This dealership is the ONLY dealership that my wife and I will ever go to. The owner treats us like gold and always takes care of us! Paul Shirley, our salesman, always gets the job done and quickly and efficiently always communicates with us and gets all the information we need. The finance department is personable and goes out of their way to make sure everything is explained and taken care of. We drive an hour one way but it is well worth the drive! We recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a great car buying experience!

If you are in need of an automobile this is the place. It was absolutely worth the one hour drive. Our salesman, Tim Taylor, was extremely professional and courteous, not pushy at all. This was my best experience of car buying in my life. Very pleasant. No joke this is a must stop for anyone buying a new car or used car.

Couldn’t get a salesman to send me pictures of a car, called in to speak with a manager about their awful sales and couldn’t get one on the phone either. Don’t waste your time here, go to a dealership that would enjoy making the sale like Ganley or Metro who constantly text and call me to keep me updated.

They withheld maintenance problems when selling a car to my elderly mother. They were condescending and unwilling to help when it was brought to their attention. They didn’t even own the tile yet, which is illegal. It took months to receive the title. It was like pulling teeth to get it finally. No apology, no help.

I almost always deal with Amanda and I find her to be informative, friendly, and pleasantly funny. On one occasion, they stayed late to help me out of a jam, waiting for me and my AAA tow truck to bring my car to the service area. The service is always good and usually prompt. No complaints.

Ricky in Service is by far one of the best advisors I have came across. Extremely punctual and prompt with complete accuracy of issues. I took my 13 TDI over to their dealership, fixed promptly and fast within a couple of days. Got the vehicle back runs amazing and work performed 100%. Never disappointed. A+ Experience!

I dont understand the bad reviews about the female in the service department but anytime I have come in she has been so nice and helpful! She always gets me in without a problem and is always so kind, courteous, and respectful. She makes my experience the best every time I am in. Amanda is AMAZING with customers and AMAZING at her job! Also, my buying experience was awesome. My car was deemed a total loss in a non at fault accident and I was having a rough time finding a car that could compare. THEY HOOKED ME UP. I absolutely love my 2014 Corolla! If I could give more than 5 stars for this business I would!

There was a recall on our car so we called them about it and it took over a year for them to get the part. We figured that they had just forgotten about us because we never got any updates this whole time..It was complete radio silence ! Well just today we got a call that the part was in and when I told her that we had since purchased a different car, the lady hung up on me!

Great sales staff horrible service department. service advisers act like they dont want you their and then dont know what services the dealer has to offer.Also you have to call them to get updates on your service as they kept mine for a week and i had to keep calling to get them to do anything.

Your female service writer is a real piece of work! My experience with the parts department was positive but going through the lady in the garage ruined the experience. I walked through the garage to the parts department to prevent from bothering anybody asking for directions. As a long time Toyota mechanic, I understand how to find the parts department. Although she claimed liability issues for not allowing me to pass through, her personal skills were not worthy of employment at a Toyota dealer. I have been through many dealerships without this liability issue so its not common to be approached in this way other than may I help you. I will most certainly give any of my Toyota customers a heads up about this woman.

Almost everything was wonderful, Daniel in sales was excellent but my only complaint is that the day I went to pick up my Rav 4 the financing manager was very very rude after we didnt agree to a coverage plan for our own reasons. Which then made my experience very anxious and overwhelmed, but other than that everything was awesome. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasnt for the financing manager. In my opinion that is not how you treat customers.

I was trying to add apps to my Toyota Media Center and was getting very frustrated to say the least. I tried to make an appointment with the dealer and was told no appointment necessary, just come in. When I got there there was no one available to help me. Amanda to the rescue! She works in service and came out immediately. She was very patient with me. I told her what I wanted on my Media Center and she installed the apps with my iphone, showing my how to find and use everything. She is amazing! Thank you, Amanda!

Ignored - We visited this dealer on a Saturday to test drive a 2014 CR-V we saw listed online that we were very interested in. When we arrived, we walked around the car several times and waited several minutes for someone to finally come outside and ask us if we were interested in anything, finally meeting a salesman in the parking lot as we were heading inside to find one. Okay - low pressure sales. Fine. I thought. After our test drive the salesman came back outside and we chatted a little. They were closing in 20 minutes, so we didnt ask to go inside and discuss price, and he never invited us in to talk seriously about the car. We left our contact info with him and headed out. My husband emailed him twice the following week, both times with no response. The next week (over a week after we drove the car), my husband finally decided - if this sales guy wasnt interested in the sale then well look for another sales person who is - and he contacted the Wadsworth location. A salesman responded, then went silent after our reply. Finally, my husband emailed their Wadsworth location one last time stating that we were going to buy a car within the next couple weeks and we wondered if the 2014 CR-V we drove (two weeks ago by this time!!) was still available. A salesman responded that, unfortunately, the CR-V was sold, but he wanted us to know they had a 2013 available (we had already looked at that one too, before it was detailed - and we werent interested). How disappointing. We were serious about this car, but were ignored.This was over two weeks ago though, and the 2014 CR-V is still listed as For Sale on their dealer website... Is it sold, or is it available? Either way, we bought a CR-V from a dealer in Mentor because they responded to our inquiries.P.S. My husband wrote a review on Car Gurus and Toyota responded to the review saying they did indeed try to get in touch with us. NO, they did not. Not in relation to the 2014 CR-V we drove, anyway. They had my husbands email and phone number and we never heard from them until it was too late, even after repeated attempts on our end to make contact.P.P.S. A colleague of my husbands says he always deals with this dealership whenever hes buying a car and he loves them (which is one reason we thought wed try them - that and because they had a CR-V I was interested in), so I guess it works out for some people...Maybe its us...Lol ;)

Parts is terrible.. Every time Ive gone in there Ive had to wait a long time for someone to assist me. And their demeanor is less then friendly. Called in once and they told me that my car didnt have a certain part. I was holding the part in my hand that came off of the car. Called the Toyota dealer in Mansfield, they were very helpful and nice. Found the part I needed right away. Go elsewhere to get your parts!

Bought a 2017 Volkswagen Passat with these people and saying it was brand new they rotated my tires got the car back and it was a rough ride after here to come and find out I had to buy new rotors cause they messed up and had them check my brakes said they were ok came back a week later rubbing metal to metal they didn’t check both sides of the brakes and they treat us like we are the problem they are the ones working on our car now noise in the front end they said it was normal but it shouldn’t do it all day long now I have to take back again all I want is people to care about what they do and not treat others like we are the bother.

Horrible experience! Took my daughters first car a Volkswagen here for service spent quite a bit of money and every time we came home with something fixed new issues arose! Started by having diagnostics ran and told them wanted everything fixed to make it safe to drive and run good, except one thing (windows). They did not fix everything said they were not told that, had to go back multiple times...for example brake lights mysteriously stopped working after having work on rear end done. They denied they did anything to effect that but they worked on way there and not after they touched the car! After that scheduled appointment to have that fixed only to drive all the way there 30 miles to find out part was never ordered when appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance! Had to drive home for second time with no brake lights! Finally had enough spoke to manager who made things right with the brake light issue. Was told everything is fixed come home within an hour another service light comes on! Needless to say will never take our business there again service department is not friendly at all and not sure they know what they are doing!

They may be friendly if youre buying a car but parts and service are just down right rude, incompetent, and HORRIBLE with customer service. This is NOT the way to run a business.EDIT 2016:Their service from the parts department was horrendous a few years back when I gave them my 1 star review. In recent months theyve done a pretty good job as Ive visited several times for service related things. Occasionally theyre not the friendliest, but Ive at least been treated fairly as of late.
