My wife and I love this place. It’s a small family operation and we loved the attention and time they spent with us while we decided on our purchase. We shopped around a little bit and looked at several different brands and we were leaning toward a Honda or Yamaha. Ultimately we settled on our new Kawasaki side by side because of Woodstock power sports and not the actual machine. We love the machine and plan to return for parts, service and hopefully some more toys. Thank you!

I dropped my quad off in July for a jumped timing chain and exhaust cam and did not get it back until December. I was happy with how it ran that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars but I had only driven it 3-4 times and The carburetor started leaking fuel profusely. When I called them to see if they would stand behind it they said they would work on it at their standard rate even though they had just had the whole motor and carburetor apart on there table. Now I am sitting on a machine I cannot ride because it’s dumping fuel in the ground.

After calling many places searching for a new bike, I decided to go here because these folks were super nice and knowledgeable. Ill be going here for all my Kawasaki parts and when ever I need maintenance done on my bike!

My family and I have visited Woodstock Powersports several times in the past few months. We really enjoy the variety of vehicles in their showroom. I went here to see if it was a kawasaki dealership, and it is. nice bikes for sale here The big Vulcans and ATVs also they have a service and parts department. Nice clean and friendly place that can service my 1996 Vulcan 88.

Great family owned and run business. The owner “phoebe” greets you at the door followed by Karen the owner and her husband Ron. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the products they sell and service .

What an absolute HORRIBLE experience. Called them about a bike they had listed online. They told me it just came up for sale and that I could come in next morning to purchase. Took out the money that we had saved to pay cash, got to the store before they opened. Got inside, said I wanted to buy, guy was getting ready to write up paperwork when another customer came in to also looking to buy it. They decided not to sell to me and sell to other guy because “he comes in often”. What horrible business practice and a nice line of BS. The lady, who apparently is the boss, was rude and basically didn’t care and said she’s selling it to the other man... what a joke...

You cant beat this place! I have bought a lot of bikes over my life and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had! Do yourself a favor and check them out. Thanks and great job.

I cant say enough about their customer service. We ordered a ton of parts for our RZR and some came in wrong or didnt fit our model. They really helped out to get the right parts and wheel/tires we where after. I was very happy with the level of service they provided.

Staff are misleading, we understand its Corona but why show us something that is sold?

I have dealt with the staff at Woodstock Powersports about 1/2 dozen times over the past 2 months. Each time has been a perfect buying experience. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the parts I need and look them up quickly. When the parts show up, they call me that same day. This is completely opposite of another Powersports dealer in town (wont mention any names). When it is time to buy our next machine, we will be certainly be purchasing from Woodstock. Thank you for all your help!

Bait and switch..... bad bad bad.

I went in looking for a small part off an older Polaris quad. They spent over 30 mins looking at various parts diagrams looking for the part I needed. I would recommend this place.

As stated below me, the mechanic is very rude told me what trash my ATV is and how it was so bad which it wasnt and they wouldnt touch it, it just had a different carberator that they told me works just like the 500$ one they wanted me to buy because mine wasnt original i had another older ATV 1990s told me they didnt Even want to work on it because it was older, bottom line is they dont care and are not passionate about what they do leading to poor service and mistakes. They lost potentially long term customer that day, lets not forget the 300$ fan they told me I needed, I ended up talking with an independent mechanic who told me everything was fine except for my back shock and fixed what I needed Atv works flawlessly now.

Will not do warranty work on machines that where not bought for them will try to bill you for work they can bill back to Polaris as a warranty clam.....🤔🤔 owner very rude and told us to leave and not come back.... I do plan on buying more polaris products in the future but it will not be from Woodstock Powersports

Went there three different times first time it took a month went in for a carb clean and they said it wasn’t cleaned because the next week it was doing the same thing as I dropped it off then the second time I went because of the same reason they said it was the battery if the battery was bad it won’t run right so I got a new battery and went back and they said they cleaned the carb but never did because no screw was turned.this dealer has to be the worst I’ve ever been two I’ll make sure I’ll go somewhere else with my quad.

They are very knowledgeable and very helpful and go out of their way to make sure youre taken care of

Great sales and service staff

This is not a review of the stock of this shop, but of the people employed there. My vehicle broke down and barely limped into their parking lot on my way to work, I ran in in kind of a rush, and they let me leave my car there until I could get it towed the next day. They helped me keep my job.

Took atv to be looked at with a noise, didn’t even bother to look said it was very common probably just dirty and wanted to charge even though it was still in warranty, took it where it was originally purchased and some part was broken RUDE owner!

Bout a brand new slingshot they would not service the slingshot very poor attitude the mechanic there has a very bad attitude as well as the manager bad dealer if anybody is looking for cycles your better off going to another dealer
