They were nice as always and very helpful. If you havent been to a Bath and Body, you really should try it out. Their candles are divine, their body scents are amazing. Especially their aromatherapy line. I like that they have stuff for guys. If youre looking for a gift for someone, its a great place to stop!

I felt very upset upon entering this Bath and Body Works. As my sneakers crossed the threshold, three women in blue tartan aprons craned their necks and stared deep into my soul. I felt as if I entered a cult meeting and arrived just on time for the sacrifice. The scents were delicious, but the staff made me feel as if I were surrounded by imps. I did purchase the 2 for $20 single wicks in the scent French Baguette, but my checkout process was subpar. I do believe that a piece of my soul was stolen during this Bath and Body Works visit. I will be ordering online from now on.

Always a great place for shopping. Everything I wanted was in stock and easy to find. The store was clean and well kept. Staff was helpful as always. This is one of my daughter favorite stores so we will definitely and obviously shop here again. 5/5

Love, love, love Bath & Body Works. Purchased scent refills, oh those warm yummy holiday scents and more. Also, purchased great smelling hand soaps and a few shower gels - aromatherapy ones. A good note to add - I traded in 3 scent ports that we no longer working. As long as they arent to old Bath & Body Works allows you to do this. Some just seem to last longer than others. Its possible for your plug ins to die after a power surge. Bummer, but nice to get a replacement if you return to store - up to a certain dollar amount. Before I found this out I was just disappointedly throwing them away. Now if youve had them for more than a couple of years thats to be expected because they cant last forever. Go and Enjoy all the amazing smells!! 💟

I went on candle day and got there around 845. A guy named Trevor?? semi helped me. I asked for a gooey marshmallow bar candle and he said oh we sold out half hour ago. Not even 2 mins go by and a customer came up to us and said no there are plenty of those by the register. Then I found them myself on a shelf. Then he had the audacity to tell the cashiers he knew the inventory so well. When I over heard that I was howling on the Inside. Like no you don’t know squat. But other than that it was a pleasant experience. I will be back but will not be asking Trevor for help.

Oh my this store is my weakness. I love candles, foaming bath soaps, and aroma therapy - lavender vanilla scents for the bath. My guys love the CO Bigelow Menthol. The hand sanitizers are nice to keep in the car. Watch for their big sales!

Bath and Body is a great store HOWEVER this store is expensive. I have been in there several times and there are no deals. The Outlet Mall in Lodi is the best store for Bath and Body Supplies.

I hope im not really pointing someone out, but a lady employee may be a risk to customers. Known for not being the nicest person I heardshe didnt seem too nice when I went their to buy candles, and body wash. She was a bit on the cranky side and wasnt appealing. Im sure her name was Jessica Swain? Something similar like that. Yeah im 99% sure. I may not be coming there and buying my weekly/daily supplies from that Bath And Body Works store. Since shes not the best employee.
