I’m constantly getting expired products from this store. Today (8/30/21) I received applesauce that expired on May 7th in my instacart order. Last week it was two products in the same order. Shopping in person I’ve found expired products in the deli, dairy, baby food, cereal, everywhere. I understand that mistakes happen but I’ve called several times and it seems like nothing is being done to remedy the situation. I even pulled the expired baby food from the shelves myself once and brought it up to customer service. Hopefully they’ll start pulling the months expired food from their shelves soon.Edit 9/21: Just received two more expired products. One expired a month ago

I havevnot in a Publix since moving from Flordia. Do while staying at a friends place in Woodstock I found out this store was near. It so superior to the grocery stores we have I. North Georgia. Sorry but true.

The staff are so friendly! The last time I was there with my kids they gave them each a balloon which, of course, got let go of. The staff insisted on getting the balloon. Then the staff actually lost it! So they had to get it down again! Then my OTHER kid lost her balloon. So they got that one! You can tell the staff loves people and kids especially.

Its always a pleasure... the service is always beyond spectacular. There is not much else to add. all departments I visited was in order fashionably. All associates were kind to me, that our paths crossed of course.Hmmmm... my chicken wings were dry a little bit. They sure were tasty though.

I used this store today to get vegetables and a piece of meat for dinner. Vegetables were 100% on spot really nice fresh peppers and mushrooms. Meat department had a nice spread I just couldnt get to the butcher because he and the other gentleman inside were busy laughing it up. But the steaks and pork chops they had laid out were nice.

Had to run into this Public to buy water, as I just opened up my shop down the street.Very nice store, big and spacious. My only complaint is the amount of cashiers and no self checkout machines. I was really shocked. The lines were getting long at 2:30pm on a Tues.I couldnt believe no self checkout lanes at this store???Hopefully theyll install those self checkout lanes.

I absolutely love this Publix! I always get great service! This weekend I picked up my daughter’s Birthday cake and wow did the bakery dept an AMAZING job. She turned 6 years old and we had a bowling party and they made her cake to match the theme of her party and it was hit!!!! Five Stars for great service!

A large selection of organic and healthy foods and beverages. Everything is decently priced and there is plenty available. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for and had options for what wasnt available.

Always a great experience. Also when I walked in, Publix employees were wiping down carts. They took their time and were really trying to clean high contact surfaces. Also every employee was wearing face masks. I personally feel that Publix is taking this pandemic very seriously and are doing their best to equip their employees and keep their shoppers and staff safe. And lets be real, Publix is the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores. I love that they ask everyone if they need help taking their items to their cars. Even a adult male.

I shopped at this publix every week for yearsWas a weekly regularUntil todayI was horribly humiliated and treated as a theif with my newborn ( whom the manager lifted her blanket to look in durring covid!!) And infromt of my 7 yr old asked to check my diaper bag to find nothing !!!😡I may be a single mom but I have no problem paying for my groceriesAnd dont steal

An awesome place

I had ordered a custom cake from the bakery for my daughters 1st birthday. Requested was a moon, with stars and the colors were to be pink white & gold. Well the gold was just yellow. Pink was fine and the white was just the white of the cake. The sheet cakes come to them with white frosting already on it. The first cake i picked up looked like it was done by someones first day on the job. The moon looked like a banana and the stars idk what they even were besides some squiggly lines. I was in a hurry the day before her party, didnt look real good at it picking it up until I got home and we realized how bad it looked. So my husband calls the bakery and expresses our complaint with the cake. The assistant bakery manager offered a remake of it to be picked up by 10am the following day(day of the party) and that the bakery manager herself would be decorating it. Great! We were happy with that resolution. Well come the day of the party my husband and older daughter went to get the cake since the party started at noon & I was busy cooking. It was right at 10am that they arrived to get the cake and they still had to wait 20 minutes for the decorating to be finished. This cake looks slightly better but still not at all what we were expecting. It looked like the same person decorated it but just filled in the stars and made the banana moon more of a crescent shape. The cake also tasted off too. Usually Publix cakes & frosting are fluffy & light. This was just heavy. So we call up to Publix again and speak with the manager on duty and complain again. So she offered us a full refund. Publix offers custom cakes but clearly cant fulfill that request. So I guess if we order from Publix again itll be from the book of kits that they offer and not a custom request. Although it was just a moon and some stars. Not like I wanted Starry Night by Van Gogh painted on there. I had also shown a picture to go off of. Anyways, the service is whats getting the rating. Not the cake.

I come in here often and the employees are great so I always have high expectations! Today was a rough day but employees Rosa and Jeff were so kind, considerate, and helpful it truly blew me away!!! Great employees and great service :^D

Had a sandwich at the Deli, Roast Beef with White Mountain Bread. It was very tasty! The guy who took our order was very nice. Even the other workers were interacting with us very kindly and considerate. It was a pleasant experience all around.

I really only use this Publix for the sandwiches while I work. The staff in the deli is fast, and on point!! I love seeing them every time I go! Sandwiches are great and I love the mountain bread!! Check out staff is also very friendly and quick!!

Super clean, staff always friendly. They have delicious roasted chicken and chicken wings. Theyve got cheeses from around the world. Great subs. They have ready made salads and subs.You can pick up a ready made meal if you dont have time to cook. Meat and seafood department is always fresh with great selections. Great selections of wine fairly priced. Front end manager is really nice, and is always helpful with any concerns you may have. If you want good quality selections of food this is the place.

Gordon from the deli is a consummate professional. Absolute legend, that guy. What a dude. Puts up with my insane sub orders and doesn’t blink an eye. He should probably be in consideration for a NASA spaceflight program, because I doubt I’ve ever encountered another soul who is as calm and collected under pressure

I would give a 4/5 star, but a few workers in the Deli are so slow. It took this lady 40 mins to make 3 subs. I really wished The Deli department wouldnt put just anyone back there to make subs. It really kills the experience. Please get some skilled professionals that can make a nice sub sandwich.

The events of recent have highlighted the integrity of these employees. Despite the chaos, they remain positive. This store has made me a devoted fan. I have a baby and a toddler, which makes shopping quite a chore. Every person I have encountered in this store has gone out of their way to help me. Always enjoy shopping at this Publix

Came to pick up subs last night for a party at my house. I needed 6 subs and I decided to make it super simple since I didnt have time to order ahead. I ordered 3 ham and 3 turkey all on white. I got a tray of topping so the only thing on the subs were meat and cheese. I am not exaggerating when I say I stood in like for 40 minutes. I had family waiting for me at home. I thought I would be in and out in about 15 mins or less. The lady was also rude to me when I first started to order. I have been an employee at Publix and in costumer service for 5 years. Its so frustrating that I have to be kind to everyone when Im working but when Im the guest I dont get treated the same.

Ive been shopping this store for many years. They have a low employee turn over and everyone is incredibly helpful and nice. Really enjoy this store. The Bakery is bananas fantastic, love the Deli counter and theyre always willing to open additional lanes when needed.

The customer service is excellent. The store is well organized. The reason for 4 star is that usually their prices are higher than the other grocery stores.

The bakery botched my sons birthday cake. The manager never followed up as promised. Honestly, I will not go there again. Been shopping there for years and see the same faces all the time but they never greet or acknowledge you.

The employees need to learn how to bag. Why do they put all the glass jars together in one bag? I separated the jars when I unloaded my cart and they still ended up in the same bag. Also the cashiers sling the food around. They need to be gentle with bags of chips, produce, cookies, etc.

This is not my usual publix. They all have a different feel. I was surprised by the extreme friendliness of the employees. Several said hello and I entered into conversations with 2. Its just another reason why I choose to shop at publix over Kroger. Dont ever change!
