I give em credit for trying to sell us a higher priced item, but the girl was great at her job

The only problem I have with Auto Zone is that most deals are online. This store is always clean and organized, and the employees are always ready to help out. If they dont have your part in stock, they can generally get it from another one of their stores by the next day, or offer the choice of picking it up at another nearby store.

The staff was helpful. They tried to install a battery in my car that was clearly wrong even though we both verified it was listed as a choice. We had to remove the first battery, credit it, and install the correct battery. That was not his fault, but rather the fault of your listing it as a possibility for my car that it clearly would not fit.Primarily, we almost walked out as we saw two guys behind the counter unmasked. When he initially called us up, I had to request that he pull his mask up, which he did, just under his nose. So, we almost walked out, but he said the mask would not fit under his chin and over his nose, he was behind plexiglass, so we relented uncomfortably. They should have masks that fit and they should wear them over the nose and mouth as recommended.All in all, we like your store and do some business there for our vehicle needs. I would rate it much higher if your manuals were accurate and your personnel were CDC compliant. I will add that many older folks who have time to work on their cars and not so much money that they can afford to have a mechanic do everything for them, frequent your store. They are all masked and verbalized the same concerns. We are more vulnerable to what they don’t take seriously.

Store is not CDC compliant with masks: none of the employees were wearing masks properly (if they wore them at all) and multiple other customers were allowed to enter the store with no masks on. If you are COVID conscious I would recommend going somewhere else. Also, the employee who helped me with my issue was very abrupt and did not explain why he thought I needed the part he said I needed. I will most likely be going somewhere else to have the car reexamined.

Great place for my car care needs including rental of the proper tools to do the job. Those expensive tools like strut spring compression tool.. no problem rent it and bring it back and they give the money back.. staff are always helpful and most of the time know what your talking about and what you need to fix the problem.

Very helpful. Needed a replacement rear wiper for an older car. The manager took the time to check out what might work and since I couldnt drive the car to the store she told me shed take the wiper back, no questions asked, ifit wasnt right.

Well I see your store is now closed for cleaning due to covid I presume.and you. Have my $300.00 computer for my vehicle that I need desperately.

I avoid AutoZone if I can. Every single time I go in the cashiers either complain about working their shift or they have no understanding of car parts or like today they are unsure how to use rhe computer - look things up or order parts and have ro wait until someone else is done to show them how. Every Single Time.

I buy alot of stuff here. There are several changes that could be made to much improve the quality of customer service.

Husband called in to make sure they had park waiting for me when I got there it wasnt readily available so he had to look it up asked me tons of questions and gave me the highest price heart instead of the part. He requested husband called parts store and they told him the part they quoted him was not available and then the part was incorrect anyway and had to be taken back to the store the young man he spoke to lied and said that he just got there and didnt know anything about it

I had a battery that died mid morning on me and the acid had fused the bolts onto the terminals. Ryan was amazing he took his time and replaced the terminal that needed replaced and got me up and running within an hour!

Needed a code read but I had no idea where to plug the reader in. I asked the woman if she could at least come out and guide me from a distance. She rolled her eyes at me and dismissed my existence I can help the next customer. I have given this store my service for years, never have I felt so disrespected. I will not be returning and will be reporting this branch.

The Staff at AutoZone was very friendly and helpful. Not only did they find the parts that I came in for. They were able to let me know about special combination deals that worked well with the project Im doing. in addition they explain to me about the tools that Ill need and showed me pictures about the stuff that Ill be working on in a difference between the different styles of doing the job. I definitely return here when I need auto parts, they usually have the advice and help I need.

Bobby Bornson was awesome!!! We had went in to get a batttery and the price was higher then what was told to us so we were going out of the store to go to somewhere else to get the battery, then all of a sudden we were checking out the battery before we left and Bobby ask if he could help us and he did a great job we went back in and bought the battery and he put it on for us . We were so appreciative of him putting the battery on. He was awesome. They need more employees like Bobby he was so nice and helpful. Thanks a lot Bobby!!

When helping a friend with a break an associate named Bob took the time to explain the benefits of upgraded to the lifetime breaks and how replacing rosters and caliper brackets can be cheeper than just doing individual parts. I was shocked.

Always helpful. Even if I am working on fixing something I have never attempted to before. They are able to provide parts that I do not know the name of by giving them a brief explanation of the surrounding parts or its function. I am no mechanic so it is great that they are so knowledgeable. On several occasions they even gave me advice on how to fix things or where on the internet to look for reliable information.

Danny Ryan and Lynn have always showed me amazing customer service. This is an amazing place and even better staff.

I went in for break pads. I was ran through the list of the variety of pads offered. I chose the one year warranty and said no to the ceramic pads. Well I was in a very big hurry for other affairs and discovered later I was sold the ceramic pads. Well, I put them on anyway when I had available time. I guess I need to start going to Swift auto parts and Advance Auto parts stores. They keep changing their staff and I really wonder if they know what they are doing.

Between as and advance auto I usually find what I need. I needed duplicolor for my car and they had it!!!!

Usually my go-to place for car parts. Service is mostly quick (depending on how many customers/phone calls) and friendly. The only thing I can say against auto zone is that they dont carry as many exhaust parts and supplies as advanced auto.

They have everything you need, but they are not following the protocol for masks.

I thought I already updated this. do not buy from here go across the street to advance Auto parts the service is friendlier and they are helpful. Last time I went into AutoZone some fat woman told me I was wrong. I thought the customer was always right. I have not brought any business back to this establishment. Found out from a former delivery driver that the shipments they get are not properly weight balanced. Such as a clutch assembly on top of a bunch of parts that literally weighed ounces doing nothing but smashing boxes and damaging other peoples items. They really dont care!

Half the people that work there are completely clueless. I had to make 2 trips to get the right parts. Extremely frustrating however if you go in during the day its always been a good experience for me. Just evenings and weekends are terrible

My last experience with AutoZone sucked I bought some tools that was supposed to be the lifetime warranties AutoZone no longer handles them so they refused to give me my full amount of money back and what money they gave me after I bought everything with cash was on a merchandise card so all I can do is buy more junk through their store

We received excellent service from the Beall Ave, Wooster Autozone. I tried ordering parts online to take advantage of the websites ship to home sale/special, and even though the website indicated the parts were available and in stock, it kept rejecting the order. Contacted the help line for the website and was given a sorry for the inconvenience but nothing we can do answer. Called the Beall Ave Autozone and Nick spent hours looking for a way around the problem. In the end, they were able to get me the right part and the right price, honoring the commitment the website made but couldnt keep. When my wife went to pick up the parts, the staff was very friendly and helpful and even loaded the parts into the car for her. Cannot say enough good about this Autozone. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
