Heh, 3 people in my party all in costume on Halloween only given 1 free donut. And we even ordered 6 donuts. Wont be going back, used to love this place.

This review is based on quality of service, and 0 stars was not an option. I walked into this store today about 3:00, and stood at the counter for over five minutes without being acknowledged. The three young men working saw me, they simply ignored me while they very slowly boxed orders for the drive through and played around. I finally left. I would love to be able to review the donuts; they looked delicious. But I was not able to purchase any.

They had exceptionally poor customer service. There’s another option for donuts I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Pumpkin spice doughnuts are the best. Plenty of other choices for your sweet tooth.

Krispy Kreme seems to be serving their customers very well and Lobby and drive through I am impressed

They have a long standing issue (months) with cake donuts. This past Friday afternoon, and trying to be seasonal, asked for the pumpkin. They didnt have any. Asked for mini-Halloween (non-cake) donuts. They didnt have any. They never have a chocolate or blueberry cake donut -- lucky to have a sour cream on hand. Several times when I have gone to the yeasty type filled - the edges are dented in when the filling hole is. Makes the donut look like a heart over a donut. Service is ok and it is the only reason why they even rank the two stars. But of their products, if you like cake donuts - stay away them this one.

I cannot believe what happened tonight. I actually am in shock and not sure WHY it actually happened in the first place.I pulled up and asked how many chocolate iced with sprinkles there were. They told me and I asked for 3. I then ordered 3 strawberry iced with sprinkles. I pulled up to the window and the person read the order back to me as a way to confirm the order before taking my card (they sounded different than the person who actually took the order at the speaker).After she confirmed the order and then took the payment, she ALSO opened the box to check and make sure the order was in there. Before handing me the box, she turned her head and looked off to the side as if she was looking at someone else. She gave a nod and then turned back to me and was like, “here ya go, sorry about that.”I thought it was weird that she looked off to the side after opening the box, nodded her head at someone, and then said sorry about that after passing the box to me, but I did not want to be that person that thinks they did something to the order, so I just pulled off. In the end, it all seemed weird.I got home and was ready to share the donuts with some of my friends and was surprised when there was only 1 of each of the ones I asked for while the rest were original.Now, I am okay with original glazed, no problem at all. But she confirmed the order at the window and then even opened the box to check them, and still handed them to me like everything was fine. It’s like it was done on purpose, which is not cool. I guess it is my fault for not check the box, but I am not okay with someone going out of their way to give me the wrong order. It just did not make any sense at all.I had someone in the car with me who saw it all happened and on the drive home, we both thought that they were acting weird the entire time, but we just tried not to think about it.Anyway, just wanted to leave my experience here. So strange and not sure why that happened….

Stopped and got four donuts for Donut Day. Unfortunately, the cinnamon donut was very dry and hard. The other three werent as bad, but fell very short of expectations. $6.00 for four basic donuts? Ill go elsewhere for my donuts.

I’ve come here a dozen or so times (weekends, weekdays, all times of day) since moving to GA 2 yrs ago. Not once have they had donuts available that we are looking for. I ordered a specialty dozen donuts for St Patricks. Looked like they were from an episode of “Nailed it”. Almost posted a review about it then, but service was good so didn’t. Plus we had a big laugh at it (so did Instagram). Tonight, they were out of everything except glazed. Ugh. I feel like this is how all the Krispy Kremes are in this area and this is one of the better ones comparatively.

Who could go past this place without stopping. So good. Love their donuts

As always the doughnuts are good but I was very disappointed by the service received today, the young gentleman that served us today was quite rude and may need to work on his customer service skills, im not one to complain usually but being greeted with what do you want? And nothing else said after that besides the cost isnt very good manors, the drive through was a little busy but inside was empty.

Very nice staff and a clean restaurant. The drinks are made consistently and taste great. I have been here about 5 times at different times, though, and cant seem to figure out when they actually cook them fresh so I can grab a hot donut.

Very disappointed, me and my friend brought our 2 dogs to get Mini donuts and they are a size of a half dollar bill, refuse to give it to our dogs. I even explained on how tiny the donut was, on what I gave my dog last time. Continuing saying we dont give donuts out. She gives us our order, slams the door... My friend realizes they messed up her order and the worker didnt even give me my order... She could have at less give us whipped cream for the pups, like Dunkin Donuts does.🙄

Ive tried to resist Krispy Kremes for 3 months since Ive been living here in Kennesaw. But today I had to stop there just to give me some Krispy Kreme Donuts I got the Dozen original glazed donuts and they were as expected amazing. I highly recommend this place is anybody out there that is a donut lover

I visited this place from New England. You may not know theres not very many Krispy Kremes in the Boston area at all. It was so cool to see them make the donuts right there, glazed them and everything in front of you. It makes your eating experience so much better. The donut was light and fluffy and perfect in every way. I could eat a dozen of these without even try!

With all the negative comments about the Halloween Donuts lately I had to give it a try. They look exactly like they should and they are good and fresh. The employees were friendly and prompt.

My friend had a weird experience with Krispy Kreme tonight, so I had to leave a review (they did also). Basically they took the order at the speaker, confirmed the order at the window, and then even looked inside the box to make sure it was right, and they STILL shorted us on what it was supposed to be. It’s like it was on purpose. Now my friend is upset because they don’t want to make a big deal about it, but this situation is so weird that we needed to say something. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone else. So crazy.

Tanya provided excellent customer service and made my experience a very enjoyable one. I normally wouldnt go out of my way to write a review but she deserves a raise, it seemed like she kept team morale up as well which keeps things running smoothly, great staff at this location!

Here on grand opening and it was jam packed and lively.The donuts taste as you would expect from the Krispy Kreme chain and the service was super friendly.The line inside and out was super long but that could have been the grand opening.

Been to location three times and each time I have received old “tasting” doughnuts. I been to plenty of locations and never had a problem but this one. It is something they are not doing right and if anyone isn’t used to visiting more locations, then you probably would think this one is ok but it’s not.

You cant beat their hot donuts! I only wish there were a specific time to go. Its always hit and miss. But its worth the drive if youre lucky.

Very disappointed. They no longer fill the donuts but advertise it that way. Multiple flavors in our box and all barely had any cream or icing inside. This one had the spot for cream marked, but was completely empty!Also, if you order on the app, they dont fill the order till you walk in. I was hoping it would be ready to grab and go by showing up 15 minutes after it said ready, but no one greeted when I entered and the guy that finally spoke to me said they were too busy and didnt have time to fill the order, It was only 1 dozen....

Dozen glazed warm donuts freshly made when the light is on - pure joy ! The service is fast, although a bit brusque. Other places carry maple donuts - if this store starts carrying them, then my review will definitely be a 5 ! They often have coupons and specials, check around.

I stopped by because I saw that the hot light was on! I started in the drive thru, but that wasnt the right choice for a quick pick up. After sitting in place for about 12 minutes, I got to a place where I could exit the drive thru and just go inside. I stopped by because the hot light was on, the donut that I was given though was cold. I grabbed the bag and left excited just to get to the car and find out it was a cold donut. This has never happened to me when the hot light was on. Ive never asked specifically for a hot donut. Slightly disappointing, but the donut was still good. Oh well.

DON’T GO HERE!!!!!! This is the rudest customer service I have ever had at a Krispy Kreme. The repeated the order back at the window to me, checked the box in front of me, and still gave me the wrong donuts. I believe they did the purposely for some reason. I pulled up to order and asked how many they had of a certain donut since it was a bout 45 minutes until they closed. They said they had a dozen, so I ordered 6 of them, but she had an attitude about my question. I don’t know if she was mad she had to look or what. If you can I would drive extra to go to a different location or to racetrac where they often sell them before I would go here ever again.

Ordered a dozen box of your Island variety and when home and opened the box, there were three glazed, mixed with the Specialty order. Cashier never stated WE ARE SHORT or is this normal when buying a dozen Specialty donuts? Give you one more chance and then you location is black listed

The place is a bit worn down, with a couple broken signs and a few old donuts that fell astray in the cases or viewing areas that werent yet picked up, but the staff was very friendly and nice.Helpful when it came to a birthday donut coupon that wasnt processing properly, and the hot glazed were absolutely wonderful as usual!

This location does not honor promotions. The cashier says that corporate told them not to honor the coupon as stated. If this is true Krispy Kreme is false advertising.Then sell you what is available. Encouraging people to visit their location based on a current promotion and you’ve wait d in line for 20 minutes before you find out the coupon is bait.

My daughter and I go here when we get the coupons for a dozen doughnuts and always have a good time picking out which wed like. The staff is always friendly and helpful! They make the BEST doughnuts! We usually stay to eat 1 and have a small coffee and its always a great memorable time. Thank you Krispy Kreme!

I need to be more aware of the sign! My doughnuts werent the freshest! Service was just bizarre. My caramel latte and my husbands oreo drink tasted exactly the same. We were handed our drinks then rudely asked what we were waiting for, my response was clearly my card and the rest of my order!!! Well try again, but yall need to get it together!!!!

Just went here. 9Pm. They had their HOT sign on. Drive thru attendant told me the chocolate iced ones were hot. Cold to the touch. Took a bite. Cold. I just stared at her and said these are cold. I want a refund. They gave me a refund but didn’t have any explanation of why their donuts weren’t hot... but had all the signs on. Then openly lied to me about it.

The people here are just like the doughnuts: too good for this world! Please don’t judge on older reviews because the place is pretty new it seemed to take a bit to get into the swing of things. If you miss the turn in you can take a right at the light and follow the road behind the restaurant and it will take you to KK also. The girl who took the order was great in the drive through. She checked my order for me. I drove around and they repeated my order again at the window. Very thorough and I will be back as finally I found a KK an hour and a half from my house 😂🙋‍♀️ still going 🍩

I am a caregiver. One of my people wanted raspberry filled Krispy Kreme doughnuts. An employee said it would be 45 minutes to get some ready. When I returned, she had them boxed and put aside. The employees were just great with customer service and the doughnuts were greatly appreciated! I will definitely be back!

The donuts were all cold like they had been just taken out of the cooler and the one creme filled one tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The grease flavor in it made it inedible. Disappointed. We drove out of our way to go get a treat. People just don’t care about their jobs anymore... just a paycheck. No pride.

I love Krispy Kreme and most of my experiences are great here. One thing I will say, is there seems to be no transparency in how they select their specialty donuts and they never seem to have any of the ones I like or take suggestions. I really just want them to at least have some Chocolate Cake Glazed but even that (one of the most famous and well-purchased donuts) is not ever available. The place has been open for a while. Change it up or give us something.
