Very nice young man with dark hair and glasses, not real tall, and stoutly built, greeted me as soon as I walked in, he was so nice, and so helpful. He replaced my battery in my car key, and explained the difference in wipers, which I bought, and put them on my car before I left. I was treated so good. WILL GO BACK TO THIS STORE. Wish I had his name.

This was a really nice hardware store and they had super nice employees that helped me get what I wanted. I feel that when I ordered what I wanted from that I store I got it in 3 days and they even reminded me in a text that it was coming. There hours are super compatible for people that are working and need to go get parts or exct…….

Visited two different advanced Auto stores to get a battery got the same answer from both of them that they did not have enough help at one of the stores to change the battery I could come back later. The other said it would take too long was complicated cuz he had to take a bracket out.

Bad service so I went to auto zone on down past the college of Wooster..as a women I dont appreciate pushy clerks..auto zone was very polite and extremely professional.. kudos to auto zone

My husband buys most of his auto parts here and they have most things in stock or can usually get it next day. Battery prices are very high though so we buy those another place.

This is a great location to stop for all your basic vehicle needs. They have everything from the parts that go in and on your car to additional items like car mats, air fresheners and cleaners. The staff are always extremely friendly and they greet your immediately when entering through the doors. They will walk out to your car with you, they will help you with basic things such as battery replacement, fuse replacement, windshield wiper replacement and even locating specific parts of your car. Another plus, they have some very intelligent, hardworking women that work there. I always love to see a woman doing what the world believes is a mans job and holding her own!

They are friendly and nice, and help you with any issues. They even will install basic components like windshield wipers. Overall is a great place, and have a near hassle free return policy. I recommend you go to these stores over Auto Zone.

The guys at Advanced Auto on Milltown Road in Wooster are AWESOME!! I went in to buy a headlight and they offered to install it for me. The weather that day was very cold and Eric stood out there and installed that light without any complaints. He actually apologized to me because it took so long, which wasnt their fault. The light is held in by a clip and very hard to get to. It would have cost me approximately $60 to get it installed at the dealership. So I am very grateful to these awesome guys and a management that allows them to provide this service. I will be a repeat customer from now on. Keep up the awesome work guys. Your wonderful! I also watched them perform several other services for people on the cold that day. You guys are really great. I hope your recognized for your awesome service. Above and beyond what I expected.

I really liked this advance Auto because the people that work in this one actually go out of their way to help you. I was returning an item I didnt need and the guy really help me out. He actually gave me a refund on a different credit card, because he couldnt get it to work any other way. I like the town of Wooster anyway, and the location of this advance Auto part is perfect because everything else is around there. you can go to Walmart, go to lowes, go to the grocery store, and hit Advance Auto. Its all right there.

Went into this store with my son to get auto part for his car. They were helpful and we found what we needed. I am still not sure why they need two auto stores right across the street from one another.

This place absolutely sucked we had problems with our power steering pump and putting the pulley on and we had asked them for help but they didnt they even got our name mixed up with Luke Skywalker dont ask me how they did that so we went to the one on bell avenue and they put it on for us thanks to Rodger and Wayne thank you both but in the end dont go to this one go to the one on bell avenue they will help you better than these people did

Every time I have gone to this location to staff have been very helpful and attentive to my needs. They usually will have the parts and if they dont they always check for nearby locations to get the parts that I need.

I seem to be unlucky or shop at odd hours. Today was waiting for ten minutes for an enthralling discussion between the associate and a customer about carb cleaner. I laid my purchases on the counter and left. Got a store by work that gets me in and out. Some folks like to chitty chat, and others have cars to fix on precious time off.

The woman that works here was so helpful and friendly. Her name was Aleha very knowledgeable. Clean and fast service

Bought some calipers from advance. Ended up not needing them so tried to return them. The employee was rude and not helpful at all I ended up leaving with the calipers. I also went to the one in downtown Wooster and couldnt even find an employee to get help. This is why I usually go to autozone. Every experience I have had has been horrible.
