We just want to thank Bobby and Danny for such a great job they did at our house today. Not only did they do a thorough job, they were very polite and kind! I could tell they put care into their work, and even got on their hands and knees to clean our floors! The job did take long because of such tight spaces, but they did it with such a positive attitude. We knew they had another job after ours but they didnt rush to get the job done quickly, but did it to get the job done right. We truly appreciate the care and will definitely request them again in the future! (Hopefully not in the near future) But nonetheless, we are customers for life!

Wow’ed from the initial call! This was the 2nd company that I had out. Rachael was knowledgeable from the start, which instilled confidence, and they genuinely wanted to earn my business.I can’t say enough about Matt Smith and Danny. They arrived right on time and listened to the issues we were facing. They retested some things at their desire (no charge) to properly diagnose that my issue was a toilet valve and not my main pressure reducing valve. Significantly less of an issue than previously told, and less money too! (BTW, $395 vs. $505 for the PRV from one company to another). They could have just went with it, but instead focused on the the issue at hand. Having been screwed by others in the past, Matt and Danny created a fan in the process. Kudos for repping the company well!!The pricing was very straightforward from the initial conversation, to the published pricing on the website, as well as what was invoiced. I was never “upsold” through the process. Not only was the water heater a couple hundred dollars less, it included the thermal expansion tank, AND comes with a 10 year warranty (vs. only 6 with the other company).I honestly couldn’t wait to post a review, not because i thought that they would ask, but because I thought they went above and beyond. They put the health of our family at risk, I wouldnt trust them with yours. While replacing a gas water heater with an electric, they released natural gas throughout the house, forcing my pregnant wife to vacate for hours, and when they left they did not cap off the exhaust pipe opening they created when removing the old water heater, potentially exposing us to deadly carbon monoxide. In addition, they were wholly unresponsive throughout our entire process from scheduling to getting through the work completion. They were supposed to have an electrician come out to finish installing the water heater but that person never came, and it took a lot of effort to get a response from them to sort that out. So that left us without hot water for the day. The next day, without any communication, an electrician finally did show up, but wanted to install the wrong circuit breaker forcing me to do a quick search showing that the right circuit breaker was 8 minutes down the road at Home Depot. I had to run down and pay for it so that the job was done correctly. I get that things happen, and I gave them a lot of grace for mishaps up to install but not communicating with the customer is as unprofessional as you can get. I would not recommend using them at this time.Edit: As you can see, they replied to this review within an hour of me posting it. I wish they had been so responsive when I tried texting and calling them throughout the install and after it was finished about these issues. I guess Im welcome to email or call them anytime but not expect a response.

A great price and a couple splendid personalities, BUT --They came unprepared and had to leave to purchase some transition items.Ragged work habits, showed no concern for carpet...evidence of their presence is now likely indelibly patterned. Carpet cleaning/replacement will negate their lower price.Materials residue scattered at base of new heater.

Recommend by a friend and they were 110% on target!Reasonable amount of time for appointment, reasonable rates, expertly communicated details arrived on time, did great job installing a new vanity sink and faucets. Cleaned up and removed old sink too. Would highly recommend and use again!

They technicians were professional, timely and explained the worked to be performed in detail. Work appears to be of quality. Only suggestion, consider wearing shoe booties or different shoes than worn when doing outside work. Please with overall service provided.

North Atlanta Plumbing came out in one day to re-attach my sink to my countertop in my kitchen. They arrived on time during the window and completed the work quickly and professionally. Basically, I had a leak in the main water pipe located in my basement. The two employees that came were Bobby and Danny. I believe Bobby was the lead person but they both were very professional. Bobby assessed the leak and explained what they needed to do to fix it. In fact I received a call from Bobby when they were on their way to pickup the product; and he also contacted me when they left the store to let me know the approximate time they would get to my house.Both Bobby and Danny were very patient trying to fix the leak due to the constant rain. They also made sure to clean up after. I had used the company multiple times. At first it went well -- the owner answered my call on a Friday evening and answer my questions in details. I ended up buying a water heater from them because they offer 10 year warranty. Then things started going wrong with the owner and it became difficult to work with him. I had to call him a few times to get an invoice and another couple of times trying to get a refund.Luckily his son has taken over the company and resolved the problem with me. I will begin to use his company again.

I used North Atlanta Plumbing for several services in my home. While initially everything wasnt up to my specific requests, the owner did come back out to review and try to fix them. Unfortunately it took 3 visits to get everything corrected. Im still waiting, after another 4 weeks, for a call or visit, just to get a faucet box returned to me so I can take the old one back to the store. Ill update my rating when that is done.

I purchased a new water heater July 2020. Everything was fine until it stopped working. Yesterday 6 months later. .called 10:00 am and owner said he would call me back in an hour. I called 4 more times left messages on answering machine. Next day still no call back. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Unprofessional and shameful way to do business!!! I scheduled an appointment several days in advance and listened a long speech from the owner on how they honor their word and estimated price, how they are available 24*7.Their visit was planned for today between 12 PM and 2 PM. I was staying home waiting, no one showed up. Called them and talked to the owner after the scheduled appointment time, and was told that he was about to call to let me know that they can only make it on Monday, and if Im unhappy with this I can find somebody else.What is worse, they can not guarantee that the same situation wont repeat next time as this is plumbing, and what was supposed to take 1 hour can take 3. This is all any needs to know about their honored word, estimates and, I bet, pricing.Of course nobody will compensate my wasted hours.

Hired this company back in May to replace the water heater in one of my residential rental properties and called the owner to have someone come out and check it bc my tenants didn’t have hot water. He was the rudest and unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to in my entire life. He yelled at me and made fun of what I said. My husband was jaw dropped listing to the conversation.He was very nice back in May when I called to hire him and spend all the money to get a new water heater. Now that I needed it to be serviced he treated me this way. Will never ever use them again.

My old water heater was leaking. I call North Atlanta plumbing and talked with Mr. Donahue the owner. He was very nice and courteous. He Agreed to send his technicians by 10 am. Matt and Rusty arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. They were very meticulous and completed the job within 2.5 hours. I would recommend North Atlanta plumbing for their honesty and good work. They charged me no more than their advertised price.

Water heater broke on a Monday night. Called Tuesday morning and had a brand new water heater by that afternoon. My call was answered immediately (I didnt have to submit online or leave a message), quoted over the phone (very reasonable). Installation was perfect. Friendly and fast service. VERY HAPPY! Strongly recommend.

You do get the owner on the phone but he’s unprofessional. Has difficulty scheduling appointments. Can’t schedule without requiring you to call back. Incomplete service. Had outdoor faucet fixed but didn’t fasten down. Came loose few months later and leaked again. Fixed the second time but charged again for what they didn’t do the first visit. Altogether very poor approach to service. I hate to give a local business a bad review but problems are just too pervasive.

Contacted North Atlanta Plumbing to have them install a dishwasher. They were able to come the next day and pricing was good. Matt & Rusty did a fabulous job installing it in a timely manner. They turned everything back on and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Was so satisfied they are coming back to fix other plumbing issues.

My first impression was great! I asked toilet installation and they came to next day. Price was very reasonable. One week later, I found out that there was leaking at the basement and I made an appointment for next day. I texted him and got replied. It was 8pm, so he said he will call me back between 8:30-9a. I didn’t get a call so I called him around 11:30a and he said he never got the text last night!? But he said they can come between 4p-6p. No one showed up after 6p, so I called the company 6p, 8p, next day I’d 8a, 11a. I gave up.

I called North Atlanta Plumbing after receiving an outrageous quote from Home Depots sub-contracted plumber (over 1300 for just the installation) I have seen North Atlantas ad flyers many times in the mail. So gave Arthur a call to setup an estimate. He informed that wouldnt be necessary as his price is 985, no more no less. Arthur was sincere and honest and that is something you dont get often from some companies. His men showed up on time and were polite, and to my amazement completed the job in a a little over 2 hours, my install was pretty typical in the basement and easy access. All I can say is you cant go wrong with North Atlanta Plumbing!

I’m pretty picky but was very impressed with Blake and his colleague. They found my leak in an hour and fixed it in another hour. They had a great attitude and Arthur the owner kept costs reasonable. I added them to my phone book and won’t hesitate to call again. Call today!

Matt and Rusty went above and beyond to isolate and fix a slab leak in my home. We initially thought the leak was coming from the back area of the house, they were able to pinpoint the leak in another location, which happened to be my master bathroom that backed up to the master bedroom closet. By chance, Matt was able to find the leak by feeling around on the carpet in my closet. I am so thankful for all their help! They arrived quickly, and were very polite and professional. Love working with these guys! 2 evenings ago I discovered water stains on my living room ceiling. Called North Atlanta Plumbing and More because I had the pleasure of meeting John and Brandon last year when they replaced my neighbors hot water heater. I was so impressed with them that I have been advertising for them in my community newsletter that I send to our residents twice a year. You see, I am president of the HOA in our townhome community. They were very responsive and said they could work me in the following afternoon. Well when I awoke the morning after I discovered the leak and saw that it had quadrupled in size from the previous evening I called them in full panic mode. Rather than waiting until the afternoon Matt and Rusty were here to help me within the hour! Great customer service! They worked diligently to find my leaking pipe which had burst in a plumbing system that makes no sense at all! They located it and got everything taken care of. Honest, professional family-run business with very reasonable pricing. In this day and age it is rather rare to find such dedicated people in service sector--especially plumbing. I was in the market for water heater replacement as North Atlanta Plumbings Ad caught my attention in a local flyer. Their advertised pricing was much lower than several estimate I had. So, I decided to give them a call expecting the typical plumber script or even an answering machine.To my surprise, I was greeted by an old fashion friendly voice of the owner Mr. Donahue. Not only the advertised price was honored, he also agreed to replace the corroded copper piping at no extra charge plus a senior citizen discount to boot! I could not have asked for a better deal. In a couple of days his sons Brendon and John were promptly at my house installing a new water heater and replacing the needed copper pipes. They did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Kudos to Mr Donahue, Brendon and John for exemplary service and running a tight ship. What a breath of fresh dealing with such courteous honest folks. You have definitely gained my confidence as I am already ranting about the experience to my colleagues.

Great quality work, on time, and at a fair price. They deliver what they promise with no surprises. I had Rusty and Matt over to replace an old HWH today and they clearly know what they are doing. They know the code requirements, fixed some errors from the prior install and had it installed within 2 hours. I will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

After 24 years we had a solidly blocked kitchen drain. The blockage went for about 15ft. I called a well know plumbing company that advertises on Radio, TV and bill boards etc. and are affiliated with a Heating and Air company. They charged a reasonable $50 estimate fee but the quote from them was $2400.00 to $2800.00 and couldnt guarantee that my carpet wouldnt be ruined. I wanted a 2nd opinion so at random and as luck would have it, I call North Atlanta Plumbing in Woodstock. Arthur (the owner) answered the phone and came out the next day to give me a FREE estimate. One of the first things Arthur said was that that they would protect our carpet with plastic. $800.00 + $85.00 to remove the garbage disposal to which the mega company quoted $250.00 just for the disposal removal. The job was done in the time promised and they did a great job. Thank-you Arthur and sons great job.

An excellent service. Our old water heater broke on a Friday night and they were at our home within 45 mins to help turn off the water. We had a new water heater installed the very next day (Saturday). We are very grateful for the fast and diligent service!

Matt & Rusty replaced our sewage evacuator pump for us. They called ahead of time to discuss the job, they showed up on time and explained everything they were doing before they did the job. We were very pleased with their work.

I called today to report a suspected leak in a water heater installed by North Atlanta Plumbing in Feb 2017. Matt and Rusty came out less than 6 hours from the time I called and made the repair in 30 min. The most awesome part was that even though the leak was not in a pipe section installed by North Atlanta Plumbing, they fixed it at no charge anyway. Unbelievable customer service!!!

Had a small leak in my PVCP so called and Matt and rusty came out and not only fixed the problem but noticed my pipes were old and brittle so they replace them all with copper to sturdy it up and also changed my expansion tank that was full all in all great work very reliable, honest, professional, and great to deal with highly recommended to all thanks u guys for all the help

The first techs they sent out were great, but didnt solve the problem. After having to call the owner several times over two weeks, he finally sent two very rude techs, who still didnt solve the problem. We reached out to the owner to address the rudeness and discovered that he was the rudest employee of all. Will never use this company again for our home.

The owner is very friendly as well as the plumbers on staff. Ive used them several times and wont go to any other plumbing company. Prices are VERY competitive. They go the extra mile for service!
