Bought a car sight unseen from these guys, car looked immaculate online and was certified. It turned out to be a complete lemon that has been hit more than twice, drivers seat didnt even move, and airbag probably didnt either! I understand these things sometimes slip through the cracks but i think someone definitely dropped the ball on this one. However Pallotta had great customer service and refunded me the money and took the car back free of charge, which i really appreciated. Dalton was great to deal with and the people at the front desk as well.

Brought vehicle in for a slipping transmission was told that vehicle slip was “within acceptable limits” My wife and children use this vehicle and the vehicle has almost stalled on hills on several occasions. when i requested it be put in writing that the vehicle was safe to be driven, i was told “the vehicle is safe to drive but i cannot write that on the receipt”. if the vehicle was indeed safe it should not have been an issue to add it to the notes on the receipt. I will be calling ford headquarters directly to attempt to make this vehicle safe for my family. 0 stars

I arrived in Wooster Ohio from Albany NY on a Thursday afternoon with a check engine light on in my 2012 F550 Diesel. I called Pallotta Ford and asked to have it looked at first thing Friday morning, as I was driving 525 miles back to Albany on Saturday. George Read told me that the service shop was booked out, but hed try to at least get it on the computer to see if it was safe to drive. I dropped it off at 0700 Friday and George had Miss Bobbi give me a ride to my job site as a courtesy. He called me 5 hrs later and told me that I was all set, and he sent Miss Bobbi to pick me up. Not only did George get it on the computer, but he had the DEF heater replaced and had it covered by Ford Warranty.If George Read had not been so accommodating and professional, I would have been broken down on the side of the highway somewhere between Wooster and Albany with a heavily loaded trailer and waiting for a tow truck.I hope Pallotta Ford recognizes George Read for the dedicated and classy individual that he is. George Read, Miss Bobbi and the Pallotta Service Department staff are the best examples of wonderful people and true customer service.

It would be a 5 star rating as everything at the dealership was near perfect. Sales team was on point- inventory was good- no complaints there. Mike W. was excellent.The only hiccup was 48 hours after driving home, we noticed the back right taillight was out. It was a $5, 15 minute fix, but kind of annoying.It is a 20 minute drive to the dealership for us, so.... we decided to fix it.

Pallotta always does a great job - however they need to reopen the Quick Lane an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation is too long to wait.Also - your wi-fi connection in the lobby area is horrible. If you are going to make customers wait that long you really need to improve that.PLEASE re-open the Quick Lane and busy people in and out.

Booked appointment online for Tuesday at 9:30 am on a Saturday night. Got a call from Al who said We can take you on Saturday. I thought that I was booked for the Works on Tuesday at 9:30 am and I said how about Tuesday at 9:30 am? Al said let me check and then he said OK we can do it at 9:30 am on Tuesday. So I arrived at 9:15 am on Tuesday and they took my key fob. I told them I was going to wait. One hour and 15 minutes later the service advisor came out and said I am sorry but we have not got your car in for service yet. Do you want someone to take you home? I said I have already waited this long so I would continue to wait. Got my car back at about 11:30 am. When I asked if they took Apple Pay, they didnt know what I was talking about. They shouldnt take online appointments if their system does not actually book appointments and they do not use it. Need to get their systems working since there is no longer a Quiklane to take care of routine service appointments.

Two other dealers told me that we cant deal on a 2021 Super Duty, or we cant order you one because allotment is slim. After giving up and refusing to pay full MSRP elsewhere I found a unicorn at Pallotta, advertised at a big discount and thinking it was too good to be true. I contacted Markus Warren and asked him if the advertised price was for me or if I had to qualify for the price shown. He assured me the price was what I could purchase it for and we proceeded from there. Markus looked at all avenues to get me a better deal finding a targeted offer from Ford I was unaware I had and leaving no stone unturned, presented me with an even better price. After a few typical back and forth exchanges we negotiated on my trade and the deal was done. I should mention this was done all over email and with a few phone calls. Markus even worked on his day off to ensure that my deal would be done exactly as requested. I informed him I wanted to sign on a Saturday first thing and have my day to enjoy my new truck. I arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning and by 9:34 I was driving away with my new truck. From the first phone call to the final see you later, the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant. Pallotta seems like a well oiled machine and after being jerked around by dealers from my small town all the way to Columbus I can honestly say I found a dealership that seems to care more about pleasing a customer and building a relationship that the standard take the money and buyer beware you get at the other dealers. Highly recommended Pallotta to anyone wanting to enjoy the car buying experience !!!

Just bought a new Ford Edge from these guys. I chose Pallotta because they had the only remaining new 2020 in the color I wanted with the options I needed. I drove aprox. 40 miles and past at least a dozen Ford Dealers to see and test drive the vehicle. I worked with a young man named Justin and he was A+ in my book. UPDATE - A BIG THANK YOU to Jen for her prompt attention looking into this, and for the OUTSTANDING follow-up and customer service!!!! Much appreciated!!In early June, I made an appointment to have my rear wiper motor serviced/replaced as it wasn’t working, and while it was going to be in, made the appointment for an oil change too, since it was about that time. Note was made that I disconnected the motor to avoid possible battery drain when I made appointment. When I came in, I mentioned that it probably needs a new rear wiper motor and the oil change. I waited there while the work was being done. Come time to pay, I was told they did the oil change, and my vehicle needed a new rear wiper motor. Rather than replace it, or come ask me if I wanted it replaced while I was waiting, they gave me a quote and told me to make another appointment. No mention if the need for a second appointment was due to the part not being in stock, and no offer to replace it while I was already there. Didn’t make a big deal of it then, but fast forward a couple weeks, dreaded check engine light. Make an appointment to have the check engine light looked at and to have the wiper motor replaced. When I dropped the car off, I asked them to call me with a diagnosis before doing anything else, thinking that if it was super $$$$, I’d be there looking at new vehicles instead of getting the repairs. 10 a.m. appointment, so I called about 12:45 to check in since I hadn’t heard anything yet. The person I was assigned to was at lunch. No problem – left my number for him to call back. I called back at 2:50 and call was answered directly by person I was assigned to. He didn’t have an update, but would check and call back in about 20 minutes. Their system/machine that runs the check engine error codes isn’t working, can they keep the car overnight? They’ll try again later to run the error code, and if they can’t get it to work before they close Monday, they’ll call Tuesday morning with an update. Tuesday comes, I called for an update just before 11, and had to wait over 2 hours for a call back. Car had a couple other things they noticed, but didn’t have the other things priced yet, so I said call back when you had the full job estimate of check engine issue, wiper motor, plus the other things & tax, so I could decide what to do. Wound up getting the work done since it was below what I had in mind to consider getting a new vehicle. Get the call the next day that the work is done, and get told the final bill – over $200 over the estimate, and naturally, now right at the point where I would’ve went the new car route. Again, big thanks to Jen for her prompt and thorough attention to this!

Efficient, friendly and extremely laid back - thank you Nathan and Damon.After getting stuck on a job site I decided that I needed a new 4x4 truck, so on Tuesday night I found all the trucks in local inventory that met my requirements on Fords website. There were 5 within 20 miles. Each one of those dealerships received my information. 4 of the 5 immediately buzzed my email with canned responses. Interestingly, Ganley called at 730 and discussed what I was looking for (a prompt response) and we set an appointment for today (Thursday).By Wednesday morning 2 of the remaining 4 dealers had eliminated themselves by never progressing past the canned email. Nathan from Pallotta emailed me right at 9 to assess my needs, and at that point it was down to Pallotta and Ganley.I sent each salesperson all the info they would need to create a lease write-up. Within the hour Nathan and Damon had provided me with enough information to make a decision. Ganley kept sending me canned emails to confirm my Thursday appointment. Needless to say I just returned home with my new F150 purchased from the team at Pallotta Ford, and with a better deal than discussed. I will be back when my lease is up to do it all over again.

Placed a order for a 2020 F150 build in mid july with Justin a salesman at the dealer. I was told when placing the build and making a deposit that I had got the build in before the deadline. I was never told it was 50/50 or would not happen. After waiting for about a month I called the dealer to see if my vehicle had been given a VIN yet, which was not explained to me by this dealer but another. It hadnt been assigned yet according to Justin. The following monday I get a a call by Justin saying my build couldnt be completed, upon asking why Justin had no answers or explantions. He stated that me having a loan on the table for the build that was now cancelled has nothing to do with his dealer. He offered me a similiar truck that was located, after reviewing the truck over the phone, I waited for him to call by that friday, if still available. Come friday I had to call Justin and he couldnt remember the truck or what options were missing, no initiative was taking by him or the staff to fix or keep my business upon not being able to deliver the build I put together. Also I checked with other dealers in northern Ohio that have placed builds after mine, mid up to end of july, all were assigned Vins within a week. I would not recommend at all this dealer or Justin and they directly lost a sale because of their inaction.

Just bought car, its already in the shop for recall never performed on the vehicle. How can you sell a car without running a recall check?! Brakes are rubbing already, I mentioned this sales person during test drive, to which he replied theyre fine. less than 40% oil life in vehicle when purchased, didnt notice this until I got it home and started going through all of the settings. In their service setup area, this is a 10 minute job, 15 tops. Just didnt seem to care about much, rather than getting another used car off of the lot.Oddly enough, I received a call from a manager asking for me to reach out so he could make my experience better, based off of my ^^ previous ^^ review. Ironically, he never returned my call 🤦‍♂️.

Cons: The guy working the counter didnt seem to care that words were coming out of my mouth. He didnt write or record anything I was saying about the current situation of my vehicle.They left the trash in my car from them working on it, like the seat and mat cover.Pros: The dude working the counter when I picked my car up was extremely friendly, found a mistake with my bill, fixed it and sent me on my way! They also told me I needed new tires and gave me print outs with some of their best tire picks.

In 2015 the girlfriend and I went to Pallotta Ford and because of upside down and low credit We was unable to buy.. On Aug 15 we went looking and thinking if we should try again while looking we just so happen to run into the most honest nice man there at Pallotta Ford Talon Wood!! We received a letter from Pallotta a few years back that Talon Wood had left, we were a little disappointed cause we told him we would be back. On Monday Aug 19 was our day We traded a 2015 lx 4 dr 200 that we got back when we were denied at Pallotta. Today we left with a HUGE SMILE Talon worked his magic with the help of the best finance dept. Garrett ( I hope i got that right I am bad with remembering names) A 2017 Ford Escape Titanium with 36k miles fully loaded!!!! We drove for at least 2 hours after we left.. Best Friendly Service I have ever met at a Car Dealership.. My advice is to at least go talk to them and try them out. I promise you wont be disappointed!!! Pallotta Ford-Lincoln is a straight forward dealership. They really do go the extra mile and make sure you take advantage of every rebate or incentive available. I actually did get top dollar for my trade. Talon Wood and everyone else at Pallotta has been very easy to work with. I have never felt like anyone has ever tried to take advantage of me either; no PermaPlate or snake oil witchcraft wax here! The service department has taken care of us as well. My wifes explorer has been in for 2 recalls and they have always fixed the issue quickly. I plan on buying my next vehicle at Pallotta!

I am a local Veterinarian and would like to share that this service department has no clue on fixing my truck problem. Took it in specifically described a dash / electrical problem. They called me a week and a half later said problem was fixed. Drove not even 10 minutes from dealership and original problem was still there. Cost me about $700 to fix and right on receipt Big Yellow Sticker said if not 5 star experience they will make it right. I took it back. They called about a week later and said problem was fixed again....tried to charge me $810.00 this time .....Does This Sound Right? ....So much for “We’ll make it Right “. I called and had to argue that I thought this was bad business. You charge me for a part that was no the problem . They did come down to $486.00 for the new part but still I felt taken advantage of. I have to pay for there mistake . Picked truck up again this past Saturday sand drove maybe 500 feet and problem still there. Went back. Showed mechanic named Jack the issue. And he was absolutely no help. Claimed he didn’t know anything but he was ok to take my money but could not refund it. The only one even concerned was a young salesman that listened to me and took my info. Way more Professional than Jack in the back. If anyone wants proof or thinks I am blowing smoke call me I HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO PROVE IT. They also screwed up my odometer from 109,00 to 193,00 miles. It is one mistake after another and they keep charging me for there mistakes and learning process. I will keep posting because I know that they can take bad reviews off their website.Please don’t let this happen to you. I will advise later if there are any LEGAL ways to handle this. Sad times when a local business will not honor its work and charge for incompetence. So Sad .

Friendly and helpful but Im not sure theyre the most competent.Despite multiple assurances, the used vehicle wasnt ready to go at a prescheduled test drive. Because I do foolish things, I agreed to buy it anyway, paying more for them to repair a very obvious engine noise and a diagnosis and estimate on a second issue. They must have misdiagnosed the noise, as they did $2000 worth of work but the noise is still very clearly there. And I never got any paperwork on the diagnosis on the second issue.Also because I am foolish, I paid and took delivery without re-driving it to confirm it was fixed. I am too far away from Pallotta and am generally non-confrontational so will just consider this a $4000 life lesson on my part. You win some you lose some with a used car. The promised detailing also didnt even include a thorough vacuum, but thats no big deal.Communication was very fast and friendly however. I dont feel like they were trying to be deceptive but maybe Im too naive. I might consider them for a new car, but would not use the service department, nor negotiate repairs into a purchase.I was not planning on saying anything but received an email asking for a review. So here it is.

I have taken two vehicles to Quick Lane in the last 4 weeks. My Dodge Journey leaked oil all over my garage and driveway. I had to purchase two bags of Dry sweep to clean it up. When I got it home after the oil change. I contacted Quick Lane and they informed me that they would send someone out to look at it. I had to ask them to come tow it (which they did). They told me it the oil filter was loose causing the leak. For some reason, I decided to take my Ford Fusion there a couple weeks later.. I have taken it there since I bought it from Pallotta in 2014. No issues. Except this time, I get the car back to my garage and what do you know, oil puddle AND coolant puddle under my car. No offer of an apology. No refund or discount on future visits. Im done with Quicklane, unfortunately.

I am going to tell you my experience in this place. In December I had the opportunity to buy a car in this place a Toyota Camry 2014 sport. The person who assisted me was Nathen a very kind young man and always very attentive to all my questions. I bought my car and with a guarantee that my entire car covered that warranty I bought it from ANDY. As soon as I leave with my car from the place I realize that the radio did not want to connect to my iphone.I communicate quickly with Nathan the very worried young man sends me to a toyota dealer here in Cleveland Ohio and he tells me that they are going to cover all the expenses that my car takes I approach the dealer and they tell me that they can not do anything because my car no longer has factory warranty that I have to take my car to the ford because of them is the guarantee. I take my car to the Ford here in Cleveland on January 9 2016 very friendly guys. the person who looks after me tells me that they can not do anything because my car is a toyota and they are Ford. I started sending text messages to Nathan and he did not answer me I took the trouble to call Pallota Ford and ask to speak with Nathan he was not at that moment but Patrik returned the call very kindly told me to take the car to Pallora Ford that they helped me fix the car that was on January 11, I took my car and Damon was in charge of checking my car and giving a diagnosis that my radio was damaged and needed to order some parts, he sent me to Cleveland and he told me that He will order them to call me when he has them. They spent a month and a half and never received the call they wrote to Nathan and he never answered it was as if they were hiding. I call Patrik in February he tells me to get off again with my car, thinking that they already had the parts when I arrived at the dealer SURPRISE, the pieces were not there and I had to leave my car in the hands of Amanda, thinking that my car was going to be ready in One week she sends me home in a ford FIesta. A week went by, two weeks up to three weeks and there was always a new story in the fourth week i went to the dealer because I could not continue with such a small car and paying for a car that I was not using. When I arrive at the Delaer I find the surprise that my car was still not ready and who had my car was the Toyota in Wooster. I asked to speak with Amanda but she now works in the office and she has no control of services and parts now who is in charge is a girl named Jen.Now comes the most interesting part. This young girl moved sky sea and land so that I had my car back. The day I went down to the dealer she heard how annoyed and frustrated I was, she had the kindness to give me a bigger car a Ford Fusion a beautiful and comfortable car I bothered Jen EVERY DAY I called two and sometimes three times a day because Toyota gave us false hopes. Today, Wednesday, March 28, I have my car, THANKS TO JEN ...if something I learned from this lesson is that in the end it is always the best person ... I DO NOT HAVE WORDS TO TELL YOU THE THANKS I AM ....... THANK YOU JEN

I am not a car shopper; my experiences early on were with pushy, aggressive car salesmen. I didnt even like to go to the car sale lots to look. However, when my husband and I went shopping at Pallotta a few years back, we met Joe (who has since left the car dealership). He wasnt pushy or aggressive. At that time we purchased our 2014 Ford Escape, which we have been very happy. We traveled across the US and many trips to Florida. The Escape now belongs to our daughter. This year we met, Mike, who is a great salesperson. He is knowledgeable, not pushy, and very helpful. We now own a 2016 Ford Edge, in which we are very happy. Everyone thinks the color cool; I like the way it handles and mostly the heated steering wheel and seats for winter time. My husband definitely likes the financing and the free car wash that goes with the purchase of a car from Pallotta. I am looking forward to our next trip across the US in our Edge. Thank you Pallotta Ford for restoring my faith in Car Salesmen.

Ive had my new car for almost two weeks now and I am absolutely loving it. The process of getting this car was so fast and easy (only took about four hours total). The service at the dealership was friendly and very helpful. Sara was the salesperson for me and she did a wonderful job. This has been the best experience buying a car! Bryan Lewis was amazing dealing with us, absolutely amazing! We are not local, so most of the process was through phone. He got back to us as soon as he could. He worked with us on everything we asked for. Im the type of person who struggles with salespeople just in general, I like to shop at my own terms and dont like being pushed in any way. Bryan and the staff was extraordinary! We drove almost 2 hours to see him, and deal with him. I highly recommend this dealership!

I leaned my Ford Escape from Pallotta Ford. I had it in there for an oil change at the quick lube. I live in Mansfield & on the way home I heard something dragging. Some nice gentlemen helped me get in shape so I could get home. The very next day I took it into the Ford dealership in town to have it fixed. The guy in the service department wasnt very nice at all. He wasnt going to fix something that someone else did. The car is under warranty. Told me to take it back to Wooster. I called them & took it right away. They were so good about taking it right in. It didnt take 5 minutes to fix the problem. Very nice people!!!!!

Very happy with the service here at Pallotta. Everyone is really friendly and helpful 100% of the time. They are also patient when answering all of my questions. It was very easy to schedule my service as was the drop off/pick up process of service as well. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else to be serviced after my great experiences with everyone at Pallotta. Highly recommend!
