Actually called this location looking for a product and unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. I had the pleasure of having my call answered by Grace who set a lovely toned conversation between us. She went above and beyond to assist me. She informed me of phone orders, shipping procedures, and perks of being a loyal customer. I was able to call an out of state location, who had the very last one of what I was looking for, shoe was on sale, 50% off, make the purchase, with free shipping, and none of this would have been possible without Grace. There is nothing like a store associate that goes above and beyond for the customer and I really appreciated her. She literally made my day.

1st time ever coming to this store and felt unwelcomed. I visited the store on 5/11/2021 around 3:30 or 4:00 pm.I came to return a pair of shoes that I purchased online, however was pretty sure I would find something in store to replace what I was going to return.. I walked in with my children who were quietly seated in a stroller wagon, I wasn’t greeted by anyone...(only 1 other customer in store and 2 workers) I looked around the store saw some tennis shoes in which I really wanted...looked below for my size didn’t see it and no one offered to assist me. So I moved around and looked over the entire store picked up a few purses that was absolutely ADORABLE still no one uttered a word to me... at this point I was done which was about 15- 20 mins in...so I pulled the box of shoes that I planned to return from my stroller wagon... and walked to the register...Finally the employee spoke and asked was I ready to check out...I informed her that I was returning. I also asked more info on the signs that said 50% off and the buy one get 40% off (since I wasn’t informed of it while I was shopping) she told me about the sale I asked about the shoes that I REALLY liked and that I didn’t see my size. Her response yeah we don’t have your size. No information of if it was online or available at another store or if it would be restocked.... the sale that was going on and better customer service I know I would’ve replaced my return with another item or more....however I just felt my presence nor was my money wanted and I decided at that point to just get my refund and leave. I really love the Steve Madden brand and have for over a decade I don’t plan on not liking it because of this incident however I feel like it should be noted to whoever cares about their customers and the experience they have in store.

I wish there was an option for 0 star I would have given that. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was shopping with my two other friends and were checking out for some wedges in the Steve Madden outlet located at Woodstock. There were 2 female store associates who had no sense of customer service. While going through couple of shoes and sandals there was a pair left on the floor when the store associate come to us and practically asked us to put it back from where we got. Honestly we didnt even try it forget about putting it back on the shelf, so we refused as we didnt know. And then, the associate goes on to tell her colleague its the 3 at the back. They did it! It was not that we were just browsing we did buy 3 pairs but at the time of billing the associate had no kind words for us. She was just staring straight into our eyes as if we did something wrong. No Thank you! or have a good day!For a brand as good as Steve Madden, this was the worst experience for me and my friends. We are never going back again!

Wow! So glad to know Im not the only one who has experienced poor customer service at this store. Ive been here on a few occasions and there always seems to be bunch of school girls working here chatting with each other and giving customers major attitude. I wont spend my money here!

I came to this particular store while on spring break but also in search of the blue multi Arctic sneaker and after going to opry mills and searching online & being unsuccessful ... the store associate Allison NOT only helped me but also tracked the shoes down ALL THE WAY IN NEW ORLEANS and had them shipped to my house... SHE IS THE BEST 😉

Workers were very unhelpful and did not honor the scratch off deal they were having. I scratched 50% off the entire store but apparently that didnt apply to the 3 pairs of full priced shoes I purchased
