I have had my cars serviced at Krause Family Ford for over fifteen years and have never, ever walked away with less than 100 percent satisfaction. What else can anyone walk away with from this dealership where everyone is professional, honest and genuinely pleasant? A pleasant experience, reliable friends to call on again for your next car service or purchase.
I wouldnt even give them a star to be honest. My husband had been in contact with a sales associate to come in to see a truck. The associate knew we would be coming & very interested in the truck. We drove all the way out to Woodstock, almost an hour for us to be told they had just sold the vehicle. Poor way of business in my opinion.
Had a great experience with Johnathan Pantaleon. He worked with me to help seal the deal. He was very friendly and not pushy like some other places. I appreciated his approach.
I really wanted to give this a 1 star review to offset their review padding from the sales department, but Ill let you peruse through the obviously persuaded reviews before I stoop to their level and give an incorrect review. The sales department is fine. Typical tactics to get you in a car youre going to overpay for, but nothing crazy. Theyre the only reason this is a 2 star review is because they literally just did their job. Helpful hint, anytime you see a salespersons name in the review it was coerced at the time of sale.The service department is a nightmare. I have driven Ford vehicles for 12 years, and this is my last one. The service department took no pride or ownership in their work, and acted like a local shop that didnt have the Ford logo on it. I paid 3 times as much in a rental car than Ford paid for my warranty repair, and I would have saved money and time just going to a local shop.I was told it would be a couple of days when I dropped my car off, but it took a week and a half before they even looked at my car. It was another week and a half before it was repaired. They did send me a check for a third of my rental car costs on a WARRANTY repair.They deserve lower ratings, but I have to be honest in what I do, even if they arent.
The team at Krause Family are very responsive and professional. This started with Pete and continued with Mike. Both worked hard to earn my business and Im happy I chose to do business with them. There are a lot of places you can buy a car or truck but if youre not giving the folks at Krause Family a chance to earn your business, youre making a mistake.
When shopping around we dealt with several staff members, all of which were incredibly professional, friendly and super helpful. Pete did an absolute amazing job on getting us the very best price on our trade in as well as our new purchase. They went above and beyond in both the before, during and after sale service! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and we will definitely return when we are in the market to purchases a second car next year.
So glad we stumbled upon this family owned dealership! We traveled from over an hour away because all the dealerships close to us were closed on Sundays. I bought a used 2012 Chevy Silverado from this Ford dealership when I looked at the vehicle everything seemed good I was told the truck was in very good shape once I purchased the truck two days later I was having a lot of suspension noise turned out one ball joint was about to break and the rest of them were in very bad shape try to get in contact with dealer to try to fix they told me there’s nothing they can do for the first month the shop I had the truck and it’s still sitting there today I do not recommend buying anything used from this dealership This is now costing me a additional $2000 to fix
Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle. Started with them replacing cosmetic parts that were unrelated to accident to milk more money out of insurance to then not replacing parts that were involved in accident. I’ve made 3 additional trips back to show them another issue. Sad to say that their quality of work is actually better than their customer service. From a service department manager who will lie right to your face even when caught in lie. Was a great experience, Daryll(?) I think is the one that helped me get into my new(to me) CR-V. Was greeted right away the moment i went in, they did everything they could to get me into my CR-V and i was able to get it. Always asked if i was alright or wanted water, etc. Felt warm and welcome. Would highly recommend.
Just traded in my 2015 Ford Focus that I got from this dealership back in early 2016 for a used 2015 Ford Mustang a couple days ago. Don Hunter was so helpful, patient, professional, and kind through the entire process of trading my car in and buying the Mustang. Diego in the financing department was also amazing! This place never disappoints and I will continue to go to them for any of my car needs especially my maintenance on my new Mustang (Rick Moore is the BEST in the service department). Ive been to a lot of Ford dealerships as I travel for work and drive my F150 platinum for most trips. Oil changes end up needing to be done in random places. Mike Hartness and the guys in the Quicklane here were so nice and helpful. Quicklane ended up being 150.00 cheaper than the local mechanic on my oil change as I have the 3.0 powerstroke in my f150 so most places need to order the filter and oil. I paid 117.00 for my oil change, I was in and out, and thats the cheapest Ive paid for an oil change on this truck anywhere. Now that I live in Woodstock, Ill be a repeat customer. UPDATE 10/25/21: Still have not heard from anyone about my problem. Auto stop/start does not work as a result so my fuel efficiency is impacted. This is a well known and documented issue. Please provide a solution to this ASAP.It started out good. Bill is easy to talk to and was attentive during the process. It did take quite a long time, around four hours and I didn’t even test drive the vehicle or try to negotiate the price. My issue came after the sale.While I was waiting to complete the sales process, I was told the vehicle had a shimmy in the front end which was probably related to a tire imbalance. The truck was sent to service to fix the issue. Once I drove the truck off the lot, I could tell the shimmy problem was not fixed. I also noticed the 110v power ports were not working.I contacted my sales consultant and he told me to bring it back and they will fix the problems. I brought it back the next day and after 3 hours of waiting, the tire was fixed but the 110v ports were not. In fact, they didn’t even try to fix them. I told the sales consultant and service guy that based on my diagnosis, the problem was the inverter and to just order one for me and I will pick it up and install it myself. Everyone seemed to agree that was an acceptable solution but three days later the sales consultant contacted me and said they wanted me to bring the truck back to the main service for diagnosis.Not wanting to endure another extended wait for service, I sent him a screenshot showing a DTC in the DC/AC inverter module indicating “General Electrical Failure” and described the flashing light error code on both ports which is described in the owner’s manual as a “system overload” even though nothing is plugged into either port. A brief search of these symptoms unequivocally indicates inverter failure.I haven’t heard anything since…Please do not reply to this review asking me to reach out to someone. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership repair center.I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle to get a diagnosis on an issue. Despite have an appointment they didnt get to my diagnosis until 3 days later. No updates, no estimate on time, no warning that I might be without my work vehicle for so long.When they finally do get the diagnosis, they tell me to get to the real problem theyll have to fix an issue that was triggering an engine code. Ive had that issue for years and multiple mechanics have told me that it is nothing to worry about and it would only affect my ability to pass my emissions test. The shop swears that it could be what is causing the problem. So I pay a ridiculous amount to fix this one issue and then surprise surprise it doesnt do anything other than clear the check engine light. I have since talked to yet another truthful mechanic who confirms what they did would in no way affect the problem that I came in for.On top of that, they tell me they had to add three quarts of transmission fluid due to a leak. Only problem with that is that I had their Quick Lane department do a transmission flush a week prior. So either my vehicle is leaking an insane amount of transmission fluid over a short period of time, Quick Lane didnt actually do their job, or the service department is lying to me about something they can easily up charge without me being able to check. Well I drove it for a month a then had another mechanic check and the transmission was not leaking in a way that would require three quarts added in one week, not even close. So someone is lying or someone isnt doing their job correctly.Stay far far away.
If I would only rate my experience with my wonderful salesperson Dale, I would have given 5 stars. Dale was amazing! He walked me through the process, thoroughly explained all the procedures and truly put me at ease with this stressful process. He even returned my rental car for me when I finally was approved for the car! The one glaring downside was with the finance person named Diego. When filling out my contract he neglected to tell me that he added the $3,500 extended service plan without my permission or any knowledge about the plan. It was only after I signed my original paperwork that I took a minute to look over the contract to see that it was added. I got Dale to ask to talk to Diego again and he then tried to explain what it was. After I kept declining the coverage he stated that he would not make any money on the car if I didnt accept the $3,500 service plan. He finally took it off my contract, rewrote it, and now I am a happy Krause Family Ford customer. So two final things: Number 1 - When you go there, ask for Dale, he is simply the best!!! Number 2 - if you get Diego writing up your contract, make sure he explains the extended plan and that you really want it before you sign anything. Overall, I would recommend the dealership and yes I would buy another vehicle from Dale.
It was a very positive experience. The car was ready for test drive upon my arrival. I was able to purchase and drive away with my new car the same day. It was a seamlessly smooth process.
Purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer and per my bill of sale I paid for tax, title and license and dealership did not submit paperwork to state. I tried to call several times and no one responds. So I paid for a vehicle the dealership still technically ownsAfter over 30 days of nothing this is starting to feel fraudulent although I want to believe this just mistake on their part.But you can come up to your own conclusion.If you buy from this dealership youll have nothing but frustration. Be warned!

The first time I’d been to this dealership since I recently moved from out of state. It’s the closest to my home so I honestly picked it out convenience. I was not sure where to go when I arrived. Someone noticed and asked if they could help. They walked me all the way to where I needed to be. Also, my truck was to be worked on. The service staff was friendly. They also were able to fix my truck quicker than I expected and 100% of the bill was covered by the warranty. I haven’t had the issue reoccur with my truck again. I had a good experience at Krause Ford.

My first time coming in I was trying to decide between two totally different trucks. Just planned on test driving them and comparing and contrasting them. There was absolutely no pressure, and I was handed the keys to both trucks immediately. I left and made my decision a few days later, and Bill even came in on his day off to work with my schedule. We ended up making a deal that I think was more than fair, and they exceeded my expectations with an add-on that I requested. I have had some very negative experiences with dealerships in the past, and Bill and Krause Family Ford have shown me that it doesnt have to be that way. I will absolutely consider them for future car purchases.

I never have been a fan when it comes to dealing with Car Dealerships, however when I was on the fence about buying a new 2021 Ford Ranger Dale in Sales reached out to me, I test drove the truck and decided to think it over. Dale never pressured me into the sale and was very professional. When I decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase Dale handled everything pretty much over the phone for me and I came in and picked up my new Ranger. The Truck has been great, and the quick lane service has been great as well, Mark the supervisor is phenomenal. All in all, I’d highly recommend this dealership.

Tim at Krause Family Ford worked quickly and effectively in solving the issues with my 2015 Ford Explorer. He did an excellent job.Tim has no control over pricing. However, Krause Family Ford charges outrageous prices for components. I got a new back up camera for $815 and a new spark plug due to the other being damaged. The cost of 6 new spark plugs at Krause was over TWICE what auto repair shops in the area charge. The camera was over TWICE as much as well.There comes a time when repair costs at Krause cross into the zone of flat out ripping off customers.

I purchased a truck last week and it was a smooth experience however I couldn’t take it with me until the next day due some detailing and service. Next day I picked up, got my 2 keys and after leaving I found out only one of the keys worked. I went again next day to hand them the incorrect key and get the right one and just to be told they don’t have a 2nd key.I’d be ok if I knew only one key was available at time of purchase(it would have been my decision what to do) but if I was given 2 and told it was a mistake and I will be only one getting 1 after 2 days of purchase, I don’t think that’s acceptable.

I found the vehicle I was interested in online at Krause Family Ford. I called to set up an appointment to test drive the car and that process was quick and easy! The sales associate we worked with was great! He was not pushy and very helpful with the many questions we had. The car buying process is not something my husband and I enjoy, but the staff at Krause was friendly and made it easy and stress-free. We ended up buying the car I had only intended to test drive that day! :)
Both seriously disappointed and relieved. I started bringing my 2019 F-150 to Krause for service because I have had issues at other dealerships. But this last visit, the service managers wanted nothing to do with my issue and blew me off. They told me numerous times my issue didnt exist, when it ultimately resulted in major repairs. My issue; very hard gear shifts or not going into gear at all while driving.When I first pulled into the bay, they tried to usher me to the routine service area, to which I explained I had other problems. I explained I had transmission and engine issues, to which they immediately tried to explain away what I was experiencing. Thats normal was what I immediately got on both, but they agreed to look.Some days go by, they call me back, tell me they found nothing wrong. They pulled the codes, there were no errors. I told them there are not systems that monitor every aspect of the hardware, and that error codes arent going to tell the whole story. I said, Ill come down there and go for a ride with a tech to point it out if that is what its going to take. They said they would go back and look again. AGAIN, they came back, said nothing found. I was furious, because this issue I had was very prevelent, and they would have to be willfully not looking at the issue, or not looking hard enough. It would happen every time I would drive the truck, in the first 5 minutes. I was told what I was experience was again, NORMAL. I had even typed up what I was experiencing and how to reproduce, printed up two copies and gave it to the service manager.So I come down, pick up the truck, drive it out of the parking lot and immediately the issue happens. I turned it right back around and scheduled a ride with their transmission specialist. Days go by, I come back in, take the ride with the specialist, we both immediately experience the issue, they order parts, I bring it back in, the specialist drives it and experiences the issue and more, and it results in extensive transmission repairs being made.The truck now seems to drive very well. So I want to thank the transmission specialist very much. The service managers on the other hand, all I got from them was dismismal. They wanted nothing to do with me, they didnt care to understand the issues and didnt care to give me the time of day. They blew me off every step of the process. It wasnt until I finally got someone technical that I was able to get my issue resolved.
I would highly recommend this dealership. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle we purchased and I would recommend Pete who did a great job working with us.

I originally bought my Fusion in 2019 at the Alpharetta location and was happy with the service so when I needed a new car this year I went back to Krause but went to the Woodstock location since it’s closer to my home. Don was extremely helpful in looking for what I wanted and in my price range and was not pushy at all. With a little luck we found my 2019 Escape SE and Don personally went and drove it from Alpharetta to the Woodstock location for me. I will definitely be back for all my future car purchases!
This place was a little hard to find. Seemed a little older, but had a decent inventory. The sales guy was nice, but a little distracted. I assume that since we were just browsing and getting info, and not buying that he was not interested.

Brought my 2002 F150 in when the check engine light came on. I have owned this truck from the beginning. With 320,000 miles on I wont let anybody but the Ford experts work on it anymore. They fixed the issue with the check engine light but they also looked over the truck and saw a few issues which they brought to my attention. Of course it cost more. But, I have the satisfaction of not having to worry about a breakdown in traffic on the other issues they saw and I had corrected. Thanks, guys. Help me keep this ride going past 500,000.

We have 6 vehicles serviced at this location, communication has been horrible with the last issue on our granddaughters car.When tires are replaced on a dually, Ford at that, you would think they would know how to put them back on correctly. Especially after I stated it 2 times prior to pick up.Service is not what it used to be!

The Techs (two) treated my F-150 with respect. IE Doors were not slammed, drive vehicle easy and professional. I highly recommend Krause Quick Lane for Service.The following is not related to Krause Family Ford Quick Lane:UNFORTUNATELY, I can NOT say the same thing about Ford Motor Company nor the Quick Lane Division. For seven (7) years I have been attempting to have my name correctly stated and for seven (7) year, these two (2) entities ignore my attempts. Worst experience I have ever had with an auto body repair shop. They dropped the ball completely and the car was in the shop for over 2 months. When I picked it up, it died on the way home. I took it back and told them it was leaking oil and the battery was dead. Steve, the repair rep. said they checked it out and it was not leaking oil. Took it home and there was a puddle of oil in my garage where the car was. Took it back and they had it for another 3 weeks but did not fix because the insurance company would not pay for it. Poor communication, poor workmanship and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I picked the car up the first time, there were pieces trim inside the hood that were left off, but loose in the engine compartment. I will never use Krause Family Ford again.
Minimal repairs needed and they held my car for 3 months. I had to repeatedly request status and the normal turnaround time just to be updated was 2 weeks when repairs should have been completed within 2 weeks. My advisor kept giving me the same status over and over when he finally would respond. Geico and I had a lot of trouble getting responses. I was told a manager named David would call me several times but it never happened. My car is finally ready over 90 days later. I requested my $500 deductible be waved due to the 3 months full of delays and again was told David would call me but of course he never did. I never leave bad reviews ever but the lack of customer service even when I was literally crying to my advisor leaves me no choice.

I hadnt been through the car buying experience in 8 years so I was nervous but Bill was great from the moment I walked in the door! I knew what I wanted when I got there and he was not pushy nor did he try to put me in something newer and more expensive. I will definitely recommend Krause to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I worked with Will in service and he was really great. He made the entire warranty repair experience quick and painless. He always called me back when he said he would. I had another issue pop up shortly following and he squeezed me into their extremely tight schedule. I am grateful for the team over at Krause Family Ford!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I bought a Dodge Durango R/T from there online. When I purchased the vehicle I was told that if there is anything that I see on the vehicle that needs to get fixed that it will get fixed once I bring the vehicle to get serviced. So I left my car there at the dealership to get serviced and picked it up two days later only to find out that nothing got fixed on the vehicle. The service department employees are very rude, the general manager Mike and the sales agent Dustin Wilkes at Krause Family Ford dealership are liars. Good thing that there is paperwork that I signed that States that I wasn’t lied to because I will sew them.
I had no problem with my visit. The people were most helpful with my first visit. Once I found out were I was the proper place to be things worked out well.The counter people were able to answer a few questions I had on my new truck, and informed me when the work was completed.
Dylan was great working with, would definitely recommend. He answered my thousand questions quickly and honestly. I had a few issues with my used vehicle after purchasing but everyone made sure to help resolve them promptly.
The quicklane is the best I never feel like I am not getting correct information about my vehicle.I highly suggest using Krause

Pete Gay was friendly, professional, and worked hard to get me a good deal on a great truck. I was not expecting to be able to afford the vehicle I purchased, but Pete and the team worked with me. They even followed up with me several days later to make sure I was still happy with my decision.

Picked out a Toyota Rav4 and it was a splended vehicle. Well maintained, good record. Stacy was able to drive it up to my area. Afterwards, there was some issues with the tag but she got on it right away and fixed that as well! Everythings perfect!

Angelo back in the Quicklane Service Center gave excellent customer service! We were passing through on our way to the coast when we had car trouble- ugh! Angelo got us in, fixed our car, and sent us on our way all same day after two other places said they couldnt fix it. We were stressed to say the least. He was a God-send and definitely recommend him and his Quicklane team!! He doesnt mess around and gets the job done!! What a breath of fresh air!!

Last month ( November ) I suddenly needed a car very badly, it was a family emergency, I needed to make a trip to northern Kentucky the next morning. I tried to rent a car but because of the pandemic situation that we are in there was nothing available. I was in a panic because it was about 7 pm on a Saturday evening. I went to Krause Family Ford of Woodstock worried about how much they were going to charge me because I was in a tight situation, I needed a car immediately. I thought now Im in trouble these people are going to stick it to me because they know I need to purchase a car immediately!The salesman showed me a 2015 Subaru, he said it was around 20,000.We drove it and I liked it so I said I will take it. We went inside and I was figuring it would cost me $20,000, but my salesman said he would go ask his boss exactly how much was the cost of this Subaru that I was about to purchase. The salesman returned and informed me that the car was only $18,500. I had already agreed to $20,000.That is very rare for someone to do me that way. I am very impressed with this company. I am a good customer and they treated me as such. I couldnt be more pleased with this outfit! I will always go to companies who are fair and show professionalism, integrity, and respect. I was treated that way by Krause Family Ford and I thank them for it.
Diesels are not the easiest to work on. Krause Ford did a fine job of diagnosis and repair.Sue
