Recently had a minor accident with my brand new Toyota Highlander (4,000 miles on it). Not knowing anything about the Toyota body shop, we had it towed there immediately after the accident. The new manager, Hoss, is very professional and courteous. He assured me that it would be fixed up like new, and it was. Very good body work and attention to detail. Hoss kept me informed on the progress of the job and it was done sooner than expected. I understand the negative reviews posted were reflective of former employees or management. I would very strongly recommend this shop!

Excellent work at a fair price.

A 7-10 day repair ended up taking 28 days and was only completed because we called the sales person who sold us the car and she had to get the owner of the dealership involved. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. I will never again bring any vehicle to this body shop under any circumstances.
