I am very thankful to the assistant manager and the other team member who where working. Wednesday around 7pm on 8/4/2021. I got distracted and left my purse at the store. When I realized that I had left my purses, I called the store and luckily they have found in the store. I really appreciate their honesty and their great customer service. I like to support business that have honest people like them. Thank you and I will return to shop at this store!!!!

Wandered into a Rack Room Shoes while casually shopping the other day, and ended up leaving with a new pair of shoes. My brother happened to need some work shoes, and with the Buy one get one half-off sale, I figured that I could use a new pair myself.They didnt have the size I needed, but the gentleman at the counter was super helpful and we set an order online to have them shipped to my house. It was quick and painless, alongside buying a pair in-store for my brother.The shoes I ordered arrived a few days later, and I have worn them all over for the past few days. Thanks Rack Room!

Low to no staff it seemed as we did not get any help. However we did not need it this visit and the store did have some decent traffic at the time. Good prices and ability to self serve is nice. We did have a great check out experience and the man was super nice and friendly so that was great. Thank you.

Rude staff. Acted annoyed. Informed me of their terrible return policy that if you wear shoes for 5 minutes, they will not return or exchange. Did not buy. Will not go back. Went to shoe carnival and got a way better deal and significantly better customer service. Saved myself $15 on one pair alone.

Small selection for the type of shoes I was looking for. There were a few I liked but they were out of my size. Staff was friendly though

Their shoes are pricey, but, if you take advantage of their BOGO, it helps. Nice variety of shoes, though. The young lady working there tonight was exceptionally nice and helpful!

I called and spoke with KIM about returning my shoes but I didnt have my receipt. All tags are still on the shoes but I discovered that I grabbed the wrong size. KIM said that they can be returned for an exchange or a store credit. I was so relieved to learn that! KIM actually remembered helping me pick out the shoes as I had told her that I was going to my grandsons graduation from USMC boot camp in SC. The graduation was in March and I didnt think that KIM remember me but she did. She needs kudos for remembering customers and for being so kind and personable. I especially wanted to write this review as I noticed that yall have only one star. When I saw that, I actually dreaded calling about my return. Thankfully, KIM proved that you cant believe all those reviews. Shes a keeper!!!!

Great sales and friendly staff.

This store has terrible customer service. My husband turns the shoe on the stand to see them better. The rep comes behind like they are pissed he did not out them face forward the way he found them and starts slamming stuff. Ok dont worry. U wont have this issue again because we will make sure never to return.

I went in looking for a certain type of sports shoe that my orthopedist recommended and they didnt have the type of shoe I needed. This is more of a satellite shop and while they do have a lot of shoes, they do not carry as many types of shoes as the larger locations.

Clean store, good stock, but not all my sizes in all shoes I was looking at. Nice folks working there. Ill go back

No wide sizes for children. Only brand name shoes for children who at most can wear shoes for 7 months.
