I actually went in to this store and was so happy with the help I received. I was helped by two different associates. Frank and Valentine. They helped me buy my new phone. While I was in this store these two gentlemen handled ignorant customer after ignorant customer with a smile on their face. Would absolutely shop here again.

Joey was very helpful very knowledgeable as to where Ive been here before and some of the staff were not as knowledgeable as him he was great thanks

Very nice store with somewhat nice service. An employee was ignoring me and was very snarky. Other than that, this is a nice place to buy your phone.

I had bad reviews about this store. Employees are very slow, I was waiting long time just to buy SIM card. There was just only one customer In front of me. One of the employee was busy with her cell phone texting, so I have to repeat what I said to her 3 times.

Since this summer we had an awesome experience when the new management team was put in there they have wonderful people working there except one lady that helped us not to long ago getting our other daughter her phone she acted like a child but thats ok we looked over that because of the rest of the team members there I would highly recommend going there thank you for everything who knows we might get more device in the future

Kimiya was very professional and helpful for me and my grandmother. She took the time to break things down for her and never became frustrated. Overall very pleasant and professional; definitely recommend this t-mobile.

Better from the first time I went in when they first opened, but still not as top notch and knowledgeable as the corporate stores that arent too far away.Its a nice store for its looks, but the staff needs more energy and knowledge of current promos.

The staff at T-Mobile Kamiya, Alexis, Jon were a great help. I had a problem with my phone and they corrected it very quickly I was very happy with the service.
