The last few times I have been there, their hair color stock has been low. They have great products, when it is in stock.
Disrespectful group of workers ! Arguing with me about the price of a box of color that the PRINTED DISPLAYED PRICE TAG on the shelf says ! Ask simple questions and you are spoken to like you are dumber than a box of rocks ! Absolutely despise going to this place ! Do not recommend! I’d rather pay shipping from salon centric !!! 11 years later and I am 💯 over this store ! I dread going in there every time!

Terrible customer service at this location! The girl working was more concerned with reading her book than assisting or answering questions. She was very snide and condescending. I have had very pleasant experiences at other locations so I will continue to shop with CosmoProf, but I will not come to this location again!
