Best grocery store ever! I wont shop anywhere else except Publix. I love this store. The employees are so friendly and helpful. They play the best music and the store is always clean. They have the best Bakery. The Birthday cakes are the best!!! If I can give them 10 Stars I would !!!

One of my favorite grocery stores. It feels so airy and clean. The high ceiling and massive windows on the front help make it feel less boxed in like how other name branded stores make me feel I’m in some rundown area. I don’t feel crammed going down an aisle, everything is in its exact place you would think to look, and very creative with their new meals they’ve come out with. Employees do a fantastic job keeping items stocked as fast as they can, and keep it all looking so presentable. People have genuine pride working there. I’m happy to oblige and shop at this Publix because I know the people there are happy to work there. Everyone is always so nice!

Publix has fresh fruit & veggies, quality meats, and specialty items. The flowers and plants are gorgeous. Publix also has weekly BOGO’s. The people who work at Publix are professional and have great people skills.

Steven, a Publix employee passed me by with a loaded buggy after. checking out & asked if I needed help.I said that I parked far away because I dont mind walking. He said that he liked to walk. So he cheerfully walked with me to my car. Great customer service. Highway #92 Woodstock Publix

So I went to pick up 4 prescriptions for my dad, that they said was ready. I get there to pick them up and only 2 prescriptions are ready. They tell me come back in 45 min to 1 hour and the other 2 will be ready. I go back over an hour later and only 1 prescription is ready. They tell me come back in another 45min to an hour and it will be ready. I was like What! You told me that both would be ready. This is the second time Ive been here today to pick up prescriptions, after you told me they would be ready. I informed them that I cant keep running back and forth. I told them I would be back the next morning to get it. They said they would have the prescription ready. I wasnt able to make it the next morning. I go back 3 days. Im standing there waiting in line to be called and the person takes someone else that just walked in. OMG!! Are you kidding me!! I finally get called up and the prescription still isnt ready!! I will be taking my fathers prescriptions somewhere else. The Service at this Pharmacy is Absolutely Ridiculous!! This isnt the first time this has happened in the past year! Im really getting sick and tired of giving them my money for the worst service. If I was you, Id also take your busy somewhere else as well!!

Havent been to Publix much. This one was nice and the deli sandwich was quite good.

Not great. Cashier coughed in to her hand and immediately began touching the food items. I politely brought it to her attention and she denied it. My daughter and I just looked at each other in disbelief. The manager looked at me like I was a jerk for bringing it to her attention. A simple apology and some hand sanitizer would have been nice. Expensive.

Although I have lived in the area my whole life, I didnt really start shopping at Publix regularly until the beginning of this year. Now, I am there on most Sundays to get groceries!This Publix is in a wonderful shopping center with several restaurants that I regular, and it overall a great Super Market. The staff are all insanely friendly and helpful, the store is clean and has maintained a healthy atmosphere through the pandemic, and their products are amazing.Combine all of the positive things I said above, with the spectacular sales that rotate through the store each week? And you have a wonderful place to shop!

I love this store but my recent visit was just to purchase a money order. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Attentive and efficient employee.

Great customer service. I go in the morning with my daughter, and we have a fun time checking out with the morning crew. There is always food stocked and I have no problems finding what I need.

Publix is so expensive compared to Walmart and Aldis. I wouldnt shop there at all except that they carry things the other stores do not. A small simple example is mashed potatoes packets. At Aldis the packet is $.59, at Walmart the same packet is $.99, but at Publix the same exact brand and size was $1.23. That is more than double Aldis price! I cant justify to my self spending that much more when I know I can spend my money more wisely. So I will continue to get those items I cant get elsewhere at Publix, and make the second stop at a store that doesnt rip off the customers.

Great for groceries but Pharmacy has been very slow filling prescriptions, they say its because they are short staffed. 48 hrs to get a prescription filled, took several trips before they had all of them ready.

This is one of my two favorite Publix stores! It is always clean and well stocked, and this pharmacy cant be beat!!

Nice staff and friendly but the people stocking dont speak or greet you when they are literally standing right by you. And if you ask for something they arent exactly happy to help but they will help

The store is very clean and the people are very friendly which is pretty standard for Publix. My only complaint is and almost always is with getting a sub made at Publix.Usually Id mention that Publix, a grocery store, has far inferior tomatoes than non-grocery-store-sub-making businesses; that is still the case with todays visit but the cherry on top of this complaint is that it took an incredibly long time to actually get the subs made. We are talking 15+ minutes of waiting in line followed by easily another 10+ minutes to make 2 subs. They are great subs, they always are, but sweet mother of mayonnaise the timeliness may be too much to mustard.. err ... muster.

The deli section has great sandwiches hand made. Ask for Devren he is so sweet and takes such care to be sure your order is what you want.

Went shopping mid afternoon on Friday. Found a couple good deals. Interacted with the staff several times and they were all very helpful.

This Publix seemed a bit smaller than most Publixs Ive been to in the past. Walking into this I must say that it was very clean and well maintained. I love that there are many check out lines available and ready when I visit. The staff is super professional and there is always a manager or supervisor in eye sight to assist if necessary.

They had many different varieties of Gatorade. There BOGOs on items cant be beat.

Publix employees are knowledgeable and very helpful! I always enjoy shopping at Publix!

Good choice of different types of food

Your staff that was working in the bakery on March 21st during the afternoon was extremely rude and unhelpful to my disabled aunt who came in there to get a birthday cake for her son. She is in poor health and on oxygen and barely leaves the house but came out yesterday to get a cake for her son and was ignored for a long period of time and then when she finally got someone’s attention who tried to run off, she huffed and puffed and was extremely rude with no manners to my aunt. I am disgusted by how your employees treated a disabled customer today and I will be letting everyone know.

I order online from the deli so I dont have to wait for it. I went by the deli to see if my order was ready and it wasnt even though it was supposed to be ready 20 minutes beforehand. I inquired at the deli counter and was told my order was next - 5 minutes . While waiting, I noticed many employees standing around talking including 2 managers. Others were stocking the deli shelves, but none of them were helping customers! Someone needs to actually manage the deli so they dont get so behind. Someone needs to help in the deli. If you have so many people standing around talking, one of them can help! The people filling the orders need to let the manager or someone know if theyre so far behind! 25 minutes late is not acceptable! I said something to the manager after I finally got my order, but he didnt really care. I hate going to this store. Every time I do, theres a problem. I only went because it was convenient that do (or so I thought)!

I do have kind of a strange order so it always so wonderful to walk in and get exactly what i ask for and at this location its Nathan in the deli who makes my sandwich and does the best out of anyone ever i hope they acknowledge this man for always delivering ideal customer service thank you!

I’m so thankful to see the extra measures taken during this uncertain time. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and the store has always been extremely clean even before Covid-19. Now it’s Super Clean and always well stocked.

Love this store, but for some reason when you search for a Publix on the main site, it says there is no store in Woodstock GA. And when I searched near me it also doesnt come up even though Im only ¼ mile away. Wonder why?

I love Publix. The staff is always super kind and friendly. They have Excellent customer service and are doing way more right now to keep their staff & customers safe during this COVID-19 pandemic with one way isles, staff visibly wiping down carts, checkouts & so on. I do wish they would give their employees a hazard bonus or hazard pay because customers arent necessarily following all the guidelines in place and that makes me feel really awful for them.

I come this Publix about twice a week. How I was treated today, I will go the extra mile to go to another location. To have 5 gallon waters, a case of water, case of soda and about 6 Publix bags and a 8 month old baby and was not offered help when the two people in front of me were offered is terrible. They declined the help so someone was there to offer me help, but didn’t. Trying to wrapmy mind around why the two people in front of me were offered help, but I wasn’t. Can anyone on Publix management team maybe offer an answer as to why I was offered help, but the two people in front of me were? Is there a certain selection process I’m unaware when it comes to offering help? Very shocked this happen because I’ve always had a great experience at this location.Thank you.

Do most of my grocery shopping here. Always clean, helpful and friendly employees, produce and meats are fresh. Exiting this shopping center to go east on HWY 92 is a pain during high traffic hours.

Publix 12” Chicken tender sub on white. Ranch on the bread. Toss chicken tenders in buffalo. Onions, lettuce, banana peppers. I would do, and have done, horrible things for one.
