Left the store without my cart that was full in Shattuck OK. The manager would not help figure out why my digital coupons were not working. NO attempt to help resolve the issue. 0 stars for April 20, 2021.

This store is always clean, well stocked and easy to navigate . the employees are always kind and helpful .

There are two Dollar General stores in Woodward, Oklahoma. Thus one is not too highly rated by me. Items are not at a general location in the store. This store is ALWAYS cluttered and trashy looking. I go out of my way to visit the second store that has much better service and kind and curtious manager. Upper management needs to take a serious look at the one on the hill and find staff and management that cares for their store and customers. I would rate it at a negative 10.

Picked up ice cream and a DVD. Store stocked and clerk helpful. Im out of there.

Loved it everything was a dollar hat I got

321 super disorganized boxes of merchandise tool boxed up scattered everywhere hard to access some aisles, some things in stock other things like winter items like gloves not in stock, minimal help from cashiers to locate anything. Some shelves look like are in state of disrepair. Was expired lunch meat ham in freezer.

Terrible out of just regular stuff. Very unprofessional. The old lady with shorter grey hair & the heavy guy who stays hidden back in the aislesstocking because he is not a good with people at all. Will not try and accommodate you if you are trying to go around his boxes and ladder. Hates to be called to the front to do his job of checking price or returning with a receipt bought the day before at that store. Same with grey haired lady. Watch the prices because item maybe hung where its supposed to be and say a certain price u look at your recieot and its a completely different price.

Good operation. Great people if understaffed as per total hours management but generally clean and organized despite that.

For being a Dollar General is pretty clean in the manager is extremely helpful and nice Linda always has a smile on her face working hard. Whenever I have any questions shes there I came in one day and told her I just came in to Winder because I was having a bad day she took me over and gave me a sign that said no whining she treat your customers like family I would definitely go here and recommend this place if you are going to a Dollar General

This store has my very favorite black chisel tipped markers, the store brand. They have deep black color with plenty of juice for lots of projects. Why pay more when these work better than the national brand?
