I personally recommend that you do not go for anything that has to do with apple. I try to put a new screen on my ipad and it was never the same and he sold me used parts and lied to me I lost my tablet. I gave it to me and it never worked well. they cheat the Clients. I tell them if they do not want to lose their electronic equipment. I recommend you not to take them here .. be careful... Beware of these people who say they will repair. They have no experience whatsoever. And it will ruin their computers. Be careful if you dont want to lose your money ...

Saad and his team at SI is awesome they are smart and knowledgeable and awesome persons .They will not cheat or lie . I was in situation my software died the company ask me thousands to send new stuff they pulled everything and gave me same system at price of a desktop. No lies no gimics no drama. Absolutely clear what can happen what could be worse what could be least .I dont agree with the post with single star that could be worse outcome unfortunately.I am return client past 6 years bought so many Mac books still working and SI and Saad still stands behind them.

Awful communication. I went in with my MacBook in May and paid full price for a screen to be ordered that day. He told me because of COVID, there is shipping delays and that it may take up to 12-13 days. He told me he’d call me when the screen was in. 13 days go by and I never receive a phone call. I call The store and he tells me “I told you it would be longer shipping because of corona. I will let you know when the screen comes in”. A few weeks go by and still no call. My mom went into the store and the owner told my mom that he had let me know before paying that it would take a bit to come in with the delays. He told me 12-13 days. Not a full month at this point. Another few weeks go by, and still, no call. I call the store, it it July now, I dropped the computer off on May 7th. I call the store and the owner tells me the place where he ordered the screen, lost the screen over shipping and that he filed a claim with the company. He never once called me to tell me this. He never once called me to tell me anything. On this last call he says to come in and get my computer, 74 DAYS LATER!!!! If I didnt call, I could only imagine how long my computer would be sitting there untouched without giving a call to a paying customer.Awful communication, zero courtesy and very unprofessional. I’m getting my money back for sure but I feel like something is owed to me at this point, but I know I wont be getting anything. This place sucks!!

If I could give more stars I would. Saad is the real deal. Im always weary of small computer repair shops but despite my preconceived notions, I was overwhelmingly surprised. Saad is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He takes so much care and time to explain every last detail. My existing computer was a mess so I ended up purchasing a refurbished computer from him for my video editing and he couldnt have been more helpful, patient and DETAILED like crazy. You wont be disappointed. His pricing is fair and his service is above and beyond. Only go to SI Computers if youre into that kind of thing. :)

Absolute gem of a place. They offer so many services at such great prices. You need your computer, phone or tablet fixed this place is great for that.
