I had some issues in the beginning with getting the correct system for my house which has a low recovery well and is tough to deal with. They come up with a good solution and now I have more clean water than ever which is great because I never had enough before. I also had some issues with repairs and customer service, but was contacted by Mike Higgins and he resolved the issue in a professional and timely manner. I really appreciate that because I run a construction business and know that a business is nothing without customer satisfaction and a timely response. If I have any other issues or referrals I will be dealing with Mike directly.

I’ve been meaning to come and leave a 5 star review for awhile now! My family has been getting water at Clearwater systems in Wooster for over a year. Most delicious clean water! Great customer service also. Everybody that works there has been very nice and helpful!

I am super excited to see that the store manager named Ethan is back at the store after a few years. He referred us to a salesman years ago and we bought a Kinetico softener and I are very pleased with it and are drinking system as well. He is always super helpful and knowledgeable. In times past they have had some poor managers at the store but Im glad to see that he is back.

They help with taking out your water bottles and that is nice when you have 7 of them to do yourself.

I always have an excellent experience here. I highly recommend switching to Clearwater for all water needs and especially using the Wooster location!

Worst customer service! Didn’t even look at me the whole time while visiting the Wooster location. He either stared at the wall orComputer. Seemed like he hated working there. Threw my card back to me instead of handing it back under the glass. It almost went off the counter! Asked if I would like his help loading the salt instead of offering to help and after I said no (because I was already frustrated) he finally sounded joyful as he told me to have a good day. I’ve been here several times and by far, worst experience.

The guy usually wont help put large bags of salt or 5 gallon bottles in your vehicle unless you ask. I saw an older woman doing it all herself. The guy just stands there. He is not very pleasant

The guy that is there has been the best person yet nice and polite and helpful and Actually appears to like his job.

Very good service, and please make the planet a favor and get water there instead of buying tons of little plastic botles of water.
