Premium price, not premium service. Really rough experience all around...several weeks later we end up with a 2-3 star (out of 5) result. I gave 1 star here because we gave them opportunities to make it right, but they never have. Jim and Wendy are nice folks, but this was a really botched job. Handrails are not set properly and shift. Staining and clear coats are uneven and missing in some areas. The guy they used to do the work took several weeks for what was supposed to be a few days...it was awful. Same guy dropped tools on the wood floor below and that repair job is also still visible...if there was a half star selection, I probably would have selected that.
