me, stopped what he was doing and came outside to check out my car. In the 10 min we spent together, he showed me exactly what to look for when looking for worn brakes and made it very clear that both my rotors and pads were in perfect condition. My goal was to stop at a locally owned shop and get a fair and honest opinion, and pinnacle automotive did exactly that. 100% would recommend!!

Had a check engine light on my BMW. Could have been a loose gas cap. They warning light was for a possible leak, however I havent had any puddles on my garage floor. With no other red flags, they cleared the light and sent me on my way - free of charge. All within 15 minutes.

Pinnacle Automotive operates with honesty & integrity. Their prices are very fair.Have been going here for 7 + years. I had the dealer tell me I needed brakes done... not so - had a lot more miles left. They treat you as if you were family. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

Pinnacle is great you will get quality service and never prices are more than reasonable. Oil change is cheaper than jiffy lube and they are all real mechanics that know what they are doing. Ive had everything from oil chages to axle replacements done by these guys. I trust them and that is hard to find now a days.

Our family has been going to Pinnacle since they opened, and before that even when the mechanics worked at a nearby garage. We keep going back because we are treated like family and the workmanship is second to none. They are honest, friendly, and great mechanics. I could never imagine taking my business elsewhere.
