Dan Smits was the best! I enjoyed working with him. It felt like I was working with one of my kids. He was very thorough in explaining features of the vehicle. I bought a Grand Cherokee from him and absolutely love it. The reason this is shy of 5 stars is because his supporting staff were not quite on top of things. Paperwork was missing when I got home and it took three+ weeks to get everything I needed. So check your paperwork before you leave. Had I done so I would have spared myself some frustration. Gabe and Gino are very quick to help you out. Keep an eye on your paperwork and the advertised price of the vehicle your buying. A $27,000 vehicle gets marked up to $32,000 if your not watching. Also keep in mind they try and push service contract that are the price of a good used car. After sitting down and reading the fine print $4,700 for a service contract. It was brought to their attention, two weeks later I get a reply of “oh we got busy and I forgot, just like they forgot to take the rest of the down payment

I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler brand new back in 2018. Back in April my Jeep started having major electrical issues which turned into a major safety issue while driving. I went to 4 dealerships and had 2 Star Cases with Chrysler. NONE of the dealerships (which were ALL Major Dealerships in the area) AND Chrysler could figure out what was happening to my Jeep. I went to Woodstock at the request of a co-worker of mine as my last resort. I sat down with the service manager Sal and explained everything and even showed him all the documentation of what was going on. Sal was the first service manager to take the time and listen to what was going on with my Jeep. He also was the first one to offer me a loaner as all other dealerships stated they didnt have loaners. On Top of that Sal had another service employee, Becky, look into my Jeep and she explained she saw this recently on another Jeep. In less than a week they fixed my Jeep! Worked with my warranty and Chrysler to get them to pay for the work done. Woodstock Jeep is the only place I will ever go to get my Jeep serviced. Their Staff takes the time to listen to their customers and they all actually know what they are doing. And if you have nowhere to turn as to whats going on with your Jeep, ask for Sal. He will take the time to listen. They have a customer for life! Ive already referred other people to them. They do Amazing work!

October was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure we got to take our truck home. Overall my experiences here have been less than ideal. Last year I took my keep in for an oil change. Service was done timely but when I went to pick it up that night the car was already running. Problem however was that it had been running all day for several hours!! No one had turned off the car when they parked it in the lot. Now management was very apologetic and made it right with a few free oil changes and a detail which was very nice. I wasn’t happy but figured accidents happen.Fast forward to last week. Brought in the beep again to finish out the free oil change and detail that was owed to me. I wanted to get these done before moving down to Texas. I will say they did an excellent job on the detail (hence the extra star). All appeared well with the oil change but a few days later on the trip down to Texas I discovered that the oil drain cover was hanging loose on the bottom of the car. Crazy that it made it as far as it did without falling off Now we are in Texas and I will have to put the cover back on myself.Again the people there are very nice and courteous but it seems that the tech team lacks a certain level of detail that would seem obvious to most people. Unfortunate that all of this happened and glad to be moving on to another dealership down in TX.

So i went over to Woodstock to check out Kunes dealership and some Jeep’s, was looking for an upgrade. Btw I usually can’t stand pushy salesman, so I tried to just stay low key and checked out the lot. There are so many different models now. As I’m walking up and down isles 2 gentlemen walk up to me and asked if I needed help. I think one guys name was Chris and the other one was frank. Like I said before I cringe at pushy car salesman, but these 2, especially Frank, helped me out a lot. Very knowledgeable, legit knew every in and out of all the models I was interested in. Not pushy at all, but catering to the customer. I dunno if you guys will see this but you made my experience there’s memorable. And the owners, yes you! Nice work hiring some quality gentleman, it’s a good reflection of what your character is and what you want your dealership to be. A family with loyalty as the principal. I came here with my sister and brother in law. Great car selection. The beginning of the experience we were not so happy with the options we were being shown. I want to be fair he was a good sales person but just did not understand our needs. We had also had encounters with another salesperson at this facility who failed to ever get back to us but anyways back to it We were about to leave sadly and just not return but thats when we met Nicholas Martins and he was beyond amazing. I personally have been to dealerships before and never have seen great customer service then the one Nicholas offered. He immediately told us that he would help us out and that we would walk out with a smile and he certainly delivered on that promise. I think that somehow my last review was removed. 20 minutes after pointing out there negligence on my last review, I had a phone call from the manager telling me they wanted to make things right, do something special for me bla bla. I didnt show up to the initial meeting honestly and got at least 2 more phone calls trying to set up appts with their service department. Why.?? I already had to have the engine, catalytic converter, transfer case and a battery replaced in my used car that I purchased from this crooked place in June 2020, theres no problems as of right now, problems started a few months after the purchase when I had to have the engine replaced due to excessive oil consumption. At that time they asked me to come in to make things right & in reality I spent a whole nother complete day of my life lost in their dealership where they tried selling me another car, a jeep with another full down payment and higher monthly payment, without even a fraction of a discount. Along with leaving my current newly purchased car at their dealership to hit my credit on a repo. Steer clear, seriously.

DO NOT BUY HERE. I picked out a truck, took a test drive, and decided on purchasing it. I wanted 2k more than what they quoted on my trade in and they agreed. Later, I found out they added that 2k onto the MSRP of the truck. Additionally, they artificially raise their reviews by forcing you to write a 5 star review before allowing you to enter the finance office. Finally, they tried charging 15k for an extended warranty without my permission. 15 THOUSAND DOLLARS! TRIPLE CHECK YOUR NUMBERS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Eddie was wonderful at explaining the items replaced in my car. He even explained how the new items in 2020 are different than my 2007. He explained the benefits of these changes. He was patient and precise. Very courteous and patient. Very customer oriented. Thank you for having a wonderful employee like Eddie.

FALSE ADVERTISING. The price listed on their site isnt what the sales rep will come back with. They have it listed for under MSRP on the website, but sales rep will come back with over MSRP and tell you they have to do that to get people in. Completely unethical. Can show screen shots of the conversation. After reading all the other 1 star reviews youll see the 5 star reviews are just fluff. Youll even see them compliment the 1 star reviews as a thank you. Dont waste your time here. Garbage company who doesnt care about their customers.

We meet him when we first walked in. He did have another salesperson help and show us the vehicles but came back over when we discussed trade/payments/etc. After speaking with him and other staff members, there was never a doubt we came to the right place. I never felt pressured, he explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were ready to move forward before finalizing anything. I was sold a truck at basically what the purchasing price was at 2015 and in horrible condition I wish I would’ve had someone inspect it first how is it possible that I was sold a truck with a broken bed cover and backup camera and bald tires if I could rate a zero I would, coming from a so called Cristian company they had no problem taking money and on top of all that I was told that I would get a warranty free of charge and I keep getting calls from the company saying if I want to activate it I can buy at a charge of 180. I didn’t think that being one of the top dealerships that this would be possible. I’m just happy that I never have to deal with this dealership ever again and I will never reference anyone here or put it out that this is a good dealership. If I could rate zero I would.

They made the car buying process simple. found the car i liked on a Sunday morning sent a message to see if the car was still available an I received a email the next day Monday morning confirming it was still available I called the person who sent me an email how many talked for about 5 minutes on the phone covering details about my trade in what features I was looking for and so forth. he then scheduled an appointment for me to come in to meet with a sales Rep the complete the purchase. when I arrive at the dealership on Tuesday my salesman Daniel was helping another customer while I was leaving another salesperson came over help me go out in take photos of my vehicle and began to put together the details around my trad-in. once my salesperson became available the process went really quickly and they had me in and out really quickly with a bit of negotiations. I would happily buy my next car from them Daniel was a great Salesmen and kept the process moving quickly.

I recently bought a used Chrysler 300 (from a different dealership). I brought my vehicle to Kunes to have it inspected for any repairs it may need or issues that I need to be aware of. The staff was wonderful to work with and they were on top of everything! They even took it upon themselves to contact the previous dealer about a repair they had made that caused an issue. That repair was fixed for FREE! A recall I wasn’t aware of was also taken care of. Even after the repair was done the tech wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. Rather then just send me on my way he took the time to get it right. It was the first time I had been in the newly renovated Woodstock location, can I just say WOW! If you’re looking for an honest, thorough shop/dealer Kunes is the place.....
