At first I was not satisfied with the work performed by Woodstock Quality and there were additional issues that arose while my car was being worked on. However, after speaking with Jim and the owner, I am certain that this is a company that places an emphasis on customer service and will do what is necessary to keep their customers happy. They value their integrity and show a willingness to “make it right” and will make sure that their customers are satisfied before the vehicle leaves their lot. In an age where companies can leave their customers high and dry, Woodstock Quality is accountable and will do their part to earn your trust. This company deserves praise for being customer focused when issues arise. I haven’t received my vehicle back yet, but I trust that Woodstock Quality will restore it to it’s pre-accident condition.

Woodstock Quality Paint and Body does amazing work. Its impossible to get that factory finish after a collision, but these guys come close and dont cut corners, which I like. I wish I could give them more stars, Im so happy with the quality of work they did.

He was cool however; I do wish there had been more communication as to when my car would be ready just so that I didn’t have to call so much to find that out. However this does not take away from the fact that they did a fantastic job.

I had a very good experience with these folks. They did an excellent job on my car with regard to the repairs to which I’m thoroughly satisfied. Jim Smith was very courteous and even offered to perform an additional service for me at no charge. One note-they sometimes get backed up and cannot get to your work for a few days, So make sure you find out when they think they can get to your car rather than renting a rental for the days in which the car is just sitting there.

This was the best experience! I had the whole side of my car painted. I got an estimate here and then another from a different body shop a mile away. The 2nd place quoted me almost double. I dropped my car off after hours on my way out of town. They finished in less time than quoted, the final bill was less than the original estimate, and my car looks brand new. Someone hit my car and I needed a body shop, a friend said that they had heard nothing but good about Woodstock Quality, so I gave them a shot after reading the reviews and living right around the corner from their shop. Talk about finding a hidden gem, I am going to start using their services just for general maintenance just because of how wonderful my experience was. Jeff was fantastic and made the process so easy and he was on point with timing, courtesy updates, and my car was even cleaned out after the repairs had been made! Theres not one negative thing I could say about my experience and would recommend to anyone that would listen. The ladies in the office are great and they even remind you to grab your garage door opener when you first drop your car off to when you get to take it home, super helpful. These guys are simply the best. I wish I could give them ten stars. Theyve taken care of my family since the early 90s, and theyve done an amazing job every time. They make sure youre taken care of.I moved out of state (North Carolina), but after I got in a wreck up here, I had my car towed 3 hours all the way back down to Woodstock to have Jimmy work on it. My car is in better shape after Jimmy took care of it than it was before the wreck. There are plenty of paint & body shops up here, but nobody like the folks at Quality. My truck was involved in an accident with minor but very noticeable cosmetic damage. I have used Woodstock Quality Paint and Body before, for minor repairs. They provide above and beyond, high quality service and don’t cut any corners. They worked with the insurance company to get my damages covered with OEM parts and not aftermarket. Jim is very detail oriented and saw my truck through, right to the end when he gave it a final wipe down.

These guys are fast, thorough, and great at their job. Jim was a huge help from the moment I got there. He took a detailed look at my car and helped explain the process with insurance. Not only were they able to do the repair very well and quickly, but they also detailed and washed the car, and worked some magic to make it look brand new. Would definitely recommend!

I had a problem the tailgate not opening on my crossover. After taking it to the dealership and $1000 in repairs, the problem was not resolved. They sent it to their body shop to realign the door which would cost a further cost of $1,320. I picked up my car and took it to Woodstock Quality Paint and Body who quickly diagnosed the problem. They had someone drive me home and the repair was completed the next day at a fraction of the cost at the dealership. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I won’t take my car anywhere else in the future! I would highly recommend Woodstock Quality Paint and Body!

Everyone here did a great job and made a stressful experience so easy. I had damage to my bumper and some damage underneath it that they found when doing a thorough investigation. They helped manage the insurance carrier, who wanted to use after market parts, and they made sure that we got actual manufacturer parts for the repair, and I really appreciate them going the extra mile. It was so nice not having to be caught in the middle, as they dealt with the carrier and I only needed to get involved to drop off and pick up my car. My dad had a repair on his vehicle from Woodstock Quality, and I was impressed at how well they fixed his job and matched the paint perfectly, and they did the same for me too. My car looks great, and everyone as friendly and professional.

Woodstock Quality Paint GREAT job on my car. I got hit on the right side passenger back end. I took it to Woodstock Quality Paint. They got finished with it in a timely fashion, not long at all. When I got it back it look like it was brand new. The paint job was great and they body work great as well. I was very please with work they did to my car. About 2 months ago I was in a relatively minor fender bender. $3800 worth of damage to my car. It involved the bumper, fender and door. I was hit by a slow moving car while I was sitting still.Quality Paint and Body was recommended by the insurance company that was involved, and had a few good reviews here and on Yelp, so I agreed to use them.After 4 visits my car still isnt right and Im having to petition the insurance company to allow me to get another shop involved so that I can get the repairs completed.The problems have been:Runs and crackles in the paint after the first try that should have been caught by their quality control people. Scratches on my rear bumper that were unrelated to my accident that showed up on my car while in their care.Paint over a sticker on the edge of a door instead of taping over it, or removing the sticker (photo 1).They damaged an interior door panel when removing it to install on the new door. It had to be completely replaced. I was originally told that well sometimes these things happen and we have no control over what gets scratched up... Sorry! (photo 2). It was replaced, but the insurance company covered the replacement despite the fact that the body shop caused the damage.3 tries at applying a black decal on the trim of my door that I was told theyd have to call in a professional to get completed.While buffing the paint on my door they burned through the finish and had to repaint it.The item that is still unresolved is that the car has been to a mechanical shop 3 individual times for an alignment and still wont drive straight.All of the back and forth with rental cars and having to waste my time has been a huge problem for me.Only posting this information as a warning to others.

Was very impressed with the welding done to get my doors fixed without having to buy a whole new door.. however, I noticed a Knick in my window tint that clearly wasn’t there before I took my car in. Not too bad but still noticeable.. could’ve been a little bit more careful in the repairing process.

Great experience. Went in for 2 estimates and they were both cheaper than what I had been quoted from other body shops around Woodstock. They had my roof molding replaced within 1.5 hours and they went above with replacing old clips & making sure I knew exactly what was being done & why it needed to be done. I dealt with Jim, but everyone was very nice! I will be going back in a few weeks to get my bumper replaced. Definitely recommend!

I have been using them since I moved to Woodstock 11 years ago for both my Mercedes and Sonata. One time I had a bad scratch along the side of my car because I scraped the side of the garage. I thought it was going to cost me several hundred dollars to have it fixed. They took a half hour and got it looking like new and didn’t even charge me. I have referred many people there and no one has been disappointed.Don’t be fooled by how they look, they are first class all the way.
