Back to school didnt have to mean back to broke. Or bank on boring. The selection was top notch and the prices were down low enough for us to reach them. Making it possible to get several pairs

First time at this store. I was told by my doctor to purchase New Balance shoes to help with my foot problem. I was helped by a young man, Jake. He was very patient as I tried on many shoes. He listened to my needs and finally found me the perfect pair. I will definitely be back to purchase all my shoes there in the future.

Today I went to buy shoes in this store and I liked some that were in sale, because they had a red label. They had 2 signs that said that all the shoes with red and yellow labels had 40% off, when I was going to pay they told me that I did not have them. discount, when I told her that I saw the sign that said yes, the girl went to the back and said this does not have to be here, so I remove the signs and keep them, and she said Im sorry but no they are on discount. She gave me a hard time and I felt ripped off, Im not interested in going back to a place with false advertising and making customers feel bad. of course, I will never recommend this store to anyone!

I need a comfort shoe and support insoles for my upcoming trip to Paris and bought some socks the memory foam insoles and a pair of padded Diabetic shows. Love them, very little pain - so thats good -no- :)

The young adults who work here will power trip if you decline to wear a mask. Very sad that they are so discriminatory towards paying customers

Good selection of New Balance shoes. There are gaps in sizes for some of the more popular styles. Recommend going when they have one of their buy one and get one for half price.

Worse shopping experience I have ever had. The manager (Kevin or Keith) was extremely rude and condescending. I will not return to this store.

Went in there to get some running shoes, there were 4 employees there having a chat. I was in the store for about 10 minutes not one person came up and asked me if I needed help. I mentioned to the manager, he said sorry. I guess I can get my shoes online from now on.

This store is literally the worst store Ive ever shopped in my life. If I could give it ten NEGATIVE stars, I would. Do not expect ANY assistance from the staff at this store. The prices arent worth it, either--what a joke! We drove an hour to get to the store, received no help whatsoever, spent another wasted hour being ignored by the staff, and left completely frustrated, with another hour of driving time to go back home. We thought this was supposed to be a great factory outlet for New Balance. If the rest of the stores in this mall are this bad, dont bother to go there.

Good sales, always good selection

Just a poor selection. Most of the shoes are standard shoes for walking or shoes people buy for look .. pop culture versions. Go to competitors stores in same outlet mall and they carry entire lines of specialty shoes(running, basketball, tennis, etc.), with multiple colors if available and all sizes. Go to this store and they seem to only have about 10% of what shows on the New Balance web site, with few high-end shoes (especially running). Worse yet, the sales people seem to know absolutely nothing about the individual styles of shoes (structured, cushioning, etc.).If you really need specialty New Balance brand shoes (and not pop-culture shoes), you are better off going a few exits in either direction and shopping at Dicks Sporting Goods. At least they seem to carry the better shoes.

It was my first time in this store. I found the store well stocked and clean but not that busy. I was looking for some sneakers and ended up buying 2 pairs. The only reason I did not give 4 or 5 stars is because no one greeted us when we walked in and no one asked us if we needed any help. We were there for over 15 minutes. I found this strange because there were 5 or 6 employees working and only 1 or 2 other people in the whole store. No very helpful at all.

I had the wrong size for a great pair of trail runners I got from this establishment. After my first time out with them I had realized my mistake. The staff was extremely understanding. I drove right to the store after finishing on the trail and they swapped my shoes out for the proper size, no questions asked. Great customer service!!!

I went on a Sunday night and thy didn’t have any cheap running shoes under $40 on the clearance wall, only casual athletic like 574s at that price point. The rest of their running shoes are nice but pricey for a factory store.

Excellent customer service. I was there on a busy Saturday, and had 2 nice men taking their time trying to help me find the right shoe for my weird feet with orthotic inserts. I cant account for the 1-star reviews, because I have been here twice and had great service both times!

Called and asked about Run Disney shoes. They said they had them in stock. Drive over an hour to find they have only two pair. They could have mentioned that when I called.

Excellent customer service, well stocked, very clean, real sale prices. Ill be back. I was assisted by Chloe who was both very charming and professional.

Ive been to other New Balances. Always courteous and trying to help, I just asked where other stores were, that would have the style of New Balance that I have bought for the last 11 and a half years. No real help except three people twiddling around. Finally got one person to help me, they all look a little scared to even say anything. Did not have the product I needed, didnt try to help me find the shoes, I wanted from another store. Im about to give up on New Balance. Customer support is horrible, not the store I went to 5 years ago.

Such a bad store. Terrible customer service. New Balance shoes have always been good for me, so I stopped here when I needed new shoes for work (Im a nurse, on my feet for 12 hours at a time). After one shift I knew they werent going to work, so I went to return them. I had the receipt, and the shoes that I bought in the box and bag two weeks earlier, and they refused to return the money to me. Only store credit! Fat lot of good Ill ever be using that! I never want to deal with New Balance again! Can I give zero stars?

Cannot say enough about New Balance shoes. But they are my favorite I have 27 pears.

Manager was not helpful at all. Bought my husband a pair of shoes yesterday the cashier was to busy looking out the window and hardly even could check me out, I get all the way home which was two hours away and my husband went to try them on to see that he had two tight feet shoes. I called this morning and all they can do are me drive back up there or he really wanted me to buy a second pair im sorry but dont need two pair of the same shoes. So frustrating!! Bad customer service

They almost always have the weird sizes my family needs in shoes in stock here and theres always some kind of sale going on.
